If I could this would be a 0. Normally they are great but this time round they couldn't even be close to tolerable. I bought a piece of furniture brand new $200. I started to put the furniture together when I came across 3 draws completely scratched, they were of course closed at this time so had to call Sunday. They were more then happy to swap the 3 drawers, they took them from a different display then mine, I had mentioned this and they said it will be fine they should fit as its a similar display. I put the drawers in and they were to wide for my set. Monday was a public holiday so had to deal with this Tuesday after work. They exchanged the 3 drawers once again with the correct display ones. I asked if I could get a partial refund in anyway as I paid out right for brand new furniture not display and they said no because I didn't bring back the entire furniture that has already taken me 8 hours to build. I took the display draws got home, they don't fit they have got the wrong connectors on them to slide in, I called once again they said that the only way they will help me now is if I take the entire thing down and get a new one (Still no partial refund) and rebuild it. The were rude to me when I asked if I could get a partial refund (Like maybe $20 refunded.) They were rude when I called and explained that there drawers had the wrong connector on it, they were saying it must be how I've built my display. Yet my right side of the display is perfect, draws fit no problems. Now they expect me to take it all apart, put back in the box, give to them, get a new one and rebuild from scratch for no partial refund. They didn't even assist me carrying the drawers out or in. Absolutely worst experience I've had at this place and normally I have a wonderful experience there. Definitely will be shopping at other bargain stores over this place for now.

Just bought a solar owl for the garden. Paid $20 for it. Got to my next stop and thought I'd check it out and noticed a reduced sticker on the back hiding in a place you wouldn't take notice of, reduced to $10. So had to go back. I asked what's the button for that's broken, it's to switch the solar on??? Then the rude person refunding me said I would get $10 refunded. I said no I don't want it now. Eye roll by the rude person. What's the point in buying a solar ornament if the solar doesn't switch on?? Then I said maybe there needs to be a pen put through the code so this doesn't happen again, she quickly snapped"no it's ok" well hello but that's not really good enough! Had it been done correctly the first time I would not have had to go back. Duh!

Twice now I have gone into this shop and went to buy specials. The ticket said one thing the checkout said some thing else. I mentioned it to a supervisors and all she said was we can check and change it at the check out not good enough if you don't check your docket, your being over charged. The other complaint, an old lady today asked about potting mix the girl said in the garden section, the lady asked where was it she did a big sight and pointed. No customer service at all.. very disappointed its gone down hill. Normally they are pretty great, but the last couple of times its not up to par..

Bought a dark blue blanket with a price tag of $59.00. Was disappointed with the presentation as it was tied up with a bit of string. Not folded, just screwed up in a ball. It was the colour I needed and the only one, with the others being a pale blue. Approached the manager to ask for a discount and was promptly refused. Not happy.

Don't mind coming here. Know I'll almost always get what I want for random needs and then almost always things I never knew I needed. Staff here are friendly and know their store well. Questions asked are answered pretty quickly and they appear happy enough to be there!

The lady behind the desk at the front counter was awesome . Was having a "flat" day, she must have known. Her lovely smile and helpful voice made me smile before I walked out the door ❤️. Small things make a difference. Thank you and I will definitely be back …

Why pay more for products when you can save. A host of products available, they may not advertise much but if you're a few minutes to spare, go browse, I believe you'll leave with purchasing a product.

This place had some weird and wacky stuff for really good prices. A little difficult to get more of something if they've run out. But you end up saving alot here on health and beauty products.

Not really cheap items anymore dearer than at normal department stores infact for many items and seem to stock a lot of useless badly made items such a shame used to shop here all the time

I have visited this store on numerous occasions without any reasons for giving an adverse opinion.. However of late there has been times in which I have found reasons of concern.

This is purely rated on the new layout its horrible and I'll be going to munno store from now on if I need to go, it's a mess there. Old store was soooo much better …

Friendly staff, always help you if you don’t know where something is. A lot of their items don’t last long & are either broken when you open them up.

Really lovely staff, helpful and take the stress out of the silly season for their customers, I enjoy the experience of fun shopping here at Gawler.

Pretty much what you would expect from Cheap as Chips, wide range, very cheap, however not enough staff to answer questions or help find things.
