I've given this place a good few goes over the last few years; think around a couple of years gap between each visit as I'm always unsure about how it is after each visit. I can now say definitively that it is not worthwhile visiting here. I'll just write about my last experience which was a visit for Picosure (not cheap at all). I was sold on getting a Pisosure "deal" - yes this place is pushy - and I was told that my very big yet light sunspot on my face would most definitely vanish after just one session. This did not occur. I have tried talking to the centre about it but nothing came out of it. Basically they don't deliver what they promise. So unless you're prepared to be promised the world and get maybe 1/4 of what you're expecting in return, then go for it. Otherwise you're forever wasting money on them not knowing what exactly you got out of it

I have been coming here for almost 6 months now and have been getting a number of different skin treatments including the facial extraction. This has helped my skin so much and I have received a number of compliments from my friends and family on how much better my skin is looking. Lena and the team are thorough in assessing my skin and giving me recommendations of what treatments I should do. Definitely recommend for anyone who has trouble skin problems and want a customised treatment plan.

Came for an extraction facial as I was breaking out and wasn’t happy with my skin and wow was I impressed with the results! Michiyo was so kind and friendly and gave such great skincare advice. Would highly recommend coming here if you are looking to improve your skincare routine!

Thanks for the extraction and skin assessment. The staff seem to have a lot of customers and experience. I've changed my daily routine and noticed my pores are now smaller and clearer after 2 of their sessions. Wasn't a fan of the premium cost for men's treatment.

CHB is a very professional and knowledgeable salon, I’ve been in their City and Chastwood brands, both are very clean, tidy and comfortable, good air ventilation, I really enjoyed my treatment. My skin is much better than before! Highly recommended!

I got an extraction facial + back treatment with Lena and it was great! I learned about my individual skin and left feeling refreshed. Can’t wait for my next appt! Definitely want to try on detox massage as well. Lena’s team js so friendly too

My second time to go to the chatswood branch for extraction. The team is lovely and the place is very clean. I enjoy the services here and will definitely invite my friends to come here.

It’s sad but my pores has become more obvious after the treatment. I did their recommended face mask too which was additional $100ish.
