Average but acceptable bacon and egg roll. Terrible service. I ordered a very simple bacon and egg roll with a fresh apple juice. I was given a bottle of apple juice. When I saw one of the staff holding a fresh apple juice I informed her politely of the apparent mistake to which she looked at me in disgust like I was a criminal, did not say anything, and walked off. She then proceeded to offer the juice to the staff member I had made the order with who did not mention that it was my order and drank it. I did not have all day to hang around so I ate my meal. When I informed them at the front counter what had happened they did not seem to care and just responded with 'oh well I can make you another one now if you want'. The staff really did not make me feel welcome or comfortable in any way. I thought I should update the review to include a comment so it was clear as to why I was providing a low rating. And hopefully for the sake of the business owners and potential future customers they can improve. This being said, with many other cafes in the area I will head elsewhere in the future.

Yesterday I ordered 2 kids milkshakes $7 each. I skipped a coffee as the barista was busy and I needed to grab and go. After 15 minutes I walked a little closer to look for any shakes, another person asked at the same time for their own milkshake, they said soon. As I waited a staff member pushed past me. I thought I must have not heard her say excuse me. I moved aside only to have her push past again this time I almost dropped my phone. We hit the 25 minute mark and I asked for a refund. The poor young girl on the register offered her apologies for the time. The male barista barked at her to stop the refund and cancel the milkshakes before handing back money. YIKES! I walked over to the rusty flute. 5 minute wait and a much more reasonable $4 for the kids milkshake. In the end I will not be back, which is a shame as I've been a customer for over 5 years. Cafes get busy and sometimes you have to wait if you want it! But the rudeness of being pushed past was not worth the wait.

First review I've ever left because that's how stunned I was with this place. I was disgusted to find a moth wrapped in the rocket in my meal. Having finished more than half of my meal by this point, I was feeling very disturbed and unwell. I went to the front counter to explain what I had found in my food, only to be casually told that it was no problem and that I should bring the meal back to the counter so they could make me another - no apology provided. I was really taken aback with the lack of apology provided, or just lack of care altogether. Mind you, I had no appetite left so the last thing I wanted was another meal from here. Not impressed with their blasé response, I walked away from the counter back to my table to grab my belongings and leave. It was only then did the staff member who originally told me to bring the meal back, approached me to apologise and then offered me a refund. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Picture provided to kill your appetite.

It takes a lot for me to write a review, sometimes places are really good, sometimes places are really bad. So let’s get started. The young Asian man behind the counter was very rude and has no sense of customer service, I literally walked up asked “how are you?” And got nothing. I then ordered a burger before 1130am and was rudely informed “no lunch till 1130”. I then ordered a Ham and cheese croissant that was burned on the outside and cold on the inside. Coffee was blistering hot and came out 7-8 minutes after my food was served. In this day and age most staff are required to be good so that the business does not cop reviews like this one. I hope that the owner sees this and can manage to change the staff around to make sure this doesn’t happen again to myself or any other customer paying with their hard earned money.

Should have read the reviews before I went here. Ordered a flat white and bacon roll. Told the girl I didn't want egg on it. After 15 minutes, the order was ready. The roll came out with egg on it and one lowsy piece of bacon. The only good thing about the roll was the actual big roll. But due to it being big and only giving one piece of bacon, I would have been eating majority roll. The coffee was scalding hot and very average in taste. There was also a girl working who looked like she was about to enter a freak show. Piercing all over her face and ears stretched with a loop thing. Never again.

I came all the way from Gables and my friends from Marsden park to have breakfast as your breakfast is delicious however when the barista brought coffee, I said to her in a very friendly way we didn’t get cookie today. In the grumpiest possible way she answered we don’t give cookies for dine in. Cookie wasn’t a big deal but the way she replied I don’t think I want to spoil any other morning like yesterday. However the skinny girl who serves at counter is amazing.

Came in for a coffee and a milkshake. If I ordered a milkshake online it was $6 and included cream and chocolate and sprinkles. As soon as I ordered a simple childrens milkshake over the counter it was suddenly $7. When I asked the lady at the counter why the price difference for something a lot smaller and simpler I was met with attitude and a simple “that’s what the register said!” The waiters walk around with attitude and are very unfriendly. Not one of them seemed happy to be there. I will not recommend and will not return here either!

The freshly made muffins are amazing.HOWEVER, these are left on the bench next to the cashier where you order, people are standing above these making their orders, chatting, coughing, sneezing which is a massive HYGIENE issue. I have pointed this out to staff who have not taken any action. Will not buy these again until the staff start covering these.

I had the breaky burger and a freshly squeezed Orange juice, great value and taste. The large orange juice came in a bigger glass size than expected, a very pleasant surprise. Busy cafe, but plenty of space during my visit at 10am. Customer service at the counter was fine, order placed quickly. The waitresses who served the food and drinks where very friendly and more interactive. Overall would come back again.

Great place. i always get consistent coffee and the avo smash was ok. been going there from the last 3 years. The prices for breakfast have gone up, i believe it is due to inflation.

We had breakfast here on a busy Saturday morning but even so, their service was top notch & efficient as we did not wait long for food to come out. Overall the food was decent & I would say the coffee is made well despite a long list of orders. Would come again to try the lunch menu!

Not the best almond cap I had, probably they don't use good brand Barista almond milk or their coffee blend is very mild. Also the their Doughnuts are not fresh either, if charging you $5 for a small Doughnut at least they can give you a fresh one. Plus long waiting.

We met up here with some friends for something to eat and a coffee. When we arrived the staff were very friendly and we ordered our meals and coffee straight away with their help. The food and coffees came out quickly and were excellent. Very nice friendly cafe.

Nice coffee, good food and friendly staff. The chicken burger was very interesting and was very different in taste from usual. The veggie brekkie plate was also interesting which amazing mushrooms. But there are very less options for brunch or lunch.

Service and atmosphere was good, ordered an Acai Bowl, Coffee and Bacon Egg Wrap. Would not recommend their coffee or Acai Bowl, the Acai was extremely watery in consistency and not fresh.
