What I like about Chase as a financial institution is: 1. They provide free business and personal checking account to veterans and those on active duty. I know because I have both. 2. You can download two years of checking or savings transactions for free into QuickBooks, Quicken, and Excel. Something that my clients who I set up, review, and train in those accounting and bookkeeping software programs appreciate. 3. They offer a variety of credit cards for everyone. I like earning 5% cash back in different categories each quarter like gas, groceries, Amazon, and wholesale clubs on my Chase Freedom card. 4. Unlike other banks, they are usually open real hours of 9-6 M-F and 10-2 on Saturday. 5. Their website is always working. 6. Zelle payment is easy to send and receive money with. Better than PayPalless. The only downside is that credit cards can be downloaded in both programs and Excel for three statements plus the current transactions or 120 days. American Express for example can go back as far as 15-18 months. If you are one of my clients that wants to start a file in the middle of the year, that doesn’t work. They need to let folks download credit cards for the same amount of time as the banking side. This ATM is conveniently located by the Pike Place Market.

While convenient, there always seems to be something out of order for this ATM!
