"Disgusting service today at ENT"
"Had a young child vomiting and in pain this morning, and no choice but take her to the closest hospital which unfortunately was the Chase Farm, what a place to be! Despite, the fact we had to wait over 2h to be called in the EMERGENCY (!), we were seen by a woman at room 1, around 2:30pm who I’m not sure about her qualification but what I can assure is she was the rudest person I’ve ever seen working in a hospital, my child got scared and couldn’t stop crying afterwards because of the way she was treated"
"Hello, I had a hip replacement surgery, I want to thank all the doctors and assistants for the chance to walk again and lead an active lifestyle in the future! Thank you very much to Dr"
"I hardly write reviews but I really feel like I have to tell everyone how amazingly I was cared for today for my day surgery! I have had day surgery today laparoscopy"
"Probably the best hospital I have ever visited with the best staff"
Disgusting service today at ENT. Went for an appointment that was booked for 8.45am. Was late by 10 minutes, due to me having to stop because I was bleeding from my throat and had heart pains. The reception said there wouldn’t be a problem as the doctor is running late today anyway. To have him come out of his room stood over me whilst I was sat down with my partner to tell me ‘nothing is happening today. I should discharge you! If you were a child it would be different. I would have seen you’ I asked if I could get my scan results printed at least to be told ‘NO definitely not’. This is not how I expect to be treated by someone who works for the NHS! I have mental health issues and this has triggered me. He didn’t even have any patients to see. I was the only one there. And all I asked for when I was told I couldn’t be seen, was for my results. I was even denied these. Also, why if I were a child would I be seen but not at 33 years old? This sounds like a problem to me. By the time he had finished dismissing me and my partner and stood waving his arms about at us he could of seen me. Mr Christopher Dunn. Grey hair, short, with an attitude problem. YOU have issues. You think you’re an educated man, but really you’re far from it. Have some respect for your patients you saphead. Karma is coming. I won’t be returning back to this hospital as, I am also still waiting for a bone marrow biopsy that was requested by my consultant to rule out blood cancer that they suspect. And I’ve had 2 appointments cancelled so far. And not had another call or letter to confirm another appointment. The staff at this hospital need training in communication skills and also how to speak to their patients.
Had a young child vomiting and in pain this morning, and no choice but take her to the closest hospital which unfortunately was the Chase Farm, what a place to be! Despite, the fact we had to wait over 2h to be called in the EMERGENCY (!), we were seen by a woman at room 1, around 2:30pm who I’m not sure about her qualification but what I can assure is she was the rudest person I’ve ever seen working in a hospital, my child got scared and couldn’t stop crying afterwards because of the way she was treated. Apparently, this woman isn’t aware of she’s there working for a community which pays her salary! After being extremely nasty with us, she told me to get my child urine sample and then come back and knock the door, so even if I was already feeling uncomfortable with her manners, I politely did and she shouted at me to wait my turn and shut the door on my face. Totally disrespectful. This kind of behaviour should definitely take this employee to a disciplinary by the hospital as an entity as well as by the NHS, but it’s a shame to say I’m hopeless. We pay our taxes and when we most need, we have to rely on this sort of people with no ethics, no education and not made to serve the public.
Hello, I had a hip replacement surgery, I want to thank all the doctors and assistants for the chance to walk again and lead an active lifestyle in the future! Thank you very much to Dr. Jaiswal Parag! You gave me hope! Thanks to the staff who looked after me already in the postoperative ward, but unfortunately not everyone was caring... on the first day after the operation I had to wait all night until the morning to go to the small one... my lower stomach hurt and was torn, calling the staff on the button I waited a long time for the man who brought me a bad toilet, but I couldn’t lie down.. after which he said that he couldn’t do anything and they put a diaper on me.. in the morning a wonderful nurse came who brought a special chair and saved my urinary tract! Unfortunately, I was in poor condition and could not remember her name.. But already on my last day I remembered a nurse named Joy who looked after me like no one else, only three days after the operation she wiped off iodine from my legs, which were very itchy, I applied the cream, I felt so relieved.. I send her my love! Thank you!
