In one word, disgusting! I put some items in my bag a couple of months back in Hobart Northgate store due to my finance difficulties, however I did the right thing before walking out and I proceeded to put back all the items on the shelves, then an Asian small girl saw and was rude towards me, she made it look like I was going to take them. I was tempted to from my situation but I decided I would not and she never understood, no empathy, just cold attitude, I gave all back, then recently when I went back in for my script medicine, I was treated like a criminal even though I took nothing. Had to empty my bag and pockets by security and banned for life. They should be ashamed of themselves! I have made numerous donations and spent thousands in their store. I did nothing wrong. They are the real criminals undercutting all other local chemists that need true support. Chemist Warehouse owner Jack is so filthy rich, he has money coming out of his nose and underpays the workers. I will support the true Chemists out there and I advice everyone to do the same. Let’s shut Chemist Warehouse down!! By the way, Chemist Warehouse has many, many bad reviews, we should sign a petition to put them out for good! God bless to everyone out there who received terrible service from them. Do not go in their trash of a store. God sees everything, justice will come one day…

Rude and unfriendly staff. The Manager has no customer or product skills. When asked for a refund within 7days of purchase. On a defetive item. Was told by the manager to take it up with the manufacturer. When we then insisted on a refund and not a replacement, explaining to her that we have no confidence in the product they sold becuse it didnt do what it said on the packaging. The manager handled this matter in a very rude and patronizing way. Before eventually giving us a refund. Her parting comment was Not to come back to the shop and buy the item again. Rest assure we won't be back to this chemist ever again. Shame i couldn't give no stars, which is a fairer assessment of the manager running this chemist.

Today l went into Chemist Warehouse in Northgate to purchase a Blood Pressure Machine. A young lady (Juanita Fitzpatrick) showed me all the different machines available and helped me choose which was most suitable and best for me. She was exceptionally kind, patient and most helpful. At her recommendation l purchased one for $150 and l am most happy with it. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with such a lovely person. Thank you most sincerely. Julie Geilston Bay

The lady work there(maybe the manager) is rude, no smile or greeting when serving me or even not saying anything, I guess she is little bit discriminate towards asian peaple. A friend of me also have bad experience there. Not even allowed her buy 2 perfumes for herself, said no bulk sales to her cashier. Not recommend this store to people want to be treated well.

Terrible service by the pharmacist. We waited 7 minutes before being acknowledged. I asked for two stat declarations to be signed and the pharmacist rudly came along and said no, I only have one pharmacist instore and to go to another chemist. I also needed scripts filled but we just left. Will never return. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Always had good service here. One of my regular medications can be hard to get. They get it in for me, no trouble at all. Not as enormous as some Chemist Warehouse shops, a lot easier to find the things I want. Friendly & helpful when I get lost.

If I could give 0 star's I would service is not very friendly where you get your prescription at they are very rude and Not helpful at all if you don't like your job don't do it customers dont need your rudeness I won't be going back

Very rude pharmacist. No customer service skill. Customers needs to be treated well especially when you are regular and local. Go to Priceline and you will see a difference
