I decided to stop by this new location after I finished post work-out at Planet Fitness on the 6th floor. I visited the week prior but ordered to go. As I’m visiting from NYC for the holidays, I was waiting on a ride from a family member and decided to enjoy breakfast here at this location. Upon arriving at the front register, I waited for 5 mins as the manager finally came to inform me that a woman walking up behind me with a portable kiosk was going to take my order. I gathered that maybe their systems were down? The woman didn’t introduce herself until I said something and was rather short with me. She was respectful but I can tell a bit stressed. Unfortunately the receipt machine was down and she asked me if I needed a receipt in which I politely said no. She told the manager “Mathew” that she jokingly cut her hand. They both laughed and I felt bad for the woman. As I walked away to the designated pick up station, someone called my name for they had my order where the manager/woman was standing. As I grabbed my order, my drink was missing and I asked for the drink. The woman turns to the manager and annoyingly asked who was handling drinks. I gather there was no structure that morning and no one was responsible for the drinks. She poured it for me and walked away. As I sat down, I was enjoying my food and about 15-20 mins in, a young male who was sweeping asked me “if everything was okay.” It was a bit strange but I took it as the location looking to deliver exceptional customer service. However, when I turned around upon his departure to leave, there was group of “5-6 corporate Chick-Fila employees” staring at me, as if my presence there overstayed it’s welcome. I received such unwanted energy from them, I thought I did something wrong. I asked the young man if a manager was in. He first said no and tried to handle it himself but eventually got the manager for me after I asked again. The manager came out on his phone casually and asked me to wait. After he got off his phone, I asked him if there was a time limit to how long you can consume your food in the space. He said no. I thanked him for the information and departed. I would recommend not having so many employees on the floor if they wanted to create a safe inclusive environment without visual intimidation. Also, to streamline better structures for coverage throughout the day. Ty.

Just needed to confirm Chick-fil-A has changed. We live a good distance from the nearest Chick-fil-A since we moved to Florida a year and a half ago so we don't get to visit as often. On a trip to North Carolina recently we ate at a location along the interstate. I was surprised that the buns and chicken fillets were smaller and thinner. We were hoping it was just this location...we were wrong. Everything has changed! The buns are considerably smaller and the fillet is thinner with a blander seasoning. The waffle fries have always been delicious when hot but start losing their texture as they cool, now the texture and flavor are gone from the start of the meal. And the LEMONADE!!! Always the BEST! Until now! Not as pulpy or tart! Taste like stir and serve generic lemonade. I'm sure some die-hards will convince themselves it's pretty much the same... believe me, from someone who has been eating there for decades... from the times you could only find Chick-fil-A at the mall and nowhere else, it has definitely changed for the worse. This was one of only a handful of fast-food restaurants we visit...and as of yesterday it's off our list! This location had friendly helpful staff that we've come to expect, so no disappointment there. Location was very busy, but they handled the crowd very well. The food and drinks...sucked!

First time in Miami! The evening we checked in at our hotel we decided to get Chick-Fil-A because of its consistent service and food. Of all the Chick-Fil-As we have been to, this one set a standard. As busy as this location was at 9pm, crazy parking, and just a busy area, staff were on point. The site was welcoming and service was amazing. Our cashier, Kenneisha (I’m so sorry for the misspelling) was awesome and the floor staff were so helpful. Thank you to those ladies as well! Thank you for making our first night in Miami trip memorable! Please continue to set the standard for genuine customer service. It makes a difference and our world really needs it and I love seeing excellence

If I could put minus stars I would. Not the first time I have experienced a bad service at this location. You never get complete portions and usually I wouldn't recommend to leave without checking your order first as usually something is missing. This time, I placed an order through UberEats ordering a meal (with upgraded fries for large ) that is supposed to come with free (spend $15 get free 8pc nuggets) and a few selected sauces. Out of everything I ordered, I received a sandwich (with no sauce that its supposed to come with), instead of large fries I received a large empty box with the amount of fries less than it would be in small. Zero sauces and of course no nuggets that they falsely advertise. After receiving this, my appetite was completely ruined just like an impression about the place in general. Tried talking to the manager - impossible. Redirects to the voice mail at all times. Paying $25 plus total just for food and only receiving a sandwich without all ingredients? I would like to bring the close attention of the owner to the stuff work and policies at this location.

I would have given it 4 stars, but only kids work here & one of them was rude af. But this isn’t about her. I was complaining to my friends that they didn’t make my salad correctly & forgot my fries. WILMER, I can tell he was new, was cleaning the table beside us & overheard & took the initiative to come back & help me while the rest of the employees were playing with another employees puppy which is super unsanitary. Then all of a sudden another employee brought a flat screen. There was too much going on & I can tell a lot of them don’t take their jobs seriously. While they were all playing w this puppy the garbage was overflowing. The girl that was rude was asked to clean it & didn’t instead she was looking for Wilmar so he can clean it. As for Wilmer thank you for the assistance and being attentive. Someone promote that man & give him a raise.

The attention to detail and customer service her exceeded my expectations. Chick fil A is known for their good service to customers but I have to admit the way we were treated was beyond standard. Food was quick and service was efficient. There was a lady in gray shirt that was going the extra mile and making sure everything was going smoothly, and sure it was. What a great experience I had here, I genuinely hope it stays as efficient as it currently is.