I hardly write reviews but I really feel like I have to tell everyone how amazingly I was cared for today for my day surgery! I have had day surgery today laparoscopy. Each & every staff member that dealt with me was highly amazing and shown they truly cared. The nurse running the patients who arrived at 7, he was great, funny, welcoming & constantly making sure each of us was okay during our waiting time to theatre. The nurses who done my checks and questions also very amazing. The staff who gave me my aesthetic made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Even she came to check on me before she went home end of her shift, she popped to see if I was okay. Nurse who helped me change & to the toilet was so lovely. Surgeon was informative and made me feel happy. Thank you so much for my time at chase farm hospital. I am currently recovering in plenty of pain but I am so grateful I had a team today who put in all their effort. Thank you again!
Probably the best hospital I have ever visited with the best staff. Everywhere felt very modern and clean. I had a colonoscopy yesterday which I was anxious about and everyone working in the Endoscopy Unit couldn't have been more caring or attentive. The nurses and the doctor looking after me were very nice and comforting (providing me with some humour at times too) which made the procedure easier and moments of discomfort much more bearable. Thank you to all! (I haven't left a review for a hospital before but felt like I had to, particularly as I have seen some negative reviews on here. Not sure why or what people are moaning about. Wait times at A&E or walk-ins will always be long. The NHS is deeply underfunded and everyone, including doctors and nurses I know personally, is working tirelessly 24/7 so we should all be grateful.)
I'm delighted to say that this hospital is one of my favourite hospitals in London. I had no idea! Very clean, staff polite, and very friendly, especially a nurse called Maria, such a warm person with a caring heart. Dr. Dudhniwala is also an amazing and very caring doctor. I can't thank you enough for your support and care during our visit! The therapy dog called Izy is a superstar, and so is her owner, of course! The hospital has got a very big coffee shop. The area outside is big and beautifully done. Parking reasonable price, not like some other hospitals, and literally in front of the door. The view from the waiting room was pretty impressive, and I'm not sure why there are hidden trophies! I believe it is well deserved! Thank you very much, and please continue your amazing work!
I went to the urgent clinic for UTI treatment and thought that Thursday 2pm would be an "off peak" time. I was wrong, waited 4 hours to be seen and then given antiobiotics with WRONG instructions by a male nurse. Didn't even get to see a doctor after waiting that long! Needless to say I ended up going to the A&E at North Mid after a few days because the UTI wasn't getting any better. The doctor there told me that because the nurse at Chase Farm gave me the wrong dosage the UTI was still there even after taking the antiobiotics for the full course. Try to avoid going here. They don't do any kind of bloodwork and have very few doctors so it's just like waiting hours and hours in the A&E but you end up seeing a nurse and getting minimal service. A complete waste of time!
On the 8/6/22 I had an op on my Achilles Tendon. I had excellent care from the morning I arrived at the hospital from the welcoming security guard to when I came round from the anaesthetic and all the nurses were so attentive and informative. The anaesthesiologist explained the procedure carefully and the physio came and guided me when using two crutches. I cannot thank the Orthopaedics Team and Mr Shahid for a fantastic job and after care. I am now in recovery and receiving physio from Mr T Franklin and once again I am very pleased with my progress and the exercises I am given. Mr Franklin is excellent in his approach and explains things in an easy manner and gives praise. A big thank you to Chase Farm Hospital and keep up the wonderful hard work you all do.
I called to look for an elderly friend who'd been taken to a hospital. My friend is 71 and has no family. I was desperate to find him. I called North Mid they were very helpful in looking for my friend but he wasn't there. I called chase farm to be received by a very rude unhelpful receptionist in the urgent treatment centre who clearly needs to not be working in a hospital as you tend to come accross highly emotional situations all the time!!!! A bit of understanding and empathy goes a long way. maybe I was expecting too much!?! Anyway without my friends exact date of birth I was told she could not help me. Really??? You didn't want to help and you made it very clear. Shame on you!! I was stressed and frustrated by this, and then she hung up on me.
