Today I was in Extra Mile to get gasoline and use the restroom, it was a (emergency) and I ask the cashier for the password she told me “ a employee is disinfecting the rest room” I said ok I was waiting , and she was talking a little bit so I decided to knock the door and let her know I was waiting and also make her aware that it was a hurry . But you know that was all . The employee got out of the rest room screaming profanity, because I knocked the door 2 times and she was really mad, I told her to calm down because it wasn’t a big deal, I just was trying to let her know that I was waiting, and she didn’t care and walk around the store saying bad things against to me, I was so surprised because more customers were there looking what she was doing for no reason I send a complaint , and I hope they do something about it because I’m young , but just imagine she do that against to a old men or lady for something so normal like someone trying to use the rest room I keep my recipes from that day I hope they contact me me because the customer service was horrible . I have a picture of her with face cover if the company want the video or picture they can email me.

i really do like this store but the cigarette offers on their app are never available at this location...i live a block away but when i click on an offer, it says the nearest store is miles away.. i am disappointed, especially because after years of being disappointed with my neighborhood 7-11, ive decided to switch and start buying my 2 packs of camel blue cigarettes DAILY at the chevron extra mile @ 1666 First Ave in downtown san diego just to find out that the offers advertised on the app are not available at this specific location..4 stars until this changes.

From the upkeep to the interactions I found that this Chevron though a mite expensive (downtown), was an. Overall quality business. It's hard to maintain cleanliness when so many people around the area are so filthy. I've seen plenty of homeless people over the years, and the last thing I will do is get down on someone for a mental condition, but when the slovenly grunge behavior is born out of an indifference to the people around you, I thinks it's disgraceful. So I think 4 stars is on the money.

The best gas station in San Diego. Easy in and easy out. Quality gas. And a well stocked convenience store. It's right before the 5 freeway North on ramp off 1st ave. It's a one way street going north, so dip down in the Downtown area and come up First St.. Prices are fair. But during events this Station gets packed with people leaving to fill thier tanks before heading home. Cheers!

Guard today at 2pm is extremely professional. Everything you want in a security officer...stays in view, keeps gas station secure, friendly with customers, friendly with staff. Give that guard a raise. Extreme attention to detail....uniform neatly pressed with neat boots and perfect fit. Keep up the good work with this security company! You are seen and appreciated security.

The girl with the beautiful butterfly tattoos was very nice... Only one thing... She couldn't pay any attention to the customers because she was too busy texting... I asked for a bag she just throw it on the counter went back to texting like i was been disrespectful to her... Clean store.... Customer service could be improved... Fast service...

Super rude staff. Walked in as a group of 10 and started shopping and the manager started freaking out because her EBT wasn't working. Other staff thought we were shoplifting so they were always following us. Needless to say we were going to get gas there too but went to another store down the road. Avoid if possible.

Super unprofessional. Don’t do business here. I started coming here every day to get the same snack every night at the same time because I’m pregnant and they said I’m no longer welcome at the store. I thought the part of having a regular was to keep them happy, after all, their business runs on customers.

Angelica in the store is as rude as rude gets, and this store is very literally either locked while employees sit inside, they pick and choose who to allow to use the bathroom, and can’t manage to handle gasoline inventory. Welcome to idiocracy.

Convenient location directly across from the on-ramp to I5 South, so it's a great place for me to stop on my way to work in the AM. The coffee is decent for gas station coffee, and the staff is nice and friendly.

I bought some really good beef jerky from Chevron and they hooked it up with some really good gas prices. If you're in the San Diego or downtown San Diego area I highly recommend you hit up this Chevron.

STAY AWAY. When I asked the attendant for assistance he was belligerent to the point I wondered if he was drunk. I did not feel safe at this gas station. Will not ever give them business again.

Very terrible experience. Attendant was taunting guests and being very rude. Will never come here again and suggest anyone else should go out of their way to avoid.

Semi decent gas station with a bit of snack selection. Convenient location staff can be hit or miss in terms of who is working and their attitude.

This Location has Very Attentive and Knowledgeable Employees who are very Considerate to Wheelchair Bound Customers.

This gasoline does last in my car, unlike cheap gasolines which burn too fast. Chevron is always my first choice.