I've been to numerous fast food restaurants around the country, never before have I had the opportunity to place my order before getting to the cash register. This was great because the queue was VERY long! My order was ready quickly! I also noticed an staff member assisting a dine-in guest with their trash after they were done eating,but still sitting there. A very nice staff member helped me get some napkins. I didn't want to get up and lose my seat. Place was very busy. I've never seen better service at a fast food place. Keep it up! Thank you, I'm really grateful and appreciative. (99.9% of fast food places pretty much ignore you once you get your food. This place is very different. It's nice!)

On our last trip to Miami my daughter hounded me non-stop for 2 days about Chick-fil-A. I decided to finally give in... I wasn't disappointed! Giving a belated thank you to this location for being our home away from home for the month we were in Miami while our baby girl healed up at Jackson Memorial NICU. We were so impressed with the staff, the location and the service that we can’t express our gratitude enough! We came for breakfast, lunch and dinner as often as we could - a quick walk from the Ronald Mcdonald house or the hospital. I’ll never forget the one night that we came in and that was the first night of the game night - it was such a nice break for us and I wished our local Chick-fil-a would do this! It was our final dinner before we brought our girl home and I hope we can bring her to this location one day.

Very unorganized. Lots of employees but the orders take too long. I know the location is new. But they need training urgently. They don’t verify the order. Always missing something. The parking situation for Chick-fil-A feels like taking a gamble on your life. This location is on the corner of a very busy intersection. The fact that the only parking available is street parking, you have to gamble your life crossing the street. You will have no problem if you live on-site. Service is extremely fast and most often I get my order without any mishaps. If you have time, take your food and eat right next to the river. It’s a lovely view of the Miami River.

By far the worst experience I've ever had customer service wise. Absolutely disgusting. Just left the location after speaking with the manager. Had two full fake lash strips with glue at the bottom of my fries. As if someone left them there purposefully or to make patrons get sick. I feel sick. A lot of professionals from nearby hospitals come here and to provide this kind of filth is unacceptable. Spoke to the manager who said they’ll check cameras but we will see if there is any follow up. Like what can you do besides get a refund? This just breaks consumer trust. They continue to take the money of hard working people and provide garbage and dishonesty in return.

Location can be hit or miss depending on what time and day that you go into the restaurant. Sometimes the wait time can be more than 30 minutes as they are not able to handle the influx of people that come into the location on a daily basis. Staff shortages in morning or lunch time makes it hard to come in and out quickly sometimes. I will go to the location by the Health District as the wait is less and they move the clients in that location faster for the size of the restaurant.

This is a great spot to hang out after a long day (not too long, of course!) Being that it's a new locale, it does tend to get packed, and while it may *look* crowded, their friendly staff will actually come to you if need be. So please, if you come here, be nice, be courteous, but above all, behave. It's Chic Fil A - what more should be said? The food is great, the service is quick and organized, and the location is fine. Just heed the lines, and you'll be fine.

I ordered through Uber eats, I ordered the chicken sandwich meal with a frosted coffee. I also asked for 2 honey mustards, and I never received the honey mustard. The chicken sandwich doesn't taste right without the honey mustard sauce. I will never order from this location again. NOT HAPPY!

I’m not exactly sure about how legit these reviews are! I’ve been at this Location several times and the place is consistently a disaster. I think the last time I was there I waited over a half hour for a salad. There also had to be OVER ten delivery people waiting on a line to pick up a mobile order with no orders ready. That says a lot there! I avoid this place end of story. If you don’t believe me stop by there sometime.

Usually dine in and/or pick up. The line can get crazy long so do expect to wait if you go during peak hours. I usually just order on the chick fil-a app to avoid the long lines. Staff is friendly and attentive. If there is an issue it is quickly resolved.

I asked for ketchup, mayo and regular mustard. I get honey mustard and mayo. The lettuce was old and part brown. The pickles tasted old. Also found this little bug inside my lemonade. The lady behind the counter was rude, but the people who took my order was nice. Sadly to say, I will not be going there ever again.

If chick-fil-a has a flagship store definitely is that one. With a great crew that keep everything clean and make the service very efficient, you can have a great fresh meal in such adorable tables that counts with flowers on it!

LOVE this CFA! It's right on the end and has easy access. We made a mobile app order which was easy and quick. So glad we have this new CFA so conveniently located. Food was delicious, but the best part is always the service. Loved talking to the new owner. Looking forward to my next visit!

Now I love Chick-fil-A this location is very busy and nowhere to park outside to grab a quick meal. But they do have a garage where you can park. My food came out very quickly I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal it was hot and fresh.

are the rumors on social media true that when im paying extra for large fries that its just the size medium amount of fries in a large container lol. All jokes aside no fries were lost or at the bottom of the bag as Id imagine but next time I will make sure to only get medium.

Oh My Gosh, THE MARKET SALAD How is it possible that I have come to CF for so many years and not discovered this yummy gem! Sitting here, eating lunch, skipping Jury duty enjoying the above and beyond service and my market salad from chick-Fill-A!

I'm aware it's impossible to please 'm all, but it's serious when you aren't embarrassed of lying to the whole wide city that delivery takes 30 minutes (more or less) and you show up 3 hours later or just never.

Try to order online at least 20 minutes in advance, especially for breakfast. The wait time will be long if you order in person. Food was good.
