There was a line of customers and they would not open another teller station even though there was an employee standing around.She helped a customer do her transaction on the automated machine instead and then went back to standing as a greeter.My teller could not figure out I was depositing a check to my daughter's account.zG

Chase has in recent years been terrible about customer service so much that I've moved most my accounts back to Bank of America. But Paul Johnson at this location today topped the cake. Worst example of customer service I've experienced in a long time. I will surely be closing all my chase accounts come Monday.

Go to Chase two days in a row. They cannot do transaction (savings bond redemption) because computer system is down, and it is apparently at all Chase locations. Is this for real, 48 hours and system still not working properly? You think it would be fixed in a few hours. No idea when system will be up!

Zero customer service and no eye contacts at all. They let 6 customers waited for almost an hour then came out to tell customers to change to another location or else it would be another hour wait, I have never received this worst service before with Chase since Im 17 years loyal customer.
