Went to get some statements for a closed account. The assistant manager Maria was very professional and friendly while she tracked down the paperwork. Even while she was on hold with Chase's back office (to find some older docs) she kept me updated with her findings. Awesome service, especially for a closed account!

Every time I go to this branch its always empty.. like a ghost town. And the bankers are super quick to come help me. The tellers are very friendly and accommodating. There are 2 Atms outside (you will need to slide your card to open the doors after hours).

It's never crowded, half a block from Oracle Park, but what sets this bank apart is an excellent team of investment brokerage, led by Tse Low. They make you feel like Warren Buffett, even if your bank balance is more like John Doe's. It's

Teller couldn't help us at all with our request, but did offer us a single use plastic water bottle to "compensate". Terrible service. But nothing in comparison to the terrible damage Chase is doing by bankrolling fossil fuel projects -

Walk 2 miles to this bank to make a cash deposit, and they only have 1 atm. That atm is broken. Why have a physical bank if their atms don't even work. I might as well go to an online bank. Useless.

Josh De La Rosa is the worst banker I've dealt with, completely incompetent and does not return phone calls. Came in for a simple account setup and even then he botched it.

Worst chase location yet. Slow service as they usually have a single teller working. The beast that I spoke to today was not helpful at all.

Staying for 23 minutes so far and no body come to help me It's still early 10:25am. And no body's inside the bank only me and another man

Really nice staff, they offered water and let me and my friend chill while we took a breather from our long trip after banking.
