As a new business, I decided to give Chase a chance to be my banking provider, but after only 4-6 weeks they managed to already demonstrate that they are not willing or able to conduct business professionally. 1. They are not very clear or communicative if an issue has developed, so you will have to drive all communication with them. 2. They are very limited on business bankers at the location, so you will have to make an appointment for everything. 3. They will close your accounts and not tell you anything, no notice of closure or what they did with your funds. Thanks to these facts, they can mess up the one thing that should work flawlessly for new business, and that's getting paid for your hard work. When your clients have to call you and tell you " hey, I want to pay you, but your bank account came back as no good?" It helps you look really good!
James Tarr is the branch manager at this chase bank. He helped my husband and I after we could not. Get any help from chase bank employee at the Ft. Worth Ave location Mr. Ben refused to help us because my husband was hard of hearing The chase Bank on Illinois street near Coombs creek lol I was in total shock at their ignorance of our bank needs . Had no clue what we were needing assistance with on our two bank accounts. We have been customers of chase bank since 2006 Chase Bank almost lost our business until we met Mr. James Tarr who took the time to sit down and assist us with what our needs and wants were from Chase Bank . Thank You Mr. James Tarr for your professionalism, knowledge, respect and for taking time to sit down with us . That’s the way it should have been when we walked into the first Chase Bank !
I opened an account with Chase on 8/26/17. My ID has my parents old address so i told the woman to make sure she sends the card to my current address. She said she did & I will receive it by Thursday or Friday. I confirmed with her that it would be going to my home address & she said yes. I haven't received anything so I called customer service & they said that the card was sent to my parents old address & there wasn't any other mailing address in there. I WROTE THE ADDRESS DOWN FOR HER!! I WAS IN THERE FOR AN ENTIRE HOUR. YOU WOULD THINK SHE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT RIGHT. Now I have to go into the branch again & get a card sent to me expedited. What a horrible experience for a new customer.
So disappointed in this branch right now. I spoke with David yesterday scheduled an appointment for today. I was the second person in line this morning 9/19 got here at 8:55am. Several people started forming a line. 9:05 rolls in, lights still out. Left at 9:15 still nothing. I call the number says temporarily closed?? Went back at 9:25 still nothing. Why would an appointment be scheduled? I also just found out from another branch that they are closed today. Smh!!! A waste of time, I scheduled the earliest for a reason. I made sure to make the time for this review for sure!!!!
If you are in the market for obtaining a home loan Victor Perez is the person to contact! He was extremely helpful and took the time to really make sure we understood everything. He made the process go extremely smooth and made himself available to answer any questions we had every time we called. Thank you Victor for taking care of us and assisting me and my family with this process. I highly recommend him, by far the best home loan adviser. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and welcoming!
Spoke with a lady named Darlene on the phone. She was not very pleasant or helpful. Said she could not assist me with details because she had two customers in front of her. If she did have two customers in front of her which i hope she didn't, because that's very unprofessional. You never answer a phone when you have a customer in front of you. Either way it is unacceptable and should not be answering phones if that's the quality of customer service she attains.
Horrible experience here I was constantly lied to just to get me out of the bank I deposited a check for 700$ the broken ATMs outside never gave me a conformation I also went inside the bank to explain what happened and got more of a run around I do not recommend banking here to Anyone such a bad bad experience didn't offer me a credit or anything whenj receive my money I'm switching to Bank of America I can't take this anymore it's been 10 days already
By far one of the best Chase establishments I have ever been to. I manage an apartment community down the road, and come to this location frequently to deposit checks or other tasks. David and the rest of the team are absolutely stellar! They're always smiling and so eager to assist. They're so involved and personal, always knowing our names, or just little pieces of a conversation that wouldn't normally be remembered. 5/5, highly recommend!
ATM's do not function. Chase leaves the green arrow on. You are completely unaware that you and the others behind you in the line are not going to receive service. No one answers the phone number provided. When you call the local branch to call is routed to the national company and no one answers. i went to another Chase bank down the road. Same problems.
David Ramirez is great manager and banker. Had a terrible situation happen with chase and this man delivered with up and above customer service. He was empathetic to the situation and helped me resolve it in a timely manner. If you ever have an issue with chase this is who you need to see to get it resolved.
Customer support directed me to visit my local branch for assistance with my locked account. I'd like to commend the friendly teller who greeted me and Mr. Ramirez (no relation) for delivering exceptional customer service. They listened to my issue and had it resolved within a reasonable time frame.
Thank you so much for David Ramirez for helping us and making this so much easier for us youve changed my experience with this company after having a bad experience with the other location. Ill will definitely come by to open an account as well as Claudia for relaying the information!!
Always feel welcomed here. Never a long wait, tellers and employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about all questions asked. This is my goto bank. They explain everything nicely and are always looking for extra ways to be courteous and give a great banking experience.
Despite the mixed reviews of this branch, I had an excellent experience setting up an account for my new LLC. I've dealt with a lot of Chase branches in DFW, and this one was surprisingly efficient. David R. assisted me, and was uncommonly friendly and efficient.
David Ramirez. Such a wonderful help. He help me get my debit card . Also help me apply for a credit card. Very excellent customer service. Darlene in the other hand sucks . She need to be fire . She no help . Do not try her best to help you .
Called ahead to make sure Notary person was there, they said they would be available until 5pm. Arrived at 4:15pm to find out they "were in a meeting the rest of the day and wouldn't be available". Great customer service.

The lady that helped me with what I needed was absolutely no help. She was very rude and when I asked about what was she was told from the customer service department she refused to tell me. Chase is terrible!!!!
Management is terrible here, employees will talk to you while stuffing their face with snacks and act like you are bothering them. Terrible service and management. Go to BofA, even they have better service.
This bank is so severely understaffed it shouldn’t be open. Huge queue on the inside to see 2 tellers. After 20 min of waiting and only moving one person I walked out. Chase’s service has really declined

Same problem with the cards i havnt been able to get paid for 7weeks. And whenever we make the trip down there we have to wait 45 min then spend an hour .
Great and friendly customer service. It can get really busy during peak hours, so wait times can get long.
Convenient location but not enough atms. No atms inside the branch. 2 atms outside that are often broken
