Unfortunately had the worse customer experience despite the other reviews. I normally go to the other chemist warehouse in Casula and can honestly say that I never had any issues on how much items I can buy - in fact never heard of anyone who did at chemist warehouse in general . Because casulas bulk delivery of a product I needed did not come in as yet ,I got told to call up the Liverpool store .When I called up the store in Liverpool to check if the items were in stock , the lady who answered the phone told me I do not need to put any items on hold too as they had plenty of stock . After trying to find street parking for 30 mins I finally went into the store to purchase the items and did see a lot in stock just like the lady on the phone told me. When I headed to the counter to pay for the products it all went downhill from there . One of the two counter staff told me in a very rude and demeaning tone I can only buy one item as it is store policy full stop . Being curious I asked why am I only allowed one item as the other same named stores do not have a simular policy on how much you can buy and further tried to explain my perspective of the situation in respect to other chemist warehouse stores in the area . However as I was trying to explain what the lady on the phone told me whilst purchasing the one item at the counter, one of the staff who was not serving me then got verbally defensive and started talking very rudely over me . He even had the nerve to roll his eyes at me when he thought I wasn't looking , the other staff member on the other hand did apologise for the one item policy which I acknowledged, hence the generous one star. In the end the pharmacist passively aggressively tried to fix the issue but whats the point the damage was already done - . To sum it up , DISAPOINTING customer service - NEVER EVER GOING BACK !! .I'm going to stick to Casula even if it means waiting a extra couple of days for a item at least it means I don't have to deal with the BS attitude and ridiculous store policy that cant be justified on any level.

My name is Joseph gewargis and I am writing to you about the experience my wife received in your chemist warehouse Westfield's Liverpool store today 6/10 October @ 3:10pm. My wife has recently had surgery and is exempt of wearing a face mask as it conflicts with this, we entered your store and was refused entry by the security guard whom asked my wife to put on a mask even though she stated she had a exemption. On top of this she was asked to produce her exemption letter which was on her which he has no right to only police have the power to ask for proof of this. We asked to speak to a manager and waited at the front of the store until someone with authority could come down. On my observation I noticed that your team have not followed covid safe protocols there was no social distancing in the lines. Customers were semi wearing marks, eventually your pharmacist by the name of Shane came to assist us with our complaint I could tell by his approach that he has never had to or dealt with a complaint he refused us entry stating its against the company and there policy because my wife would not wear a mask. I find this so disrespectful as we visit your orange Grove store and crossroads casula store and are greeted with a more better approach. First my wife is distressed about her experience at your store and I don't think during this time that segregation exist clearly your company has proven me wrong. Under the DDA (disability discrimination act) it's against the law to refuse entry to a person with a underline condition seruous fine can apply. Your pharmacist Shane did not seem interested to assist stating we can wait in the corner like we have one form of disease so he can go get the items. My wife felt uncomfortable for him to pick the personal items she was after. This is so unaustralia we're in the compassion and respect clearly a business like this should not be open or deal with people from all walks of life

20/1 - between the time around 12pm the security standing in front of the door and i had walked in with trolley out of no where that was completely empty and i was randomly pull over and inspected straight away even tho i havent touch anything outside the store! And everything was fine and the staff members Were nice, once i got into front of the line, everyone else wasnt been watch by security and later the security started staring and watching me while im trying to paid for my items and security stood there and kept on watching me and told me to immediately hurry up and paid my stuff and staff member was super paitence with me once i left he again repeated the same behaviour and inspected my trolley! When i have paid for the items, it disappointment that i had to felt upset and embarassed and treated liked criminal and uncomfortable feeling been the worse for me never for the worse wont be returning there again :(

Was in there on the 6th October put in my script they asked no questions im like u need my cards she walked away i waited like forever longer than any chemist ive ever been in then this guy with really big eyes dark hair called my name i noticed on the repeat it had gen not concession im like I'm concession he looked so confused im like do u need to see it his like no take it to the front so I said the samething to the lady that the price is wrong she came back and gave me a 50cent discount so cost me $7.25 but yet my regular chemist its $5.30 for the samething i even said this to the lady at the counter i would of made them give my script back if I never waited nearly a hour in your store so shocking if there was a minus few stars this place would get it no one is helpful and very poorly runned never again.

Telephoned ahead as saw on their website they price match with competitors. The lady I spoke to asked me to take a screen shot and bring it in. I was in the area therefore went in-store. When arrived In store there was no staff on the floor or behind the register. Customers just stood around. Eventually door security guard called out to a staff member from the back pharmacy. I then approached staff and advised them of the products electrical product i am after and showed them a picture. They had it in stock, floor staff spoke to pharmacist.. he rudely & aggressively advised he won’t price match. I then showed him call log, call duration etc He said go try another store but he didn’t want to loose out on profit. Incredibly rude - lack customer service. Won’t be shopping here again.

I bought perfume costing me 100$ but the smell of the perfume was off. I called them they asked me to bring it back. When i reached there the lady over there Sprayed on her arm with her fellow worker. They started making my fun as they didnt know i was there listening them. She came back to me saying that perfume is fine and she cant do anything. This isnt the first time i was going to use this perfume. But these people just wanted to sell there product with no custmer satisfection. Perfume was surely off. And customer service was worst. She didnt know how to talk and respond to the customer. I would have given you guys 0 rating of there was. Because your customer service and product donot even deserve one star.

