It's strange I'm the only truck here on a Sunday night. Hope I can park on the street without being run off by Mr. Police. Like Wal-Mart at Sterling, IL an Anti- Truck town.

Make sure your GPS doesn't try to take you to the south side of the building. They're wanting you to park on the street before you check in now. You'll usually get docked and unloaded within 60-120 minutes. They tend to adhere to appointment times pretty closely, I think, so don't show up too early

Easy docks to back into, professional staff, and reasonably quick load time. Definitely recommend parking on the street and walking in, there's room for 2-3 trucks in the staging area before you start getting in people's way. But it's off a side street built for trucks so that's not a big deal.

This customer is not doing good with drivers as my appointment time is 6pm checked at 5 pm on time and now is 7pm still no dock and saying we are busy no idea how long it can take. On other hand they charging $250 fee if you late 1 hour from your appointment time. Does not value others time.

This is a truckers cold storage! Every cold storage in the world should be this seamless and efficient! Only thing i think they could do to be better is add a snack machine because thats all the time youll need here. 3hr early in and out under 45min and overnight and street parking.

There’s one thing that i like the most about this place...They are friendly and the most important thing is they are not giving you hard time with your pickup or delivery. Fast loading for sure. Five stars is because as shipper or receiver

Man, 8-9 trucks, I'm number 5-6, in an out in 45 mins, restroom inside the bldg, snack machines an such for the drivers who couldn't fit the rig in dollar general . ..I wish all warehouse could run so smooth with only 2 visible employees

Very professional people. The Mexican native people who work there are simply cool. 45 min in and out. They knew what they doing, just be nice to them n they will . Don’t be late for ur appointment or be ready to cash up for $100. …

They let me park on property for overnight 10 hr break. Appt time 0830, checked in at 0700 and had me in door and unloaded immediately. I wish all places were like this. Professional and nice. Thanks, folks! We drivers appreciate ya!

Arrived early had to wait for them to call me for a door. They put me in door at 9:15am but appointment was at 2pm. They have street parking n parking by docks just back in far to fence. Friendly employees. Fast unloading.

I don’t know how this place get this stars It’s really bad should be -5 star takes for ever to get loded 6 hours to loded still I’m on door not get loded yet .. my reefer runs-10 loses fuel door open.. really bad

Only had 2 pallets to unload here. Was told I could come in early. I showed up at 9 when I had a 1 pm appointment. Wasn't seen until appointment time even though there were doors open for me to use.

You can check in early but it’s your luck if they put you in a door right away or not. But once in the door it doesn’t take long at all. Friendly people. Over night parking is available.

Great place to pick up. They will load you early and there is parking on the street while you wait. Everyone is super nice. Need more places like this. It made this truckers day …

Doesn't matter when u get here, easy check in on computer in the shipping office, tandems to rear, pre cool and it takes them roughly 30-45 min to load or less (especially for Aldi).

Great cold storage place Brian helped me get to a dock Omar took paper work and got me unloaded before appointment. Great hardworking guys Thanks for doing such a great job the best!

Smooth check in and out on the tablet, fast loading , I spent about 45 min total at this location The 34 degrees loads check in at the first entrance when you come off of Pulaski

This place awesome.. very quick in n out.. it’s take unloaded 20 minutes... very humble staff especially lady in office.. n they hv some rooms for overnight parking..

Rude on phone trying to make appointment for delivery, they hang up on you if THEY even think you are not nice as sugar. Poor customer service skills!

These folks were super friendly, fast, and very efficient when unloading me. I was there for less than 40 minutes with a full 53' trailer for them.

Great and professional company and people. They ‘re doing their job to get you out as quickly as possible. We never had any issues here.

Great place to deliver too. This is my second time delivering here and both times have been awesome. They get you in and out quickly.

Arrived an hour early and after check-in was called to dock. The only bad thing about this place is no real parking for staging.

3 days to get unloaded, without any reason. But they have $250 for 30 min late fee policy. Who pays me as a OO such a money?

Appointment 5PM, checked in 4PM put me on a door right away, was out with in 45min. Very respectful hard working people.

My favorite place to get a load. Friendly staff and clean restrooms. They are fcfs and very fast to get you on your way.

Checked in at 9:20am live load didn’t get completely load until 8:30pm forklift drivers and pickers are very lazy

Not too bad of a pickup. Had to pre cool to -10 before getting loaded but was in and out in under two hours.

Arrived at 3:00pm for 6:00 pm appointment got docks at 6:30 unloaded by 8:40pm. They have overnight parking.

Pedro was helpful. Loading was okay Don't be late. There is a 100.00 fee if you miss your appointment time
