Very very bad experience. Me and my partner owns different shop. We came here to buy two thermometer for our separate businesses. The clerk at the front desk is happy to give us two thermometers. However, the so-called manager “Sarah” came out the back with very rude attitude told us “one unit per group”, saying “there’s a shortage on these units, it’s either you take this unit or leave it for people who needs it”, ok hang on, I drove all the way here to purchase unit in such small quantities as well as providing good reasons for it, we didn’t seem to be “in need of these units?”, then could someone please explain to me what is the proper reason for the need of these units? Or is it you are just being a clear cut racist towards Asians? Because you have these stereotypes of thinking all Asians are hoarders? My boyfriend runs a business with more than 300+ people coming in everyday, we want to have these safety precaution procedures in place to ensure our customer’s health and safety. I help run a beauty shop too. We are trying to do right thing to fight and protect ourselves against the virus. If these are not ‘good enough’ reason to purchase I seriously don’t know what is? Very unfortunate to meet with these kind of racist people who are still dwelling within Australia, thought Australia is all about multicultural? We went to another chemist warehouse and the staff from there told us in the chemist warehouse computer system states ‘ONE Unit Per Customer not One Per Each Group’. We keep the evidence. I will keep try my best to communicate with ACCC FOR THIS UNFAIRLY BEHAVIOR

I was truly disappointed the way I was turned away today (especially when I have been a regular customer for the past 6 years) to get a stat dec signed. As a long-time customer who has spent thousands of dollars at this pharmacy, it's understandable to expect a certain level of service and attention from the staff, regardless of whether or not you're making a purchase. While it's possible that the pharmacist was genuinely busy and didn't have the resources to assist at that moment, it's still not ideal to turn away a customer who has been loyal to your business for so long. It was especially disheartening, the way Cathy directed me to the pharmacy across the road, the same pharmacy I have been ignoring over Chemist Warehouse and spending my money on. She didn't make much of an effort to accommodate and wasn’t empathetic either. Ultimately, the way I got treated as a non-customer speaks to the true character of the pharmacy and its staff. While there may be valid reasons for turning away a customer in certain situations, it's important for businesses to prioritize customer service and demonstrate appreciation for their loyal patrons. On the other hand, even though the pharmacist across the road were busy too but they showed their genuine concern and were apologetic for not being able to accomodate and requested to come back after 4 PM. Now this is the service CW staff needs to get trained on.

Unfortunately for this business, the benefits of shopping here are often outweighed by the few staff members who are confused by the concept of customer service - it’s certainly not all of them, and the benefits are significant: excellent prices (scripts and cosmetics in particular) and a huge range of lovely well-priced personal products to name but two. But I’d rather spend $20 more and be treated with respect than save money at the cost of being shadowed by a rather rude and offensively intrusive security guard and one or two officious pharmacy assistants who for whatever reason think it’s appropriate to treat you like a scoundrel regardless of your behaviour, good patronage and flawless record. Last time I went there, I was filling in time (waiting for my script) by trying out some of the face cream testers. Out of nowhere I was startled by the afore mentioned security guard and informed I was obligated to buy a product (clearly marked "Tester") because I had used it - something he watched me do and had plenty of time to say something before I used it. I shan’t be returning - imagine being shamed for allegedly shoplifting a drop of moisturiser no larger than a pea?! No thank you.

Completely disgusting customer service by your staff, will not return. Attended your henley beach road pharmacy to return 4 items which were purchased recently due to being a month out of date at time of purchase. There should be no questions asked as these items were sold OUT OF DATE. Vicky continued to question why it took so long to return them and said you need to return in 7 days or she won't be able to return them, she made a huge deal out of a easy to resolve issue. Eventually she called the pharmacist and spoke really loudly explaining the situation, it was quiet embarrassing with a line of people behind me waiting to be served. The pharmacist was fine and returned items - she even apologised that they had been sold to me out of date. Items purchased: April 26th 2019 Items expired: March 27th 2019 EXPIRED BEFORE THEY WERE PURCHASED I am absolutely appalled and cant believe you have customer service staff that treat good, loyal customers with such rudeness!!!!

