The young man at the counter was great!! He exchanged a pair of Nike 270's I had ordered online that we're too big but didn't want to exchange by mail.(so I checked online and saw the last pair was at Fulton St Brooklyn location. So I had called earlier and asked them to hold the correct size for me.).I came in and i tell him I spoke with someone and they we're gonna hold the right size for me. He looks around and they weren't behind the register! But even better he leaves and comes back (box in hand) and says they were in the office(sweet)..so happy they took the time to put them aside like they said they would. The entire time providing Awesome/excellent customer service while doing the exchange! Hassle-free..he even kept the extra box I came In there with.. worth the trip(came from BX to Bk) things we do for kids :)

We shopped on Sunday morning 12/6/20 Love that the staff are wearing gloves and masks. They are taking every precaution they can to make us feel safe during our shopping. They clean repeatedly after every customer. They limit how many customers are in the store at a time. Great employees especially Chad who helped us with our shoe purchases. He was soooooo very friendly, patient and helpful! He was absolutely the best! I'm going back to pick up some shoes for my older sons and I'm hoping Chad will be there to assist us. Thank you Chad for excellent customer service and thank you New Balance for hiring Chad, give him a raise!

Worst customer service ever.. mad workers just in here walk pass many times.. I had to stop a staff member to ask if this item is in store to exchange.. Then to go back offline to come back on. When waiting another staff ask if I need help.. I said no; I mean yall all stood around and pass me locking eyes.. but now ask if I need help.. im good. Not professional.

One thing I can very much say is that Cameron is one of the rudest Managers I have ever seen . He tried to sell me defective shoes that were at least worn multiple times. I asked him what can we do and just just gave me a disgusting stare and not willing to help. Won’t return to this location.

7/25/2021: Getting a Xmas present for Mom I came in at closing time (6:45pm) to grab a shirt and the guys and my cashier was noticeably rushing me out the door. Didnt like the feeling and I understood the drift. Great shirt, uncomfortable experience.

Got a good deal on a pair of Jordans... The floor staff were helpful, but the checkout girl seemed like she'd rather be someplace else. Not gonna let her spoil the 5 star review, just like I didn't let her spoil my day.

Don’t ever come to this store! If you want a side of attitude here is the place to go! I walk in ask for a size and one of the employees were super rude to me and tried to fight me definitely do not recommend

I would rate this store much higher if I didnt spend $150 on a par of shoes and they didnt let me use the restroom before I left. So I brought an $8 burrito next door at Chipotle and used theirs. SMDH

This my spot for Nike clothes and MJ entire... Always have decent sales on clothes and accessories.. Not the best in sneakers but take a look you might find something nice …

I love it they have pretty sneakers in there for us girls and all of our sizes. You can order from them also. So if you see some nice sneakers online get them.

Cheap prices, but the staff was pretty rude, only brought one shoe to try even though I asked for both (I had to ask twice), and they brought the wrong shoe.