Chemist Warehouse is the place that I like and hate passionately. This new location is very good for going there in a car. Car park can be accessed from few sides. I like this place because they have nearly always everything that I need. If I walk in on the day when chemist is in good mood, the service and advice are excellent. I really do not like their aggressive way of advertising and promoting products inside the shop. The commercials, they play inside the shop, are too loud. I want to run out after just few minutes waiting for my order. The aisles between shelves are too narrow. The shelves are overcrowded with goods. The staff is helpful and courteous, specially the senior lady at the checkout.

Seeing the bad reviews makes senses but when u put a price on an item you should honour that under consumer law. No the manager didn’t it’s not about the money but principal and customer service. I check their receipts I advise EVERYONE to do so, as they do not put down prices on the register and you’re paying original not the lower amount. That’s why I LOVE chemist warehouse Parramatta beautiful people and service. Checkout boy “manager”. Clearly they haven’t seen people dressed properly either...Price thing happened to me at Kmart with a booster seat the label was put on the wrong product but Kmart honoured it. Liverpool store DOUBLE TRIPLE check your receipts.

New store is massive and has proper parking. Old store was dodgy so I hope they have improved since 4 months ago or got different staff. They lost the script that was mailed to them by my doctor and said they never got it. The tracking on the registered post shows they signed for it. Mistakes happen but they should accept responsibility and not lie with an excuse they have no evidence for. Luckily there is another store in Westfield but tempted to start going to a community pharmacy. Chemist Warehouse isn't even that cheap, they just cut corners and why would you want to cut corners with your health? PBS meds are always the same price anyway.

Poor customer service, I went there and found an item that was opened I asked the counter if they have another one she said no I asked her to check if the item is missing some and she counted it and it was missing 4 pieces. I asked her if I could get that discounted so she asked a pharmacist who gave 10% only I said it should be a little bit more and he goes " people open it and put it in their pocket to get a discount " I said to him the first minute I came to her I asked for a new pack and the lady agreed Oh well you lost me as a customer who always been shopping at your place

I was asked to present my licence for a valid prescription my GP had issued me? Since when has the pharmacist had the power to over rule a GP Prescription becoz i didnt have I.D?!? I feel racially profiled and stay away from this chemist at all cost! The rule is without a script the pharmacist has the discretion to say yes or no for codeine products without a Doctor script? If they wish to prescribe medication n not wish 2 dispense medication id advise you to futher ur studies not put patients in need of medication at risk.

My favorite place to perfume and presents for my mates. All staffs working here are very nice and helpful. I fill comfortable to buy here if i need anything for myself or friends. I will recommend everyone to visit here for world class perfumes at lowest price and on special discount price as all the price are low and best. They also have got gift for those who buy more items at once. So get ready to buy perfumes and get gift at the same time.

Bought one product from there and found that its wrong one ..went there after few weeks to return it but they denied to return or exchange it.. product was not opened and in the same condition i bought from. if u buy product from other retail store in Australia and if you havent opened it they return or exchange it within thirty days. Chemist warehouse denied it to do so. This store doesnt have return or exchange policy. Customer service - 0.

Great service every time i walk in there i always get assistance and love how cheap everything is comapared to other local stores. Ohhh and one day i was waiting for my medication and a customer came in and pushed in front of me to ask a question the pharmaceutical lady, pharmaceutical lady was shocked and when that customers left she apologized to me for that customer behavior .

Good customer service, they were able to hold my shopping until I went home and came back again with my wallet. Products are always in stock, which is very convenient and satisfying. Aisles are a bit narrow and soooo many people go there so it gets a little crowded in there sometimes. But overall satisfactory store and customer service.

Pharmists here are very helpful. While going into the shop recently, due to heavy rain and wind, my prescription got damaged by water. It didn't fade much but they accepted and provided me with the medication. Also another pharmacist helped me with signing my security clearance for work when my bank manager refused to help.

I've been there twice with my young daughter who has a mask exemption. Twice the security guard was extremely rude. He used his hand to wave her out and told her to go away. I will never walk into the store again. Priceline is 100 times better and we also went to another Chemist warehouse which are much better.

Today I went in to buy some Gillette cartridge price was $15.99 when I went to counter it was $24 they said it's wrong price and didn't want to sell as it was on special price $15.99. I asked for manager she came and said someone put in wrong section didn't care what was saying customer service…

This shop is a bit of a pain in the butt to get to, BUT it is well worth the trouble. It is better stocked than any other I've ever been to. It is well maintained, kept very clean and the staff are all very friendly. This is easily the best Chemist Warehouse in the Greater region.

Literally you can not walk when you have a pram Every lane has some empty boxes lying around I wish the manager can see this and address this issue. Either staff fill shelves or they should remove the boxes when they not fill stock

Came to pick up a click and collect, the cashier slams my order on the counter for no apparent reason.. I had to inform him that it was perfumes he just slammed on the counter. I think they need basic customer service training.

Staff are super lovely and kind here. They were able to quickly and easily help me fix up my click and collect order when I accidentally clicked the wrong item online. Thanks so much, will definitely be coming back here

Prices on shelves and bills are different be careful. I went there seen the price on shelf got the item paid for it didn’t checked the receipt , they charged me the different price for the same product.

They didn’t accept my pensioner card that I use everywhere rather than tell me why they told me there is only $1 difference anyway THERE WAS NOT, I will not be shopping there again.

Chemist Warehouse is constantly changing their prices to the point that their product labels are not being updated with the price changes.

The store was fully stocked and had everything that was needed for me.. good sales. Reminder to my last medication and always on time.
