I recommend Andriy and his partner for all moving services. I scheduled a last minute move and Andriy was very responsive, even when I sent emails at night, he responded immediately. Upon arriving to the storage facility, an incident happened with the storage I was assigned. I had to lean on Andriy for advice which he provided. Half way into moving my items into the original storage unit, I had to request a new unit given the incident. Andriy and his partner had to take extra time, resources and energy to move my items to the new unit. This was not ideal, but they did it with little frustration. Andriy was even willing to drive me home (5-7 minutes away from the storage unit) so that I could quickly get my luggage in order to make my flight that evening. Overall, very good experience and I will be using this team again when I am ready to move my items to my new apartment. Definitely deserving of a great review and great tip. :)

Andriy is beyond amazing!!! He and his partner moved me today and they both made me comfortable and secure! They were very careful with my belongings and tried to help in anyway they could! They also helped me put together an item that was brand new out of the box along with a few other tasks that I needed to make my new home complete! I clearly stated what type of room I was in, the exact items that would be moved, and how many flights and this man (andryi) Basically accused me of lying and stating he thinks it’s a 3.5 flight even though I clearly stated there’s only 2 flights and a couple steps by the front door, and then said that my single room is actually a 1 bedroom apartment move even though I clearly stated it’s a single room! There is no reason for me to lie just for you guys to add more when you get there so I’m not sure why he’s even assuming! So PSA TO ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS-I wouldn’t trust their estimates as they don’t even trust their potential customers and the info that they are given.

Andriy and the other gentleman who also helped moved my things (I'm so sorry I never got his name T_T) were so very helpful and seriously life savers for a last minute move. They were incredibly accommodating and helped me move every step of the way. Andriy always responded to my emails and phone calls in the most timely way and made sure to make me feel comfortable about the craziness that is moving. They were gentle with all of the furniture and also dismantled all of the beds in my house and put them back together! I wouldn't move with anyone else in New York. The price was a bargain, it took Andriy and his assistant 2.5 hours to move a studio apartment's worth of stuff from a moving pod to a third-floor apartment, and they even drove me back to my apartment with them, saving me a train ride. Everything was in good shape when it arrived. If you are moving with a POD, I recommend hiring Andriy to transport your things from the depot to your apartment; it saved me at least $500 over the PODS City Services option.

Andriy was very willing to work with my low budget and he was very responsive. I believe they are the best movers in Brooklyn hands down. I just called and explained my situation the person I spoke to had poor customer service skills and told me that a move for a two bedroom would take about 6-7 hours I told him I have moved from a two bedroom to a two bedroom before and he told me I was lying and hung up. Don’t know the nice person the people on these reviews dealt with but I certainly didn’t get him.
