Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with the security. As I payed for my items, I headed out of the store. I had my noise cancelling headphones on, so I couldn't hear much, but looks on peoples faces heading to the store made me turn around. Then I saw a security running after me, clapping his hands and making a big scene. I took my headphones off and approached him, he asked if he can check my bag and then let me go. I don't mind having my bag checked, I understand this is a protocol. However, I believe this should be done when you are leaving the store, not when you are already out - as this way you are treated like a thief, even though you just paid. It was very negative and humiliating experience.

-1 for the security of this place, I was waiting in line to park my car when a crazy woman that was coming out the pharmacy, came aggressively to attack my car and myself screaming for around 10 minutes like a lunatic. After ignoring her, she damaged my car window, I went out the car and call security who absolutely heard the woman screaming all this time to control the woman. She was kicked out after my car was damaged. I understand security staff are humans but violence should not be tolerated, and if someone is being attacked randomly security needs to intervene to keep the place safe. More attention to security team.

Very friendly staff (except the security guard) and good settings of the products. Not too crowded or squishy like most of other CWs. The one star rating is all thanks to the security guard. He is such a disgraceful man. I would absolutely sack this guy if I were the owner of the business. He has terrible manners and been ridiculously rude and yelled at people who were struggling to park. Even after I entered the shop he was following me like I’m a criminal. If you ever dare to confront him he would stare at you and threaten to kick you out. Such a daunting and weird shopping experience!

I had a really bad experience with security as well, I visited 07:49 pm and the security told me to out as it closed. But I can collect the item which I want and then get paid within 3 minutes. I told him then he kept saying that the shop was closed. And he also was very rude to me while he was saying that closing time. I checked the time was not that busy they all just about finished. I have a bed impression regarding security so I told the staff of chemist warehouse to inform this issues to his manager. Never recommend the place.

I had an awful experience last night, 20/08 around 5.25pm. The security came to talk to me to control my son, a 3 yo boy that was on my side e touching the products on the side shelf (he moved to the back of the tray, 6 small plastic bottles that I placed again in less than 3 seconds. He was rude and the manager too. No apologies at all! I much prefer to go to the tiny shops at the city than go back to this new shop in Alexandria. Literally no kids friendly!

Rude staff. I parked the car and head to the street to wait for my husband who was crossing the street. The security guy came after me with a whistle, really rude, showing me the customers only parking warning and asked if I could read He didn’t bother to hear me out… Detail the parking was totally empty, my car was the only one parked. I didn’t spend another minute there. Don’t recommend, go spend your money where you are not mistreated and unheard.

Shop was clean as you’d expect from a new store, everything easy to find. However, disgraced by the security guard! He first was demanding a lady with a pram to open her bag and then demanded I open mine - I understand this is protocol but when I basically got accused of stealing when my items were CLEARLY CAT TOYS it’s too far. Awful attitude pointing at us like dogs. Won’t be back

Witnessed their security guard assault a lady tonight.He knocked her down twice using excessive force when she was out of the store. She was ambushed by a group of male staff. I intervened. But this whole incident has left me traumatised I can only imagine how she must feel. Absolutely Disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs.

Spoke to a Senior Pharmacist, sorry forgot his name. I had to return something which he was happy to do. And gave me good advice on sleeping medication. They were busy but he gave me the time to talk to me. Very good customer service. Our new Chemist warehouse now,

Super clean store and pleasantly surprised by how big it is. The staff were very polite and accommodating, particularly the security guard. He went out of his way to call for assistance when we needed it. Truly A class service!

The security guard is scaring all the customers away. When he is not being rude with everyone who parks there, he is inside the store making all customers uncomfortable

The only Chemist Warehouse that isn't a sensory overload--100%. Please make all the Chemist Warehouse like this one. Wide lanes, quiet. Staff are also very friendly.

I have been Newtown, city, Strathfield and few other stores. But I have to say this Alexandria store has nicest staffs with smile. Thank you Alexandria team!

Huge pharmacy with a massive range of products, air conditioned, best low prices. Service is good but a bit slow for prescriptions with only one pharmacist.

So clean, organised and so much stock! The staff are very helpful in particular the pharmacy and the parking out the front is so helpful!

Best Chemist warehouse shop with its own parking but limited to 8 car slots and suggest not going peak hours if you need to park.

Larger format than other chemist warehouse stores so the best part is there is room to move around and it's not so cramped.

Chemist warehouse is owned independently , you cant return an item you purchased from other chemist warehouse branches.

Huge store. Bring your sunglasses VERY bright inside. Limited off street parking about 8 spaces.

The security guy is updated now he us lovrly and the car parking is awesome.
