Enough seating, but can get hot n humid in summer. Although it is well ventilated. The main waiting hall is very artistically decorated. This is inside MTNL building near Ganesh Talkies Charai. You can drive a car and get parking around on the streets relatively easily. Washrooms stink and very poorly maintained.

The only positive thing about it is that it's less crowded, so you get the document registered without spending much time unlike other sub registrar offices. The premises is almost in dilapidated condition with no hygiene at all. There is no dedicated parking. One has to park the vehicle on roadside.

Government must improve the infrastructure of this place. The government is earning a lot of money from the public from the stamp duty and registration fee but not providing basic facilities of proper sitting arrangements, Clean and hygienic environment, Basic washrooms, and parking facilities.

Good place for waiting. But just one counter for the registration work even though there are ample space for more counters. And I am sure there is no lack of personal to do the work in India. Someone has to apply mind and utilize the space well to make the process non cumbersome.

Registrar office is strictly by appointment only. The crowd is well managed and generally there is no problem in getting sitting space. There is ample space to maintain social distancing during covid pandemic. So one need not worry about crowding., especially in covid times.

The office is located inside MTNL complex. Adequate seating arrangement for moderate crowd. No parking for visitors. Visitors have to find a place on the road to park their car/ bike which is difficult to find. You need an agent's service to get your job done properly.
