Sherri Combs is the best Banker in the world, she is super helpful and walked me through each step of opening up a new account, she even followed up a few days later to ensure I was still satisfied with everything, if you are looking to set up a new account or need help with one you already have, please schedule a meeting with Sherri!

The people at this branch simply lack customer service. All I needed to do was provide my Mom's driver's license to be added to an account and I was informed they didn't have the time to do. What didn't make sense was that, the rep LITERALLY in our account and stated, "I can't do that." AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!

Came in and dealt with the most rude employee . I made sure I grabbed a business card to write this review. The lead teller this morning was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with chase. The other staff were super nice , but alone the experience I had with her will have me avoid this place.

Ive wasted hundreds of dollars going to a corner store to cash my check because this Chase bank wouldn’t cash or take my check at all. Today I went to a different chase and they took my check with no problem. I will never return to this bank at all. It’s time to change banks!!

Why the heck have a bank work no public ATM open 25 hours? Not even a sign on the outside door telling you what engrane to go in to get to the bank. Luckily they have other locations because if this was the only one I'd drop the bank in a heartbeat

Poor customer service. I have appointment at 3:00PM but the power is off and they don’t even text or call me to inform it. I come to the bank they only say that “Well, the power is off we can’t do anything for you” that’s waste of my time …

Went there this past weekend, they turned me away even though I got there at 1:15pm and they close at 5pm. I was trying to open an account. Horrible customer service, will not be going back. Will drive a little further for better service!

Don't go to this branch if you need to get something notarized. They used to be quite efficient at offering this service but not anymore. Now they just give excuses as to why they can't notarize a document; "Sorry, the notary is off

One of the two ATM's wasn't working and they are located in an abandoned bank parking lot that's really rundown.

They need to hurry up and fix the ATM. Is been closed for more than a month and they don't care about it.
