I went groundhopping here recently when AFC Wimbledon beat Coventry City 2-1 in the Carabao Cup (League Cup). Without a doubt this has to be one of the best grounds I have visited, predominantly due to the size and modern architecture. Upon arrival at the concourse, it truly was admiring to have seen the amount of history painted on the walls about the club. Especially the illustrations of the famous FA Cup win. Overall, the experience at The Cherry Red Records Stadium was a memorable one. From the action on the pitch to how pleasant the atmosphere was all-round, as the matchday staff were very friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with how good the atmosphere was behind the goal, the fans made a lot of noise throughout the entire match and AFC Wimbledon certainly had a great turnout on the night. The nearest station to the ground is Tooting Broadway, followed by an approximate 20 minutes walk. As well as there being bus routes as an alternative option.

Brilliant place, had a great day for my father's birthday. We bought the gold package for a very special birthday. The food was really good and in plentiful supply. The seat we were given were amazing and the staff were brilliant. The only negatives were parking was a nightmare so no good if you have mobility issues and when we ordered the half time drinks we were informed that they didn't have any so had to have alternatives. We only wanted diet cokes. However the day and the staff were amazing and made it even more special when then asked the crowd to celebrate our dad's birthday at halftime.

Fantastic new stadium, bars and loads of toilets on every side of the stadium. In the home end they have a nice safe area behind the stands with loads of individual food stalls with a vast range of food. All they have got to do now is get rid of the negative Manager Johnnie Jackson and hire one that understands what 'pattern of play' means as the quality gap in League two between top and bottom is so small.

Fantastic atmosphere here. Lovely community vibe with plenty of good food to choose from and quality beers. Meant this non footy fan had a great time at the match while accompanying the husband. Husband also had a great time, and his team won. Can't guarantee this outcome for all unfortunately! I would go again and would even bring the kids next time.

Extremely poor welcome told fans area opened at 1 when we arrived told they wouldn't open till 1.30 don't understand how half an hour would make that much difference nearest pub didn't take away fans had to walk 20 mins away from ground food awful £4.95 for a tiny burnt sausage roll although some fans we talked to were fine

Where until recently had been run down, neglected area, now stands elegant, attractive AFC Wimbledon stadium and homes of hundreds of people as well some dogs and cats too. After 30 and so hard years in exile Wimbledon finally came back home. This is the place of a great story.

If you want an AUTHENTIC English football match, come to Wimbkedon. Can’t guarantee the result but if you want a family friendly day out for the real thing, come and see the home of the greatest football (or soccer) story you’ve never heard - even better than Wrexham….

AFC Wimbledon is finally back home! The new Plough Lane is clean and spacious - even on the standing area everyone has their space, a railing for protection and support. You have great views of the pitch and many food and drink options as well as plenty of toilets .

Nice little stadium with some room for extension should the club get back to the form and level of the previous Wimbledon fc. Seating is all pretty good and close to the pitch overall. Great views, and at times, you could be tempted to step onto the pitch (don't).

  • Tim Husain

Probably the best stadium in league one. Great fanzine, food services like food and drinks all at reasonable prices. Good views from all seats. Not an AFC Wimbledon fan, but went with a friend and had a great day out, shame about the football result.

  • Margaret Adam

This is the result of a fan based support. Hundreds of fans have donated and worked very hard to get back to home and own their own stadium. We all feel very proud of everyone's achievements. Worth a visit and have a guided tour.

  • Phil Somers

Visited to watch London v Featherstone Rovers. Its a nice clean new stadium, well worth a visit. The catering was of very good quality. I didn't really notice much parking nearby as I travelled on a supporters coach.

  • Mark Jordan

Being a long time Dons supporter I would obviously give my team a five star review. But based on facilities, layout and organisation of the venue it would get a top review anyway.

  • Keith Powell

A great place to visit for a match and a drink. Small town atmosphere with friendly hosts and spectators, the food is excellent and the prices won't kill you or the bank

Pequeño estadio muy coqueto, con tienda oficial y numerosos locales para comer pizza, hamburguesas, etc. Hay un pub dentro del estadio con una ambientación muy buena.

  • Jeremy Shackleton

Really nice stadium for football and Rugby League. Forget the primitive stadia of the past - this is near to transport, good views from seats and decent beer on tap.

  • Adam Fields

The stadium offers a great fan experience from both the North and South stands with The Phoenix pub the main meeting place before and after AFC Wimbledon games.

  • Margaret O'Doherty

Great newish stadium. Good facilities. Could do with speeding up bar service at half time. Keep the punters happy and take more money for the club.

  • Nathan Pettit

Good new stadium for Wimbledon didn't grab any food as didn't know the prices but enjoyed my visit Good luck for the season and beyond …

  • Sarah Jackson

It's a generic, concrete stadium. Staff were very friendly though, and for my first football game, it was the perfect choice. Go Wimbledon!

  • Enrico Sparago

Visiting on a match day might change my vote according to the result, but seriously, a visit of the stadium is definitely a thing to do!

  • Rob Chandler