Attended day surgery admissions unit for a minor procedure. The wait for surgery for me was relatively short, other patients who had been there earlier, complained of the long wait they were experiencing. There was a television and several magazines available, on the unit that occupied my time. The nursing staff were polite and informative. The unit and hospital on a whole was spotlessly clean and the furnishings are in immaculate condition. On the ground floor, there is indoor and outdoor seating areas, where you can have hot and cold beverages, and hot food and snacks. Overall as a patient, I had a very good experience here, no complaints. A big thank you to all staff for the wonderful care and attention I received.
Hi, I would be very grateful if you could pass on our massive thanks to Dr Al-Dubaisi (I hope you can pass on this message to him) and also to their supporting team (all receptionists, nurses, other Drs) the way the cancer treatment was organised and carried out for my mum. They have been incredibly efficient, thorough and caring even though working under extremely challenging covid circumstances. They are all a true testament to the NHS of incredibly lucky we are to have a system and team like this on which we can rely on during our darkest days in life. We are incredibly grateful for all your help and support over past couple of years. Kind regards Mr Soham Patel on behalf of my mum Mrs Vandana Patel
My son had an appointment with a paediatrician there today. We had a lot of concerns and I was really pleased that we were heard and every single concerned was addressed with further investigations. We felt taken seriously. We were able to get a couple of tests done on the spot and we were referred to other services for the other ones. All of the staff was amazing, very friendly, kind and helpful. Unfortunately we had to wait 5 months but we know it’s out of their hands and the Dr was apologetic about it. This type of service shows you how great the NHS could be if only they were given the funds as they are understaffed and under stress. Thank you very much to all the team in Chase Farm Hospital
Took my toddler to Chase Farm urgent care after his nursery were unable to dislodge a foreign body from his nose. We had to wait for some time to be seen but that is standard of anywhere these days. All the staff we met from receptionists to security were friendly and helpful. When we were seen by Kate and Julia, they made sure my toddler was relaxed and reassured him so he wasn’t afraid. With their assistance we were able to remove the foreign body quickly and without invasive procedure. Kate and Julia were helpful, friendly and more than happy to help. We were very impressed by their care. Thank you Kate and Julia and Chase Farm.
Urgent Care Centre, I would give minus 10 but unfortunately I can't. I am here with my son. When we've arrived it was 2 hours waiting. After waiting for 4.30 hours I asked the receptionist how far on the list. She was like a machine telling me that they had an emergency, which i have seen, and understood, however my son was complainig of back pain and he has a history of leukaemia as a child . Tried to explain that, she would not listen and spoke over me . Very rude. No compasion, no sympathy. She said she is doing this every day so she is ok to treat people like that.never again I would bring my son here. Avoid at all cost.
The new hospital designed by idiots. There are no signs to any of the clinics. A distinct lack of human beings anywhere close to any of the large number of unmarked waiting areas but there are plenty of self service machines that you need to sign in on and then bumble around hoping that you've sat down in a waiting area that might be in the general vicinity that you need to go (I failed miserably on that one!) It also has the sterile unappealing atmosphere of the set in the film "Passengers". Three cheers for the moron who designed this hospital. No doubt a knighthood will be on it's way....
I don't normally like to write reviews but my scan yesterday at Chase Farm Hospital in Enfield was terrible. A scan was done by a student, after which the specialist got involved and they managed to finish pressing my abdomen with the limb of the apparatus in less than an hour. And in the end they even neglected to tell me the gender of the baby. After I asked further after the procedure was completed, I had to lie down again and have them see him again and the answer was only "umm I see him as a girl huh??" This scan was under all criticism! A day later I feel the pains of pushing on my belly
I was recently admitted to Chase Farm Hospital Suffolk Psychiatric Ward as an informal patient for a few days. Some of the staff were lovely, caring and compassionate, but I felt some were quite cold. Only a small number of bedrooms are as pictured - most are not as nice which is a bit unfair. As an informal patient I was not allowed to leave the ward until I saw the ward consultant, but patients would have to wait several days before being able to see her. I don't feel my stay at Chase Farm helped me much and I was discharged without much support, just one follow up call.
