While visiting my family in Chester Hill, I needed to see a Doctor. I was able to get an apt no problem. I saw Dr Chris who was absolutely wonderful. He was so helpful and very thorough. I was also able to get in to see Dr Hannah (his beautiful wife) who was able to get a test done for me straight away. If it wasn't for Dr Chris asking me a simple question, I would have become very very unwell. Dr Chris contacted my Doctor here on the Gold Coast, and then called me to inform me of my rest results and that i needed to see my Doctor asap. I am truly greatful for the care they showed me, for their kindness, and professional ethic and protocol. I would recommend anyone to go there if they need to see a doctor. See Dr Chris. Oh and my family in Chester Hill attend that medical centre, so of course I will go there as well Have a great day everyone!

I had a booked appointment with Dr Marlin Hanna (mrs) and during my consultation she sent me to take a urine sample,this took two minutes. when I was done,I returned to her room to find other patients in her room, while all my personal belongings were still inside(phone,wallet etc)and she left me waiting in front of her room for more than a half hour.When she finally called me back inside, she told me she didn't have time to finish my consultation as she was running late with her appointments.Very Unprofessional.I will never return.

This place is absolutely horrible they always close before closing and on multiple occasions I've arrived 1hour before closing and they will be closed. On one occasion I went on a weekend and they didn't even open and they say they are open on weekends. I have even made appointments that didn't even get put In the system and you show up and they have no record of you calling. And on more than one occasion I have an appointment and don't get called in because the receptionist forgets to put my file in the appointment box wth

Not happy with Dr marlin hanna, she has no duty of care for her patience, I simply asked for her to close the door and not expose me to the public while checking my breathing etc, she screamed back at me that I was unappareciative for exposing my “sickness” to her, then she threw the referral paper on the desk and walked out on me. This is childish and disgusting behaviour, I will never return and if you want any kind of respect as a patient avoid going to this practice.

Hi everyone went to this doctors surgery, Dr fhannas yesterday with my son that is 4 years old, had evidence that he didn't have covid-19 and got told to go outside in the cold and if that was not good enough go home and the doctor would call . It's not good ,the doctor down the street was happy to see him and today he is so much better, the doctor name is Dr aftab alam . I hope know one haves to go through is love to everyone that stand up to this stuff

What kind of doctors working there? I can't believe that, I was waiting 1 and half hours for see a doctor was only 4 peoples waiting befor me ,when I saw a doctor he didint give me pain killer for my back pain, and he said he want to send me to hospital. not send to x-ray. I don't want to go and see any doctor's there anymore. Very lazy doctors...

My flu symptoms have gotten worse after my appointment and I feel like I needed antibiotics to help the recovery process. I can’t work under these conditions and I can barely breathe now without the feeling of metal scraping my throat. Please do proper examinations on patients, they need medication especially in the flu season..

My health is very bad from changing to this practice and it's gone downhill and I'm not happy about this and I will have to change practices for my health to get better. Not happy with the service and I have been patient with all the drs at this surgery.

I wouldn't wish the experience I had upon my worst enemy. A disgusting self-centred person not fit for the medical industry or any other professional field for that matter

All the doctors there are wonderful and thorough. They really do have the best interest of the patient and will go above and beyond to help where they can.

If i could rate lower i would!!!! Told secretary was here to see dr. I was on time. Waited 45 mins to be told that the dr had left! So unprofessional!

The service varies but they are generally very poor. I suggest the younger Dr's but if you are looking for GP's shop around.

One Dr is not so good. Busy place , I would wait longer to see Dr Fernando. She is very good. Thank you
