Working with CertaPro on my condo painting project was the right decision. From the call for a quotation to having a date scheduled for the painting to start was very professional, they all listened to me to ensure they were meeting my expectation and timelines. The CertaPro painting team led by Karol were superb. They were punctual, they asked where we wanted them to start, once they understood, they brought up their supplies and equipment, covered everything and started working immediately. Thru-out the painting process, Karol kept us posted on the progress, they finished when we wanted them to finish. They made excellent progress the first day. The second day was as good as the first day, they checked their work from the day before, to ensure no missed spots. They updated us on the progress and then asked if they could work longer to complete the paint job that night. When we arrived, we did a complete walk thru, everything was fantastic, Karol and team did a great job painting and cleaning up and mos important making sure that we were satisfied with the work. Both my wife and I was very pleased with the work, the professionalism, the care they took, and most importantly the pride they took in doing the best job they could. We hired certa pro at the end of the painting season we were a bit weary as the rain was coming and talked about delaying until the spring but Mike assured us that it wouldn’t be an issue and if there were any issues that they had an excellent warranty. Well sure enough it rained a few hours after they finished the last coat on the trim of the house and not surprisingly the paint started to peal very badly. Not just a bit here and there but all over it was such a mess with paint falling off everywhere. I called certa pro and they did come and repair the flaking but only after Mike walked through all the defects and told me that it wasn’t actually their fault it was our fault because of how the house is constructed (not enough slope etc.) but since he was a nice guy he would do the repair but he wouldn’t come back and repair it again. Why wasn’t this address the first time around if they are such pros why would they paint an area that is going to flake in a year. Well it’s now the following year and the paint is flaking again but not on the areas that were supposedly poorly constructed but on places like the banister that has ample slope. I’m not an expert but I’m pretty sure you aren’t supposed to paint when it’s raining. I do want to say that the painting crew themselves were excellent and very friendly my issue is with the management.

We engaged CertaPro to paint the bedroom walls of our basement suite. We were very happy that we engaged CertaPro for our painting project for several reasons: - CertaPro takes the time to come out to see the site to provide an estimate. Greg was very knowledgeable and he gave us a lot of advice based on our situation which allowed us to select the services that was best suited to our needs. He also recommended the paint color which met our needs and turned out beautiful. This also allowed us to save money at the end of the day. - Greg also provided suggestions and recommendations to us for our stucco wall on the outside of the home which was beyond the scope of our initial request so we really appreciated that he took the time to give us advice and cared about us as a customer. - CertaPro was able to get the painting job complete within the next couple of days after Greg came onsite which was very quick and met our short timeline. - Most importantly, the painter did a great job. The bedrooms looked much brighter and all the dents in the walls were well patched. The rooms also did not have that "fresh paint" smell which was important for health reasons. - I would recommend CertaPro and would hire them again for future projects.

It was an easy decision to hire them again to replace and paint fascia boards, columns and window and door trim that had deteriorated over time. The carpentry work was done by Patrick who did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain his work and selection of wood products. He carefully removed the old wood pieces and did not damage the existing stucco. The painting work was equally well done. Radim was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to paint the wood replaced by Patrick. When the carpentry and painting work was completed, both Patrick and Radim thoroughly cleaned up the work areas to remove old wood pieces and flaked off paint. Our house now looks new again. I went with CertaPro to paint my condo because Michael was very quick to respond and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions or concerns. I didn’t have possession to my condo during the initial consultation, but he was still able to get me a quote from pictures and info provided, and without having to see the place in person. He reassured me of their process and was able to match the colours I wanted, which I was very happy about. The paint job it self was excellent. I had Adrian as my contractor and he was very fast and thorough. He was also extremely friendly and I appreciated his positive attitude. I had to take some shelves down left from the previous owners and it left extremely large holes and we had concerns that it would dry in time, but he managed to patch them up without issues. By the end of the job, everything was perfect. I am extremely happy with it and will definitely hire them again if I need additional painting done. I highly recommend CertaPro!

I chose CertaPro painters after getting several quotes. Mike showed up and did an extremely detailed quote, walking me through every last detail. The company then delivered a very professional job from start to finish. Our place looks great and the price was much lower than many other companies which really helped us. The company (Naz) followed up throughout the project and at the end to make sure we were 100% satisfied. We used them again a few months later for our rental property which was in really bad shape. Again, Mike found ways to save money and keep us on our budget. We had some complicated areas to access and we were extremely fortunate to have Sohrab be our main painter for this project. He was extremely motivated to do the best possible job, and went far beyond expectations many times to get the job done promptly and professionally. There were no extra or hidden charges, and we were extremely satisfied with the result.

I hired Certa to paint my house exterior. My house had a stucco finish with an outdated 80's color so we were excited to get a fresh look on the house. We price shopped a little and Certa's price was within norm. After speaking with Mike a couple of times in person, we felt comfortable with Certa's package and Mike's experience so we pulled the trigger. Overall, Certa did an excellent job on my house and I would recommend them. Their team arrived on time each day, was professional and courteous in our interactions and the end product was great. Their back end support (Naz) was also very responsive with pre and post job support so that was appreciated. My job was completed in about a week. I suspect it ran a little longer than anticipated due to the nature of painting stucco but at no point did I feel the painting team was rushing to get the job done and I think the end product reflected this approach. We are so happy that we chose Vancouver CertaPro for the exterior painting of our 1927 house. Lots of challenges to this project as there are many old wood windows and lots of wood trim so lots of quality prep work needed. Working with the CertaPro team was certainly a five star experience from beginning to end. At the beginning of our project Dexter (our estimator) and Mat (our pressure washer) were great to deal with. Nikki (the project coordinator) kept us fully informed about the projected start date of the job. Most importantly our actual painters, Karol and Mira, were very experienced and totally professional often working late into the day to get the painting done on schedule. They were very careful with my wife's precious garden as well and cleaned up so well at project's end that you would never know they had been there. The house looks wonderful and I would recommend the whole team most highly.