Went for a blood test. The new building is very clean, and staff are helpful and friendly. I used the self-registration system when I arrived - it told me to go to waiting area two, but it quickly became clear that the system had not actually registered me! Spoke to the receptionist in the blood test area, and she apologised and immediately stuck me at the top of the list, which I was grateful for as I had already waited 20 mins past appointment time ( just presumed they were busy). So..... always check with staff even if the computer logs you in....it might not have!
I booked a private MRI scan here. The hospital is very clean and the staff in the radiology department were fantastic. After an initial mix up with forms not being sent correctly from my referring clinician they were quick to re-book me for an appointment. I've had MRI scans at private hospitals and this NHS hospital was much nicer! Parking is extremely close to the urgent care centre / radiology department and is very easy to pay through the app so you don't need to have cash for a machine. I'd definitely choose to come back here if I have the option.
Best hospital I have ever been in!!! I was not very keen at first due to old bad press. But had to have day surgery so had no choice! Best thing I did the hospital is clean and state of the art. The staff go beyond to make you feel relaxed and important. They are respectful to your individual needs and really car for there patient. They are jolly and relaxed in what they do I have never experienced such care they need respect and better looked after these are the ones who matter Thank you to all at Chase farm hospital day surgery. Best hospital.
Why does no one ever answer the phone! I have been calling all day from 2 mobiles and still no ANSWER! Does anyone work at this hospital and if they do why are they not doing their actual job! It is 4pm now and still no answer. I will take my chances of turning up for a appointment without having any details of what it is for! Awful hospital with zero communication skills! In future if you call a patient at such short notice for an appointment at least send a text to confirm the detail or put information on their online NHS account!
I had my first ever surgery with Chase farm on Thursday morning 12/10 as a day patient and I was very nervous. All the staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. I was overwheled at one point, and was handled with care and compassion. I couldn't have asked for a better team or experience. I didn't get the nurses names, but a very special thank you extended to the nurse who discharged me and the only male nurse on the ward who I think may have been head nurse? I wish I had offered them hugs before I left ahaha Warmest regards, Lo
Was apprehensive about treatment at Chase Farm Hospital but had no other option as the Royal Free, my local hospital, does not doing the procedure I needed. The expected nightmare journey from Belsize Park at 6am was quick and easy, the surgery went well but the overwhelming plus is the nursing teams in recovery and Dolores and the team in the elective surgery ward. They were exemplary and went out of their way to help. How can our government praise our nurses, yet deny them the salaries and respect they deserve?
The way my mother, that speaks little english, was treated by the Ophthalmology staff was disgraceful. The Optometrist abruptly told my mother to leave the room during her scan to put someone else in front of her. She was put in a room on her own. When I questioned it, she brushed it off and ignored what I was saying. This treatment was disgraceful and shows how the staff treat patients who cannot advocate for themselves. On the other hand, the doctors were helpful along with the staff at the desk.
I went for a surgery today for my nose and the staff were an amazing in second floor an especially when I get out they were so kind and helpful they get me my stuff very quickly they called my cousin to come as soon as I finish they kept asking me if I need anything I was really really comfortable and safe with them and felt good. They all good but what I saw from Mr Roger Downey and miss Mariatu. Big thanks for the Doctor and they whole staff there they were great and kind really appreciated.
Although reading the reviews before attending Chase Farm hospital last Monday, I have to disagree with all the negative comments. I was in for a day op. I was welcomed with a friendly staff at the day unit ward. After the operation, I was transferred on the second floor Day unit recovering ward. All of the staff was so lovely, nurse Zahra needs a fat bonus she was amazing and kind. But I would like to Thank you ALL and the Plastic Team, from my surgeon to the anesthetises Team. THANK YOU ❤️
05.09.55 I had to remove a tumor on my face. Was doctor Rhonda Meys from Dermatology who done this procedure. I can say she and her nurses were brilliant, caring, very knowledgeable. 06.09.22 I went back again to do the stitching up and reconstruction my face. Went to level 2, Theatre Suite CFH. Same here all the doctors and nurses were brilliant and caring Dr Mohammed Bajalan, all the other doctors and nurses here only have one word to say 'Thank you' and also Thank you NHS.
