"Personal Banker" had no excuses for 2% less on 5 year CD (compared to Barclays for example) he expected me to just sign up with their poor rates. Also he reeked of cigarettes. Also the Chase financial advisor couldn't care less about my account. Closing accounts and moving to another bank.
