I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your Artarmon Chemist Warehouse store during a click and collect visit. Upon visiting the store today to exchange a large item for an extra-large one, I encountered numerous issues that left me thoroughly disappointed. Firstly, I was informed that I needed to return the online product through the online system. Despite explaining that the cost remained the same and that all transactions were under my name, the staff, including the store manager, displayed a disconcerting level of disregard for my concerns. Furthermore, the handling of the refund process was unsatisfactory, with a timeline of up to 5 days for the funds to be returned to my account being communicated nonchalantly. This, coupled with the fact that the in-store price was lower than my online order, prompted me to request a price adjustment. Regrettably, I was met with refusal, citing a ticket belonging to another item as an impediment. The overall attitude and service of the staff were nothing short of atrocious. Rude behavior, lack of empathy, and visible signs of discontent, including eye-rolling, marred what should have been a routine customer interaction. The staff threw his badge down and said, "This is my name if you need it." This experience stands as one of the worst encounters I have had with a retail establishment. I trust that Chemist Warehouse values its customers and their experiences. I urge you to address these concerns promptly to enhance the quality of service at your Artamon store. Customers should not have to endure such treatment, and I hope that my feedback contributes to improvements in both customer service and operational efficiency. I drove from Crows Nest to Artarmon because I was told my prescription item was in stock there. Crows Nest did offer to order it in, but I needed this urgently. After having waited 15 mins in Crows Nest, driving 20 mins + 10 to park I handed in my prescription at Artarmon. The pharmacist then attended to at least 10 other people with queries and wanting OTC medications at which point I asked him when my prescription would be ready. It was at this point he told me they're also out of stock. I have wasted over an hour trying to obtain essential asthma medication. I understand there may be short supply, but it's poor customer service to serve that many other people when I was next in line for an item you didn't even have available.

Looks like I was served by the same awful male pharmacist as two other reviewers. No sense of customer service; too full of his own self-importance. Asked another staff member how I can make a complaint - speak to the manager. Who’s the manager? The pharmacist. I asked to speak to the owner. They might like to know how their manager is driving away customers. Only the manager can contact them. I agree, go to the chemist a few shops away!

Happy that Artarmon has a CWH but very disappointed with the pharmacist. Found that they lack professionalism, and have poor communication and customer service. It also seemed like he was unwilling to serve, and when he does it is in a reluctant manner. Also why is there what looks like a gaming keyboard being used at scripts in? Only adds to the lack of professionalism in the dispensary save those for the internet cafes!

Very convenient with pleasant staff. I have deducted three stars as very limited consideration given to elderly or disabled people as far as seating goes. Typical of today’s world. Please put a seat near the entrance to the shop for the oldies to sit if they need to. There’s plenty of room there. I will adjust my review when this happens. You also need a delivery service to deliver scripts to the house bound.

Services provided by a pharmacist at Artarmon Chemist warehouse on 3rd Feb 2020 was horrible. As a customer, you need to wait for a while until he finishes his work in hands; It is impossible to swap unused medicines (possible by laws) as required by patients, even if, the pharmacist knows that is not most suitable one to patient. The intention is to get rid of a customer asap, and collect the payment.

I think staffs there need a lot of training, very disturbing poor services. Not sure if there are many thieves around the suburb? I popped into the suburb for a vaccination then walked into this chemist warehouse afterward, felt like I was rudely treated as a potential thief lol was monitored since I walked in until I walked out. Very disturbing poor behaviors and quite sad to see.

I have received nothing but the highest standard of health care and information at Chemist Warehouse, Artarmon! They are all kind, polite, helpful and understanding. They are always busy but still make time to say a quick hello. Their prices for health and beauty is cheaper than supermarkets and their perfumes and fragrances are cheaper than other pharmacy franchises.

One of the worst chemists in Sydney. Pharmacist Michael refused to dispense my medication although my doctor emailed, faxed and posted the Script to them not once but twice. Never going back there again and also my doctor also got frustrated that she don’t want to write scripts to this pharmacy again. There are many other best pharmacies around. Good luck.

I have had no issues with dealing with the chemists or staff. Many people on here have complained about customer service and I have never had an issue. They also do my mothers webster pack and they call me a week before she runs out. I found Michael, to be very professional along. With everyone else in the team.

This place is a clown factory ..15 sec interaction with 1 of the pharmacists and about 2 words short of having a shoe thrown at him I realised this guy doesn't want to live anymore, let a lone work here. That type of misery is contagious, worse than covid even. so save yourself...head to the pharmacy next door.

The female pharmacist there is quite clueless. I showed her a script from my doc for baby aspirin and she kept saying there is no aspirin for babies. Went to a different pharmacy and they knew exactly what I needed. Baby aspirin is for pregnant women and not for babies! Usually quite unhelpful and badly stocked

Very very bad experience on the customer service at the reception desk. The Asian girl with spec on is only ‘friendly’ towards western people. When the change she gave me falls on the counter she doesn’t apologise, she even throw(leave) the receipt on the counter just like that, and not even said THANK YOU.

Don’t scan your e-script here! The staff cannot use the system properly and if the item isn’t in stock the script is useless elsewhere. Very frustrating experience on a Sunday when it’s difficult enough to get a GP’s script on short notice, let alone get it filled at a chemist before closing time.

Terrible service and will definitely not be going back to this store. Didn’t honour pricing that they had advertised on they wall for a specific product and couldn’t care less! In short, the pricing allocated to their products means nothing!

Glad that chemist warehouse opened in Artarmon but when it comes to the pharmacist he was so dry and had no personality or interest whatsoever in the customer. Didn't even bother to explain how the medication works. Very disappointing.

when there just bought a three dollar tooth brush, and wanted to get some cash out. Kept getting incorrect pin from the terminal (i forgot the pin) and the checkout guy was so polite and extremely patience about that. A+ Service!

Great little store along the main strip of Artarmon. Surprisingly huge inside with oodles of product. Chemist at the rear of the property, checkout at the front. Friendly & helpful staff