I visited the Breast clinic on 9/10/2023 I have severe anxiety and was very upset … The whole team from receptionist to consultant literally are the most caring dedicated organised team I have ever come across the warmth and true kindness radiates from each and every person at this clinic …. Spotlessly clean too … They all deserve to be told about this review as I’m have a real fear and they all played a part in getting me through it … Can’t thank you all enough for your kindness x
My experience at this hospital with my elderly father was mixed - for the most part staff were considerate, helpful and professional but a few that I met really were not - particular mention to the guy on the car park at 3 o/c on the 1/2/22. He was apparently having a chat with a friend when he saw me struggling to manage with my father - he was rude and unhelpful -I’m sure he’d remember this due to my shocked response at his reaction to my question about directions - shame on him.
I came into day surgery 29.6.2021..from the receptionist onwards, the care was brilliant, Roger who I first saw was just so warming and lovely...Jo who took all my details..Samantha so kind and lovely..my anaesthetist so kind and cheering on England! Put me so at ease...my recovery nurse brilliant..and my lovely Kiki who kept be going through a very long day...they are all under stress..but never did they not care or smile..great team Day surgery..thank you xxx Claire Robaszek xx
Had a procedure in the endoscopy unit today! The NHS at its best...lovely new unit! Sparkling clean and each cubicle an ensuite! Every member of staff I met lovely too...attentive, friendly , reassuring, kind, gentle! Not many people can say a hospital visit is a pleasurable experience but it was! Only minus was no tea in recovery! Last time I had the procedure, in the old unit, I got a cup of tea and a biscuit when I came round but that was a few years ago pre covid
Experience with my elderly father was horrible, nurse "Valentino" at the ophthalmology was very unprofessional and rude to my dad who does not speak any English and to me too, I couldn't let this slip away so when I questioned his attitude his answer was "you do not talk to me I am a nurse you must respect me" I hope someone will have a chat with the lad and point him to the right direction. At the entrance and reception staff members were very helpful
From my experience most of the staff are helpful and friendly. Although I had the WORST experience of my life with Dr. VUCACIN who did septoplasty on my nose. The result was terrible. My breathing problem hasn’t improved at all and also he made another blockage in my nostril. Now I’m suffering from depression as he changed the shape of my nose. This doctor discharged me to get rid of me although he knew I’m still unable of breathing through my nose.
A very big “thank you” to all the lovely staff at Chase Farm Hospital Day Surgery team, for their warmth, friendliness and care extended to me on 29.06.21. My special thanks go to Roger and Jo who truly were amazing… wonderful Claire for helping me get through the day. Also a special thank you to my anaesthetist for his professionalism and care, the operating theatre medical team and last but not least my Consultant, trauma & Orthopaedic’s.
Amazing hospital! I have been treated by angels! Everyone was so nice to me (the surgeons, the nurses, the anesthesiologist etc).I have had a laparoscopy and I have been explained in details the procedure and the communication was amazing throughout the entire experience.A special "Thank you" to the night shift nurse ( sorry, cannot remember her name) for being so empathetic and smiling all the time.I cannot recommnad this hospital enough!
What an appalling service. I’ve been dragged on since August 22 with promises from Sabina Russell (Endocrinology department) to call me back. She calls me back today, yes, in November!! And when I express my disappointment I am told that she will discharge me and that I’m being rude. What a waste of my tax going into this persons pocket as a salary behaving like a dictator who cannot accept their mistake. And hangs up the phone.Shame.
Have recently needed to attend chase farm and like a few other locals had a negative assocation towards this hospital because in the past it was a bit of a dump, but my god how this place has changed FOR THE BETTER! (an NHS hospital at that) forget its history Chase Farm is now one of the best hospitals you can be refered to, easy to park, easy to navigate, clean, modern, world class. the investment in this hospital is plain to see.
