Car 2183 tried to refuse card payment after initially accepting that when we entered vehicle. (We asked before). Started yelling at us when we told him we had no ther method of payment and I had advised him that he was responsible for accepting that form of payment. Made me feel unsafe as he got unusually aggressive. Would not take this company EVER again.

The lady on the phone was extremely rude . We called back to ask when the cab was coming because it was taking so long . She totally ignored me and refused to believe that it took 20 minutes and was rude about it . She put me on hold after that and wasn’t helpful at all .

This service was extremely terrible the woman was so rude over the phone and didn’t think the cab was taking long. The cab driver gave attitude when we said it took to long and was rude overall horrible experience and the woman can have some more costumer service.
