I wish I could give the service at this store ZERO stars. The staff is very unprofessional and unwilling to help. These guys need to be trained better. I have shopped at Yorkdale champs many times and they have always provided good service but the staff at SQUARE ONE CHAMPS is, first of all, so rude to talk to and if it were upto them they would’nt want anyone to come to their store. They are probably at work to stand and chill and not help any customer at all. Please train them or shut the store down.

Shoutout to Jessica that helped me with refunding my Nike AF1's that I bought over a month ago and ended up ripping after their first use. She made the process so smooth and even requested Foot Locker to reserve the same size for me, so I can purchase it after I got my refund from Champs. Thank you for your efforts, appreciate it lots!

I went to champs to find some shoes . They do have good shoes, but not much in my size. The service was decent, like all costumer service are all good . Then I found some Jordan’s . That were in my size and tbh there a good Price for Jordan’s. They are the best shoes since I got in 3 years.

Store manager is kinda stupid they won't let me buy a CSG hoodie for half the price but in online you can. It has to be full price and buy one, get one in store. So I order it online and pick it up in store..The lesson is buy online.

Weird store, staff are lined up like it’s a gun range and you are the target. They all just stare at you, I could grab a shoe and bounce it around like a basketball and not a single one would ask if I needed help

Great place for sports attire . Picked up the Paris St.Germain festival bag for $30.00 , which was a good price considering it sells for $45 online.
