WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, MY MOTHER WENT IN TO DO A WIRE TRANSFER AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO EVEN LOOK AT HER PHONE WITH THE INFORMATION THEY NEEDED FOR THE TRANSFER. IT WAS MY MOTHER’S FIRST TIME DOING IT AND THEY COULD NOT HELP HER. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE SHE HAD AT THIS LOCATION.
Very disgusting attitudes. Never will I visit this chase again. The Cashier was very rude when I asked her to speak up being that I couldn't hear her through the glass. Wait times are WAAAY TOO LONG! They should be jumping up at the opportunity to help somebody open a new account instead you write your name on a sheet and you want 30-45 min to talk to somebody.
If you want extremely slow service this is the perfect place to go. 1-2 bank tellers at a time. the lines stretch to the door. hopefully it will soon be under new management.