The General Manager was very punctual for the first consultation. He walked around the house with us and effectively explained what needed to be done. The quote was reasonable. He prioritised our job to make sure the house exterior painting could be finished before the start of the raining season. The crew worked very hard that they even showed up during the Thanksgiving holiday to complete the work. Each member was polite. They kept the area tidy and clean. Their lead has been very responsive to our questions and requests. The entrance stairs paint colour was chosen by us. But we regretted, and the lead simply accompanied us to the paint store to mix a new colour that we really wanted. He timely came back for the touch ups as he promised. The carpenter did quality work and the fee he charged was reasonable. I highly recommend this painting company.

I am extremely pleased at the level of service and quality of workmanship of the CertaPro crew led by Tomas. We had a considerable amount of painting to do both inside and outside our home. Though the owner of the franchise had earlier been to our home to review the work and set a price, Tomas also came the day before the job was to start to ensure that he understood what was required. I had anticipated that the work would take several days and involve disruption of our home life. Instead, the crew of four was able to complete all the work within one very long day. The scope of our project involved painting the kitchen and bathroom cabinets white, a lot of the companies out there will charge a lot more as they take the cabinet doors and spray them offsite. We contracted CertaPro Painters to paint the inside of our Stata Building. Mike was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and efficient. We had our Strata building painted by CertaPro Painters. I was really happy with the job that they did but then there was some issue's with the caulking on the windows. The previous painting company we had, used silicone on the windows so the new caulking didn't adhere. CertaPro came back on Wednesday and did an excellent job of redoing all the windows! They did a awesome job of fixing a problem that I wasn't expecting. It is great to find a company that has such a great work ethic. I recently downsized to a smaller home and needed to have the main wood deck on our new home re-stained. I selected CertaPro Painters to do the staining work because they did an excellent job previously for me by completely repainting my much larger house a few years ago. CertaPro sanded and re-stained the deck, but unfortunately a technical issue arose, and the deck needed to be res-sanded and re-stained. CertaPro quickly volunteered to sand and stain the deck again, at no additional cost to us. The work is now complete, and the deck looks great. I would happily refer CertaPro to anyone considering painting their home.

These guys are very good, reasonably priced, and helpful. They did the outside of our house a couple of years ago and we brought them back to do some interior rooms when we were thinking of selling. They sent a team of painters on very short notice and the guys did a great job and were super friendly. agreed to paint the basement hall. Turned out the laundry room was the same colour and a little banged up, the guys just did a quick once over in the laundry room, no charge. Anything needed to make the job look better, they did it. Good communication with Mike the boss; any questions I called him, and he was right on it.

We are really happy with the work from CertaPro. The quote was reasonable, with no surprises, and we have a couple of high peaks that the team mastered. The job was completed during very sunny days. We hired CertaPro to paint our 104 year old Craftsman home. We expected 2-3 people to spend roughly a week or more due to the enormous amount of prep work required. Radim was the crew lead for our paint project and he and his team did a great job. They painted our 3000 sq ft home plus three sets of steps and a back deck in just over a week. Looks amazing. CertaPro just painted my entire apartment and it looks super great. There were a few details I noticed after that weren't perfect and the owner bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and 100% satisfied with their work. We were very pleased with all the work done on the house. The carpenter did a great job of repairing the rotted parts and the painters were excellent, very courteous and conscientious. Professional job, would hire again. Adrian and his buddy were great, and did a good job on my house, high up on 2nd floor exterior. The estimator could not give me a fixed price for the stripping, so that was on the clock. That stripping job did come out quite a bit costlier than his expectation, so there is room for improvement there. (But fair enough, unexpected set-backs do happen.) Punctual and professional people, that I can recommend.

We were in a rush to get our house painted, along with fencing and other parts of the building. CertaPro was the only group that was flexible enough to paint between houses without reserve/problems with scaffolding. This was the deciding choice when we looked at different options. We were very happy with Tomas and his crew from CertaPro Painters. They did an amazing job. The house looks great. The site was cleaned and tidied at the end of every day. Everything was done on time with meticulous attending to detail.They were very careful around the garden, which was very important to me. I will definitely have then back when it's time to do the interior.

Radim and crew efficiently painted the (complicated) exterior of our 3 storey stucco home and freestanding 2 car garage/office as well as a 1/2 day of work on the interior. Stucco and trim - 4 days. They did a quality job that required no follow up. The site was kept tidy each day. They were there when they said they would be there and made efficient use of their time.

Such poor treatment by the owner that this company was not invited to quote. During our initial phone conversation, the owner Michael was argumentative, condescending, mansplainy, and even asked: “Will the decision maker, like your husband, be there when I come to quote?” (!) And just like that, he lost the job. Good riddance.

The pressure washer guys were in and out right on schedule. The painters (More and Tony) were up and down ladders for a week. No overspray or drips. Professional job by all.