I have been now visiting the Torrensville store for over two years.My visits usually are once a week but sometimes can be a bit more as I get all my family's medicines including my parents from this store. I have seen people complaining about delays,reporting behavioral issues so easily but sometimes find it strange that not many people come forward to compliment someone who has gone above and beyond or just being a good human and doing their job without any issues. My today's feedback is based not on one or two visits but it's based on for over the past 2 years. A big shoutout for Michelle - This girl deserves special reward, recommendation and appreciation. Always happy, cheerful, supportive and professional. Infact the whole team including Michelle, Polly, Chantelle, Sarah, Karry are always supportive and professional. All of them are big asset to the Chemist Warehouse team and I wish them all the best and heartfelt thanks for their kind service.

Rude chemist staff. Tried to tell me I don’t have a valid prescription even though I have an email for repeats from Chemist warehouse with two repeats remaining. I couldn't even tell you who I dealt with as both ladies didn't have name badges either. After realising I was right, I was then advised I don’t have a QR code that they can scan to fulfil the script as that my order was for online and it is different. If thats the case that is fine, but don’t make up the story as you go along and try to tell me I don’t have a valid script when I am showing you the e-mail I received from your team last week. If you have online repeats and a prescription online then you should be able to get it fulfilled in store, seems like a flawed system if your own staff can’t access online prescriptions in-store on the odd occasion a patron forgets to do an online in time and runs out of what they need!

Always check your reciept- or better yet, just don't shop here. Been ripped off every time. Firstly a product had a tag for a particular price, sure enough, the product scanned at regular price and I was offered no apology until I demanded the difference to be refunded. The explanation I got was "it was an old tag. That promotion isn't running now." Its not hard to remove tags when promotions end. Secondly, I bought TWO of an item and got charged for FOUR. Luckily I had learnt to check ny reciepts. I returned, and a manager had to be called to permit a refund. The manager also gave me the free product that came with the item I bought due to a promotion, which the original cashier had no idea about. On a second thorough check of my reciept, she forgot to charge me for one of my items, but too bad Chemist Warehouse, Im not going back to pay for it now after being back twice.

Wow sad to give a low review, the PHARMACISTS are all wonderful at their jobs, always have the meds you want in stock etc however despite going here for many years was treated disgustingly by the new female security guard (tall, large lady with red/blonde hair). Also mocked by the check out person for standing up for myself. Don’t harass people who have clearly told you and shown you they have paid for their medications already. I have been sick all week with gastro and finally came in to get my meds, not interrogated. I’ve come to this pharmacy for years and have never had a problem, will happily rectify the review once I know she has been dealt with as the PHARMACISTS deserve 5 stars. As you can see this guard has negative reviews on here already so unless a bunch of customers are all rude, terrible people I would think it’s clear where the fault lies.

Chemist warehouse Torrensville Denying me of medication which I have prescription for Ozempic. She questioned my medical history which is again, none of her business. She was an Asian Pharmacist - super rude!!! I was in store at 7:30pm 10/11 I have 2 medical conditions which require Ozempic - not actually taking it for weight loss. Pharmacist told me “People with diabetes need it more than you” and refused to fill my prescription even though she admitted to having the 0.5 pen in stock and continued to say I don’t need it and other people need it more than me Will be reporting and taking this further! Disgusting!! denying someone of a medical prescription -

I have been to this store several times. I must say there is a pharmacist there named CHANTELLE S. She has been very polite, down to earth, understanding, well educated and also gives a detailed description of the medications with a very pleasant smiling face. I think all pharmacist should be like her. I have been to many other stores of Chemist warehouse. But never found such a good soul who delivers customer service with a smile and such professionalism. The 5 stars are just because of her service to us. Thank you kindly CHANTELLE. Your are the best Pharmacist my wife and I have ever met in Australia. Keep smiling.

Thus is my go to chemist. Only 10 minute walk from home. Very convenient location. Recently expanded. Always busy. Friendly staff. Very helpful pharmasists. Good prices. Great specials. I leave my prescriptions there and have arranged for them to text me every 27 days to say its time for a top up. Link takes you to list of medications so you don't need to take all of them. Text then let's you know meds are ready for pick up. LOVE ordering online for cluck and collect. VERY efficient service. Down side, because it is so popular things are often out of stock. Another reason for click and collect. Saves time.

