Went in to add wife to account twice. First time told to wait and after 30 minutes someone comes to tell me no one is available to wait, why tell me to take a seat and make me wait then. Second time told they will check if banker is available, told to take a seat and wait. Finally they called me up and asked if I was there to open an account and again repeated “adding another person to my account”, then get told that personal banker needs to do that and that she is helping someone already and need to make an appointment. That is ridiculous! This means I have to go for a 3rd time and pray the banker will be available with an appointment. What happened to the days where you walk in and wait your turn and get helped? Guess after 20+ years with Chase it’s time to look for another bank.
You need to conduct a customer service audit at your branch at 8928 E R L Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75228. I've banked there for 2.5 years. The branch has two teller cages and two ATMs inside. There's ALWAYS a wait at the teller cages. Yesterday at app. 4:00 p.m., the line stretched out the door. App. 20 customers were in the line. The people waiting did not stay six feet apart. While the tellers are always busy, there are always three to five people standing around apparently doing nothing. I'd suggest you open two more teller cages and staff them, and get rid of one ATM. It's rare for me to see a line to use an ATM.
By far the worst location I have been to, I went in multiple times to try and open a savings account. First time I didn’t have the right documents according to the banker, no problem I’ll be back. Second time I walk in and not one” hey welcome sign in!” just thought I’d grab a seat and wait for someone to come talk to me, nope never happened. Fast forward 45 minutes “Hello sir what brings you in”, I would like to open up a savings account, “I’m sorry we’re about to close and can’t help you, but come back tomorrow!” Went online and opened an account & took no longer than 2 minutes. Horrible customer service.
Anita, I walked in waited over 30 min there were 2 people ahead of me. After this I had everything I needed to fill out was a deposit of $80 cash and I had the bank account number and everything ready. Apparently you are not allowed to make a deposit for someone else. I visited another branch and did the exact same thing. Anita talks way to much please a branch manager please help her get some more people skills and how to overcome objections. She’s too old for this.
On 10/21/21 I was in need of a notary and this branch NEVER answer the phone I call the 800# and was inform I need to make a appointment with this branch to answer such a simple question because they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Ha The next day a representative from this branch call back to late UPS... "YES" the Brown Truck have employee on staff to give you the service that your Financial institute failed at. What a disappointment.
Customer service is good. However, they’re bankers are always busy and understaffed. They will have 1-2 bankers on Saturdays which is inconvenient. This location is right by a Wal-Mart, shopping center, and right off I-30 so they get a ton of traffic but are never prepared. Saturdays are when most ppl have the time to come here so they should review their staffing and adjust accordingly.
The staff is friendly but there always seems to be a long line. They don't charge you for every little thing. It's interesting that employees are standing around at times while tellers are backed up. Maybe those folks aren't allowed to help the tellers but I've wanted to ask them lol.
This location has excellent customer service. So many employees are bilingual! A customer came in without a mask, they made sure to sanitize the stuff they touched- quickly! As someone with pre existing medical conditions, I really appreciated this and look forward to returning
Very rud personal to tell me than they can't attent us. After 30 min waiting for two different people.
Worst bank and worst customer service, I wish I can give a -1 star
