I have been coming here for about year, until what happened to me on Friday. I came and purchased three new tires. I then left and went to Costco. En route to Costco I felt my car starting to shake on the interstate. I immediately called my dad and he told me to bring the car back. As I pulled up the man that put the tires on greeted me. I told him my issue and he basically blew me off. Because I trusted this establishment, I left and figured maybe this wasn’t a big deal. The next morning we got on the road to go to Folsom,LA. As soon as I got on the interstate my car started shaking again, we googled a tire shop nearby, Pit Stop Tire Center. The owner was working on a car, but still squeezed me in. He informed me that the three tires were not balanced at all. He rebalanced them and then gave me advice on what to do next. On Monday I returned to Chef Auto Express and explained what happened and they told me it was nothing they could do. The staff memeber I spoke with was very condescending, claiming he was calm and I was the only one elevated. I asked the man what should I have done after coming back and explaining the second time, his response was to come back again. If this had been more money I would fight back, but they have definitely lost a customer.

I love this diamond in the rough (remember I'm picky lol). Sometimes I get out of my car, but you really don't have to for your oil change. The guys are nice here and there is a lot of other reliable work they do other than an oil change. There are several businesses around. It's pretty convenient and who doesn't love fast, efficient, and friendly service these days?! KUDOS!!

I hit a curb, but I had an extra tire from my last set, so I went in asking for just a mount & balance. Moh quoted me $45--"and you have to take the old tire with you." So not just highway robbers, but also environmental criminals. Avoid at all costs.

This place is the worst. I changed the engine oil today. The worker blocked the entrance to the place where the dirty oil kept coming out. It was a real shock! They do their work roughly. Never change oil here. Your car's engine is going to be ruined.

They was fast and convenient. I went to get my air check and it really wasn't a wait. They explained Everything well. The price was reasonable compare to other places. Just to check it. But to get it fixed make me want to become a mechanic. …

This is the worst place ever. Brought car and once guy was done i left car stopped. Unprofessional they was speaking Spanish i had feeling outcome wasn't going to be good then to make things even more weird they would give me a complete receipt.

This mechanic store is the best one in New Orleans that i have visited. I always recommend this to other people when they ask me for a mechanic. The workers here are very nice and have a proper attitude. I only trust this mechanic with my car.

Was very satisfied with the work they put into my Mercedes… The price was surprisingly low ($110) literally came with everything(fluids and tire check).. the Employees were funny and definitely would be back and recommend. 5 STAR!!!

Stay away from this place, they are rude and don't know what they are doing and always trying to get extra money from customers. Save your money and go elsewhere, these people are full of s**t

two teenagers asked what year the car was and then proceeded to mock and laugh at me (with my window down where i could hear). very unprofessional and childish go somewhere else.
