Feedback is for the experience. Because I like the taste I am a regular customer , but consecutively twice I wasn’t given bill and I did pay for it. But unfortunately the place claim if you don’t get bill, your purchase is free which is a lie. I had paid for my third purchase today but wasn’t given bill. Called customer care and I was given excuse that the store guy is new. Finally after waiting for 15 mins , I left. Outlet claims if bill is not given, purchase is free. I was neither given return of my purchase nor got the purchase in free . Outlet wasn’t able to give bill also, so logically outset shouldn’t claim what they don’t do. It’s a lie and the service which outlet is claiming is incorrect

I ordered red velvet cake and it was very bad in taste and not fresh. I didn't expect such a bad quality from Chef bakers in Nikoo-1 Bhartiya City

Had placed an order for customized cake for my best friend's birthday and to my surprise they made exactly the same which I was expecting. Loved their coordination, quality and service. Would highly recommend this for all occasions .

This outlet is within the premises of Bhartiya City, Nikoo Homes. Good and experienced staff. Availability is also good

Overall good experience with Chef Bakers. Hope they come up with some deals for cakes when we order through the year.