Been coming here for a few years, I used to just drop off scripts and come back as it used to take too long to process, I got their online app thinking this would speed things up, I was wrong lol , they would loose scripts as they would not appear on the app and have to ring up constantly to get them added on, turn up to pick them up and no we don’t have that? How useless, and the over bearing security staff at the front door treating you as a thief as you enter! No thanks got my scripts back will be going else where, they seem not to respond on here at all and don’t care about customer complaints lol

I have been coming to this chemist since it opened. I have likely spent thousands of dollars at this store. The staff are fine, the store looks better since the renovations. There is a good range of products available. However, I find the over zealous security person too much. Being treated with suspicion every single time I shop there really highlights the impersonal nature of a large chain discount chemist store. Besides it's not even cheap. I will instead shop exclusively at the friendly pharmacy nearby where the staff know me and my family and don't make me feel like a criminal.

This pharmacy told me i needed a script from a GP to purchase a S3 ‘pharmacist only’ medicine. The whole point of having S3 medicines is that they should be available to the public from a pharmacist without a prescription. Chemist warehouse, you’re not allowed to make up your own rules and turn away sick people with no alternative option or solution. Oh and the reason there was no alternative is bc the S3 medicine was the last option after the TGA scrapped all the over the counter versions. I’m contacting AHPRA about you people.

The staff here are so lazy they told me "it would probably be easier if you went to another store" because they couldn't be bothered helping me. Got hand-balled around to 3 staff because no-one knew anything about multiple products (even copped some laughs from the pharmacists because they clearly have 0 product knowledge). To top to it off, the lazy register attendant was on her phone while there was a lineup of 8 people (and only 1 other attendant working). Wish I could give them a 0. Avoid.

I have always visited Chemist Warehouse because of variety and prices but this time I have had such a pleasant experience. Michelle Joneju dealt with me in such a kind and professional way , she took my prescription and not only ordered my medicine but followed up my insulin pen from diabetic Sa. and kept following up until the next 2 days Really happy and amazed by the hospitality of staff especially Michelle. -- ZERO STARS-- AVOID TORRENSVILLE CHEMIST WAREHOUSE FRANCHISE Unprofessional and rude staff. Took skincare to the counter and was told the catalogue special did not apply at this store. Spoke to the manager and was told the same thing. Took my buisness to Clovelly Park where the catalogue special applied and I successfully purchased the products. I wont be returning to this store again.

Extremely poor customer service! I don’t usually go to this store but was running low on some skincare. My cleanser was marked as on sale but apparently the ticket was wrong despite saying sale ending 19/4/23 and they made me feel awful for asking them about it when they scanned the item. I work in a beauty store and excellent customer service is a must so I won’t be returning.

I don’t like the condescending welcome I got from the security guard today. He asked me if I wanted a mask, witch I replied no I’m triple vaccinated! He looked annoyed and said I can’t force you then. I don’t like the attitude some of the store security show. If it’s not policy to wear a mask then don’t try to push it on people who choose not to wear a mask.

I told her exactly what I want and she said they don't sell it and refuse to help to find on the Internet. Then she recommend another product which has 10 tablets but $15. I was refused a refund for a faulty product (Blackhead Remover) and got told to contact the company directly and was given the number of the manufacturer. It was only $6 but it is so frustrating considering I spend so much money on the store. The customer service is okay but i am definitely never going back to the store.

What a disgrace! The over zealous, poorly trained security staff who do not understand their job description or rights of customers has put me off ever coming back. There are other options on Henley Beach Rd, Hilton or Brickworks, where I've always been treated with respect and customer service.

Exceptionally rude pharmacy staff, very poor communication and interpersonal skills. Just because their prices are cheap does not excuse skimping on customer service training. The whole experience was belittling to the point that I demanded my scripts back and took my business elsewhere. Avoid!

They said it would be a 20 minute wait for scripts. It was over an hour. They constantly kept stopping preparing the scripts they had to go to the in desk and get new ones. Constantly. Instead of actually working on the ones they already had backlogged for more three times the estimate!!!