Attended this hospital on the 12th of December for day surgery and was so happy to be treated here. The staff from reception to anesthetist were all friendly, warm and caring. The nurses did a particularly fantastic job considering it had snowed and transport was limited, some had travelled for hours to care for us that day. Thank you to all on floor 2, day surgery for your hardwork, you are all, a blessing to NHS and your patients.
I was having trouble breathing and having a coughing attack. When I went to the emergency room yesterday, it was doubtful whether there was a female doctor without a badge,,,, looking at my face and saying there is nothing to do and sent me home. No testing was done. Are you sure you take the Hippocratic oath or become a doctor? I hope everyone reads and knows about this shameful negligence that you put down people like me and me.
Coming for procedure where I shouldn't had any food 24 hrs before, to be told there are few patients in front of me and wait will be another 2 hrs..The clinic is 1.30 behinf woth appointments, how they treat sick patients, making them more sick?? Dianne receptionist in clinic A doesn't respect anyone's privacy. Talking loud in front of all patients when I tried quietly explain I got migren from hunger I can not wait another 2 hrs
I went yesterday to Chase Farm Hospital for an elder person. There was a car park next to the urgent care, so it was easy left the car and go into the urgent care. Receptionist and triage staff were very welcoming and with a comforting attitude. The doctor who assisted us was highly qualified, professional and put my mother at ease. He suggested a simple therapy and some advice that worked from the same evening.
Had my procedure on the 27th April. The staff were absolutely amazing, Kate from theatres, the anaesthetist, Beatrice from recovery, and most of all great full to Mr Mann for doing my procedure as I have had a very long painful journey with my ankle injury. If I could name everyone I would but please know you are all appreciated beyond measure. Thank you all for the amazing work you do Iam forever grateful xoxo
Heard bad stories about this hospital, so was a bit dreading it, but to my surprise landed in the new wing. Everything is brand new and kind of high tech. Doctors nurse and staff was amazing, there is good quint system and very nice rooms and facilities. Also the whole decor and colour scheam is amazing, black grey and yellow. Hospitals are never nice experiences, but this was was a good experience for me.
Recently had to go to the Endoscopy department and can only say that every part of my journey was handled i a bery professional and humanly way , all the nurses and doctors I encountered were so polite and generally caring ,whilst in the procedure room all the nurses were so calm and gentle , couldn’t have asked for a better interaction for what for me was a very worrying experience, thank you
Despite the negative reviews, I actually had a very good experience with this hospital. I was in the emergency department for an allergic reaction and they assisted me pretty quickly, waiting hour wasn’t too long in comparison to North Middlesex Hospital which is horrendous. Hospital was clean, Doctors and security were very kind, fast waiting time and quick medication pick up.
17/03/2016 I have had injections to my both feet at Chase farm hospital. I could say I had a great experience. Staff was very kind, and friendly . My Dr's are very professional and thoughtful. Now I am waiting to get better and start walking without pain then go to work. I am very grateful for the care I have been given. Thank you very much for everything. Kind regards.
The hospital itself is decent but the pharmacy is very questionable, not empathic with me over a mistake on behalf of the hospital and I've just gone to pick up my prescription they gave me and it's a little girls prescription with her full details including address, if I ever have to use this pharmacy I was be asking specifically not to be dealt with by this one women.
I have been here on ENT and also today I visited Nicky Audiologist. I have childhood ear problem. Nicky did the test and answered all my questions professionally and kindly. She’s such a good professional. I was coming here on referral from my Gp and they constantly kept my appointments and referred me other ENT specialist. Thank you Nicky from Audiologist team.
I have seen Mr Vukasin on 3 occasions now at Chase Farm Hospital’s ENT Dept and on all 3 occasions Mr Vukasin was extremely rude, patronising and uninterested in listening to my concerns. I have never experienced this level of rudeness in my entire life. I walked away from the treatment room in complete and utter shock and disgust at his unacceptable behaviour.
Under the orthodontics here. Never had one appointment in the whole year that I've been going here that hasn't been cancelled and rescheduled. Seeing as my braces need tightening every 8 weeks, I'm having to wait now to 13 weeks. No apology nothing. The staff are so unhelpful when enquiring why this is a continuous thing to. Really disappointed in the service.
