This bank is great in a sense that they have multiple ATM both outside the door and in the lobby. As in all companies some employees are better than others. Some bankers are ready to help right away. Some tellers excel in efficiency if not exactly friendliness. I will take competence and efficiency any day as opposed to friendly and incompetent. Some employees get upset and turn unprofessional when they are proven wrong. For instance, what seems like a senior teller told me he couldn’t do something that a banker had promised last week. After talking on the phone with the banker, it was proven that he had to provide the paperwork I requested. This senior teller did the task but refused to say anything or even provide an envelop. When I said thank you, I wasn’t even acknowledged. Childish or unprofessional?

Look a bank is a bank! I didn't get to go inside so I don't know how it would turn out! but in reality any business should provide parking for customers. Or at least across the street have parking work something out with the owners for parking really inconvenient (travellers) I wouldn't recommend coming to this location will get parking ticket cause the city offical seems to be right around the coner waiting for the next victim and it's bound to happen sorry but that's just the truth.

Should be an access granted to ATM via debit/credit card but two days in row cannot get in. Many people turning back because of this issue. Next atm is 2.5 miles away, Chase team, please do something to fix this issue.

Convenient and friendly place for banking. They have an inside ATM machine that can dispense large amounts of bills and different sizes. Reduces the line wait time.

They've repaired the security door. Also do not allow access to the vestibule after business hours to prevent people camping out inside.

Friendly staff. Probably one of the best chase banks in the bay area

The worst service, workers are not understanding and rude.
