Worst bank ever. They play too many games first my bank account got closed cause some error and the lady in the phone told me they will open a new account and can link my old debit card to the new account. the rep there said no it cannot be done, then he told me that I would have to wait again 7 days to get my new one and that also i could not take out all my money cause the direct deposit was pending. He said you can only withdraw 61 dollars and I was like ok whatever I’m closing this account anyways when I get to the teller there’s only 1 by the way and a long line, there more focused on welcoming the customers instead of attending them with what they came for. And when I ask to withdraw whatever I can guess what they gave me all my money when supposedly they couldn’t. I’m full of tats and they were talking to each other in secrecy about my account like I did something wrong and the thing that pisses me off the most there’s this big fat lady that has an annoying voice and instead of helping she’s talking about enchilada sauce, if your reading this you need a treadmill not a danm enchilada and help out. And she say me irritated and mad and she keeps coming to me thank you for your patience like close and it’s just annoying there something called personal space and knowing when to keep your mouth shut. They only thing good about this location were the 2 guys in the back(dark skin) cause that fat lady and other Spanish guy De la Rosa or something they useless. I’m filling a complaint like a old lady in every page that I can find wasted my time for nothing. thanks for nothing chase
The representatives were kind and very patient. They even had a pleasant smile when i was having issues with my account. I'm not too sure about the manager who told me many times what she isn't going to do in an unprofessional way. Maybe the staff was informed about an issue but was unable to resolve it? If you can't handle the difficulties in a financial institution then why don't you refer the customer to someone who could better assist them?
I'm a professional in the area of Dallas and needed a document notarized. The notary actually refused stating that they don't notarize documents associated with employment. A notary is a public servant and cannot refuse to notarize a document. A notary serves a very important role with respect to signature verification and our legal system. These individuals are under an official oath to serve the public.
This is the worst chase Ive ever been in. I have to make deposits for my employer so I come at lunch time. They only ever have one teller no matter how long line is. 7 windows but only one teller! I have to come in several times a week and because they cant keep employees, I have to keep showing my ID to new tellers unless the floor person or manager can vouch for me that they know me. Poorly run branch.

This has has to be the worst business drive thru service. Everytime time I come it's a minimum 20 minutes if there is one car in front of you. I could only imagine how long it takes when there's four or five cars. Today they took 25 minutes on one car in front of me and now another 10 mins to just get my change. I will not be coming back.
I am terrible disappointed of how this bank is stealing non accounts holds money. They charged me $8 dollar for cashing my check. I heard of the reputation of it and I didn't believe it till today. No wonder why immediately i did not want open an account with them. Takin 8 dollar from my employees is a number that it can add up.
You can't reach branches by phone, but after making an appointment online, someone from the Polk St. branch called me to say I could come by for notary service without an appointment. However, that is not true. There is no notary there to help account holders.
This is my first and last time visiting this branch. I have never been to a branch who request you to do everything online. The bankers do not look like they enjoy their job!! Good luck getting good customer service which Chase pride themselves on!
I got to the drive thru like 10 mins before 5 and the car in front of me left like a min before 5 and when I pulled up i didn’t get help they were closed, like I said I got there 10 mins before 5. First time here and last time!
All the tellers that worked on Saturday November 20 , around 1:15 has excellent customer service. Also the lady that greets you when you enter the bank on that same day. The way they communicate with the customer is on point.
This location is a poor representation of Chase. I am a long time account holder and I've never been to a Chase location that was rude and deceiving as it relates to their hours of operation and services.
The slowest chase I've been to as far as seeing a person banker. I've only had two people in front of me as far as just waiting and it going on to alittle bit over ,30 minutes.
I bank here. There are never enough tellers available. They want everyone to use the machine. They added a machine and closed the teller windows except for two.

The ATMs never work! They only have a q or 2 tellers at a time. But they have the man power to have a door greeter. And their AC is always broken
This branch is antagonist towards customers and will not own up to the quality of standards that other branches of Chase upholds.
Great staff and very convenient for college students! Highly recommend for anyone just starting out on their own.
Friendly and helpful staff. Branch is rather small though, and ATM machines seem to breakdown often.
