Staff was drunk. Asked him to fill 1500 rupees of petrol, he instead filled petrol for 1000 rupees and during the card swipe he typed 10,500 rupees. Your employees need to improve on soft skills, sometimes service is little slow, off course free air isn't free, once i saw air filling guy was scolding behind customer for not paying for air, put board of ₹:5/- Air and ₹:40/- for nitrogen I once saw owner/authority of filling station he was polite and industrious.