Day care surgery unit have a fantastic team and I had a pleasant experience! Everything was so smooth from arrival, to prepping for surgery to recovery. Massive thank you to the lovely Anasthetist man and lady gynaecology surgeon who dealt with me in theatres around 5pm yesterday. Plus the friendliest nursing staff ever! So so impressed with this hospital!
I have nothing but praise. I have had a few operations here and have been well looked after by caring Doctors and Nurses. I have also had a number of CT scans and the staff have always been friendly and respectful. Whenever I have been here for an appointment I have been seen on time....a couple of occasions even early. Keep up the good work!
I went to Chase Farm Hospital on Friday after nhs111 finally gave me an appointment cos of my bad covid symptoms. Experience was very good. I went to urgent care unit and was seen quickly, all staff were very nice and professional and gave me antibiotics which helped a lot so i basically have recovered. Thanks a lot!
We've been 3 times to the walk-in centre since January and every time we've been in and out within 2hrs . The doctors and nurses are amazing and they were great with my children. In particular, one Dr, Tom, was brilliant He saw to my husband in January and my daughter today. He's absolutely wonderful A great doctor
Well, I always heard bad things about hospitals in London. But I was so impressed about Chase Farm. I have been there for all the appointments for my wife and in my opinion I can say that all the staff is super nice and helpful. Any question I had they helped me a lot. All the hospital is modern and clean. Thanks!
I have been waiting for 1 hour to speak with Chase Farm Pediatrics and have been passed from one operator to another saying they keep trying to connect me. Finally I had to hang up, but I cannot believe how inhuman this treatment is, and hiw unfair. May you never be put in the position to require their help!
Hello guys, I want to write a review about how helpful the staff is , very good experience, Especially my consultant that saw me Mr. Akash Patel who helped me a lot to understand and make decisions about my knee problems, amazing person , I am really glad he undertook me .
Amazing. First visit to the new hospital at Chase Farm today for a blood test and chest X-ray for my wife. All the staff we spoke to were helpful and accommodating. The hospital is clean and bright with lots of signs and information to help you. Well done Chase Farm.
Very open modern spaces, lovely revamp, nothing feels like the old cramped, sterile style they had before where you would be scared ro touch anything. The staff are really friendly and helpful, from the security, all the way up to the consultants and nursing staff.
Attended due to an allergy on my face and neck affecting my breathing, was seen almost immediately by triage nurse and nurse practitioner, very impressed and given prescription. I can only say what happened to me personally . . All staff very professional and kind.
Today I visited the audiology department at Chase Farm Hospital and had an amazing experience. I was tested for my hearing by Louisa and I can’t praise er enough for her kind, polite and extremely professional manner. She is definitely an outstanding practitioner!
Urgent Care Centre, I would give minus 10 but unfortunately I can't because the lady at reception doing like don't understand me. Very rude. I am here with my son. When we arrived it was 2 hours of waiting. Never again I would bring my son here. Avoid at all cost.
I'd attended Chase Farm hospital endscopy department yesterday morning, I'm so pleased with the care I've received from the reception , nurses and doctors. Amazing work, kindness and dedication. Well done Chase Farm endscopy department!!! You are the best.
I went for a Biopsy last week was sen promptly and had everything explained to me. Unfortunately on my way out I dropped all my paperwork, luckily one of the main outpatients staff handed them in and they were returned to me by post, for which I THANK YOU.
Excellent Service at the urgent care centre - my mum was extremely nervous about going to hospital as she has had terrible experiences in the past. The staff at Chase Farm were so friendly and helpful and put my mum at ease. We were seen to very quickly.
My wife attended the Day Surgery and I waited for her. I wasn't allowed to wait in her room whilst undergoing her proceedure and told to use the lower level waiting area. But this was restricted to staff so the only place was Costa which is ridiculous.
