I hate whenever I go in (close to home locationl) the staff seem all posey and I feel like I'm about to be last picked in gym class or something and I'm in my 30s.. but it's weird to smile at them and have them struggle to stop posing to smile back so it's awkward.. they just stand around and I have to force eye contact for them to wake up from their zones.. Also I get ignored and never greeted if I'm not dressed up (which I'm not going to do specifically for the mall) up to the point I've walked up to a salesperson and they don't look up. Also I've never been greeted in general at this store in general but maybe treated better when I'm not tired after work .. Just dropped by today and this salesgirl with a scowl on her face and a TOWEL over her neck was standing there not even acknowledging the customers all around her. It's to the point I hate going in now but I do anyway. Most of the time what I expect to see is happening. Staff grouped together like a high school clique and glaring/blank staring.... Geezus if you hate your job just leave. You're not professional athletes forced to work retail with your stooped over postures and ugly attitudes. If you are, sorry?

We visited this store on Nov 27 / 20 and was repulsed by the customer service I have worked in the service industry for 30 years and cannot imagine talking to any of my customers the way we were spoken to. I did not get the girls name but she was a young short black girl working around 3:30 pm at the Sunridge store . I will never go back there ever again and I will post my experience on social media to make sure my family and friends don’t shop there and have the same terrible experience happen to them.

I love this store. It is one of my favorites as the always have cool clothing the lasts at fair pricing. My 16 year old Son was able to get outfitted in some great quality fashionable clothing. We spent$300 on this trip and were happy for it. The fitting rooms are closed because of Covid-19, but we picked the right sizes so it worked out beautifully. The staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. We will be back in the near future as my 18 year old saw some gear he wants to purchase.

What ever you do dont get service from the assintant manager ANDREW. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Trying to buy something and all i get "I dont knows" from this guy. Even after i told him the shoe size that he gives me was too small. He goes and tells me to try it on anyway. Then after wards i tell him its obveously not going to fit and he responds with. "I dont care i dont make commission anyways." Should not work here at all. Horrbile work ethics. No wonder he works retail at his age.

I love this store! The staff are friendly and approachable. They have great customer service. The is always clean when I come in! Usually when there’s no size available I get it shipped to the house and it takes about 2-3 business days! Nikka is amazing, super friendly and always approachable. She has great knowledge about shoes & apparel. Thank you Nikka for your customer service!

No boxing shoes. And I was told there probably wouldn't be any in any Calgary stores. Champs of lame.... bubble wrap generation has a shoe store now. I'll buy my boxing shoes where there are teeth and blood on the floor. I recall Champs being better and much much cooler. The staff just stand around and stayed busy looking cool.

Big Ben and his team was amazing! The Sunridge Champs location received my online order and saw that there was something wrong with my order. Instead of shipping my order to me Big Ben let me know about the issue and I came down to look at order. The team then showed me other sizes for the shoe I ordered. Great people!

I went there a few days back (in December 2019) and wow the service and staff are superior. They are polite and professional. I was waiting in line and rather than have me wait, the store employee logged into the system to scan my items. Will definitely go there again once the items I am looking for show up.

Great service I went in tried on like 3 shoes and tbh I looked like I had no money just by how I was dressed but they still treated me right and bought some AF1’s I’ll be back to get kyrie 4’s and another’s pair of Air Force ones black y’all should give me a discount for this 5 star ❤️

The store manager is extremely helpful and so kind. They were informative on stock and ordering expectancies and encouraged us to seek all options to get what we needed. The prices are lower than similar stores with the exact same items.

Employees always lying about what sizes they have. I ask for a size they tell me they don't have it and 10 mins later they're bringing out the same size to some other girl.
