Validated parking garagr diagonal from the courthouse, business center with printer, comfortable seating with TVs and stereo everywhere, fridge, microwave, pool table ($1 in quarters), Ms. Pac-Man and pinball arcade (takes quarters), free breakfast and raffle during Jury Appreciation week (week of July 10), daycare and play area. Wifi and wired internet is slow, but I was told they are upgrading soon.

nice Interactive calling system and eresponse website. Don’t bother trying. It doesn’t work. This, along with everything else in Charlotte is amateur hour.

Never answer the phone. Never responds to email. Wants me to drive 6.5 hours and I can’t get in contact for over a month now. Very unprofessional.

Never pick up your calls. Didn't send my check, which ended up holding back my employer from paying me for service to state.