I never often go to this hospital unless I’m in a mental health crisis. The amount of times I was referred. I find the building very different though, but the chase building seems to have such a different sense of vibe. I been there so many
Breast clinic ran 1.5 hours behind schedule. The nurse stationed in the waiting area earlier in the day was very arrogant and rude when asked to clarify the waiting times (some of us have other appointments to attend, believe it or not!).
Very clean. Modern hospital. Staff are fantastic. Very helpful. Volunteers around to direct you. Clinics are prompt and efficient. Onsite car park... quite expensive... need to update parking charges on the notice / app is charging more!!
Things are going much better since the refurb. The new technology and sparkling clean, better equipped rooms make for a fairly pleasant visit. I've been to Urgent Care twice and had several kidney scans. Staff were friendly, respectful,
I had my wisdom teeth removed at Chase Farm, normally you only hear the bad stuff about the NHS however everyone that I came into contact with was excellent. My nurse Michelle (on level 3) was outstanding from start to finish and really
I always feel comfortable here. Nice design and layout. The wait for any service is never that long. Staff are always professional and polite. The toilets are always clean. There is also a Costa and a mini M&S. And easy accessible lifts.
I've been there few times and been so happy with the most of the staff. But today it has been the most amazing service I could ever get for my mother. Dr khaled in (Pain Clinic)was the most professional and best Doctor who cares so
Positively surprised by the level of friendliness in this hospital. The ladies at reception, the nurses and the doctor I met were warm and nice. The hospital itself is stunning and very clean. Keep up the good work …
Came into a and e this morning after having a fall. Saw a doctor called Sara she examined me sent me for an x ray of my hip She was brilliant efficient and clear on what needs to be done in and out in an hour. Thank u.
My husband had his wisdom teeth removal surgery here. They were very caring and attentive. Thank you for everything. Nurse Philomena was very attentive in our anestésico appointment. The wait is long but is worth it.
Henry the Head of The Sussex Ward was immensely helpful, if it wasn’t for him I would have lost my mind. Just got out the hospital but had to leave a review straight away! Give him a pay rise he deserves it!!!
Have had to go to hospital for a few things and all very straightforward. Plenty of parking spaces unlike North Middx. Staff and services are very efficient. Easy to get to on public transport too.
I would wait 2 hours for the scan with an appointment at 9:20 a.m. I left at 11:40 a.m., he didn't do any scans for me. I put the appointment sheet under the door in the office and went home. Shame
From the moment I was greeted at the reception desk to leaving, i’ve never felt more cared for. I visited for a minor surgery today. Thank you to the Dermatology department at Chase Farm.
Been trying to get hold of this hospital for 3 days. With no answer on 3 phone numbers. I need to confirm an appointment or it will be called off. This is totally unacceptable
Waited for 2 hours for my midwife appointment, unacceptable, is not my problem you're short staffed, 2 hours! I had another appointment after which I missed bcs of this.
Best hospital ever. Brand new and clean . I come here for my pregnancy and all midwifes are very friendly and helpful. I wish I could give birth here. Lovely place
It’s been quite a while since last here, Nursing Staff were so lovely & understanding. In fact all staff I talked to were very nice. Thank You ❤️ ❤️❤️ …
Best medical/hospital experience ever in my life. All staff, from nurses to surgeons were most kind and helpful. Couldn't ask for more. Well done all!

I ran over 20 mins late and got seen immediately. I had a blood test and was extremely nervous but the lady put me as ease and was so efficient.
Very Clean, I had elective surgery the whole process was great. Surgical nurses were amazing (Abigail) and max fax team/anaesthetics also!
Excellent service...I was in the blood testing department and i was in and out in 15 minutes and they were very busy..very professional
Really well situated, large and clean. They have to keep this up, and follow strict rules in order to maintain this fantastic facility.

Lovely facility. Very efficient and timely. A positive experience to have a test done there.
Don’t go to this hospital last time I visited I was discriminated because of my sexuality
Maria Suares, the receptionist from Physio Therapy is incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Called the midwife admin team 20 times to book an app. No answer. Amazing service.
Yesterday I had an MRI at Chase farm hospital and all the staff were amazing 10/10
