Went in with the family after going to ikea just trying to have the same great experience I always have. I went and ordered (didn’t get my receipt) while the family got our table. So far so good. Waiting on our order it’s obviously busy so I wait. Another 20 minutes as I wait patiently making sure to make eye contact when people are delivering trays and having my color container on the table. I am a patient person and showed 0 sign of anger towards the staff since they were busy working on drive thru orders. I go up and ask about my order I explain that I ordered #1,#2 deluxe, and #3 12 piece , and 2 sides of fries (since my two youngest will only eat the frys). They say they will bring it to me. I get my sandwiches for combos but no fries. I go up and ask for my Frys they give me two more and I went back up to ask for the last (5 fries total- 1 for each combo and 2 sides) the person bagging the order comes to talk to me personally and asks me to explain my order. I told her I was never given a receipt and she rolls her eyes at me insinuating that I am lying about my order since I don’t have my receipt. It is now 1 hour that I have been in this location without eating. I sit down to eat and my kids are already irate at the wait that we have endured and I can’t calm them down. I have to leave and take all of my food to go. I have never ever had this issue in the past and we love this location. It is obvious that we were neglected or overlooked and that is ok, but the simple fact that I was treated as if I was trying to swindle food out of them because the messed up my order and making an already horrible experience even worse was no fun at all. It’s clear that the focus and model is more focused on drive thru at this location so be weary and make sure to check on your order if you wait more than 10-15 minutes just to be safe and save yourself from having to go through with an hour wait.

Overall we like this location. It’s close to home, operates well, and quickly deals with issues in a professional manner. We live less than 10 minutes away and get lunch here regularly. Today was a not a good visit, but after a short call with the manager we have no doubt the issue will get rectified. Our fries did not seem fresh and were half full for a large… which is a waste of money if the cup only gets half full. The manager said the fries have a tendency to deflate, and we haven’t had that issue before between us placing the order and then getting home to eat. And for 2 orders of fries? Just out of the ordinary since we regularly order from here. The added picture was how the fries were taken out of the bag. We had not consumed any by the time this picture was taken and my boyfriend’s Fry cup looked the same.. half full for a large. The manager was nice, listened to my complaint, and offered free fries on our next order. We do appreciate it. Im sure we will be back within the next 5 days and we hope the visit will be back up to the expectation this location has set.

I didn't dine here I was there helping a dear friend....she had an unfortunate untimely female situation that we have found ourselves in, unfortunately. The staff we dealt with could not have possibly been MORE understanding or compassionate...sweet as can be....and to add insult to injury I asked for a free cup of ice water before I left to see what they would do?? As expected....I was served my cup of water with a big smile...I have to tell u I've worked in Customer service for over 20 years I've seen n heard in all...even though the staff is super young here during the day as u would expect....their workers are really top notch....I'm from NY I did t k ow a out Chick-fil-A when I came here but with this stores employees constantly winning me over...I'm turning into regular...I also REGULARLY BRAG on these employees....I wanna tea h people to not judge a book by its cover....the niceness u show a seemingly homeless stranger has a strange way of finding u again....A++++ to all of these employees across the board...I highly recommend not only this brand but also this particular store for many reasons. ❤

This was the worst experience ever at a Chick-fil-A. The little girl taking our order said something smart and rude under her breath and she thought we didn't hear her but we did. I am not from NC and was there visiting my sister. I ordered chicken tenders not knowing in NC they only have spicy ones. When she called the order back, I told her I didn't order spicy. My sister was telling me that's how they come in NC. I was telling my Sister that we can get the non spicy one in SC. The little girl whispers under her breath well you are nit in SC as if I couldn't hear her. I told her I know where I am. She said oh sorry. I said thank you I don't want anything have a nice day. How rude of her to say that to a customer instead of trying to see if there was something else I wanted since I can't have spicy food. She needs more training on her customer service and next time she needs to keep her thoughts to her self. Especially if no one is speaking to her. Do better Chick-fil-A

This Chick-Fil-A has the worst service I have ever seen. I placed a mobile order for 2 chicken biscuits through their app for pickup. Drove to the restaurant and then proceeded to wait in the drive thru line as the app directed me to and nearly 15 minutes later I finally had someone come ask for my order. I showed them my phone and said I had ordered via mobile. They then proceeded to tell me “It is 6 minutes after breakfast so we can no longer fulfill your order”. I explained I had been here 10 minutes before 10:30. He then told me “well yes but we run out of biscuits at 10:30, we only make enough biscuits to last until 10:30.” So what he is telling me is that they know exactly how many biscuits they will sell every single day? I have never had such horrible service at this location and I have been eating here 2-3x a week for the last 7 years.

We love Chick Fil A, but this location is probably the one we always had a bad experience, and no one really cares. Ordered Milkshake and Ice Dream Cone in Mobile App. Waited in the drive-thru until someone came up and said “I think we are not making milkshake”, she left and talked to another person, came back and said the next person will take care of me, waited a long time again in the car, got to the other person just for her to tell us, no more milkshake and I will just get a refund but I have to go to the window to get it. Whattt??? The line is still long to go to the window. She called in the manager and they told her, they cant do anything. Oh well that just a lot of my time wasted in line for nothing. My husband has ordered lunch for me on two separate occasions within a week. The first time they forgot the sauce and ice cream. Now the second time they forgot the sauce. It may seem like a small thing but I’ve been eating Chik-fil-A for years and I refuse to eat dry nuggets. What’s the point of sauce if when you ask for it you don’t receive. My only comment is do better because at this point I have food in front of me and my appetite has quickly went away. Not to mention no one has time to drive back and get a sauce that your employee failed to put in the bag. So how about not so much my pleasure but let me repeat everything you ordered. Even with long lines and lots of customers this location seems to be able to serve you quickly. UPDATE: 2020. Service quality has declined quite a bit. Over the past year I've had multiple instances of my order being wrong. Mistakes happen, but for it to happen as often as it has to me tells me and others that management/training needs to improve. The last incident was on 7/4. I sent the information to customer service on the restaurant app because no one answered when I called a few times that same day. I heard from the CSR stating the information was sent to the manager of the restaurant. It's been 2 weeks with no contact from the restaurant yet. I don't plan to return for a while if ever. There are too many options with quality service and food to keep going to the one that gets it wrong. Do better please.

Manager Luis was very rude and not customer service friendly. I asked for my food to be made over after employee left the counter with the food gave the bag to the wrong person then she tried to give the bag to me after switching food into a new bag. I felt that was very unsanitary especially after once food is placed in someone’s hands I thought it was policy to not take it back for sanitation purposes. Because I asked for my food to be remade over the manager Luis caught and attitude said he couldn’t do it very rudely and passively, nor did he address my concerns. Said the food is made to order but couldn’t make my order…Horrible customer service…..

What a joy it always is to consume a meal at my local Chick-Fil-A. Even though there is always enough parking, the service is so swift that you can go through the drive threw, that's always wrapped around the building, and be on your way in four minutes tops. Whoever did the customer service training for Chick-Fil-A, Publix, and Harris Teeter, needs to branch out to other restaurant chains and retailers, because these locations have employees with the best manners anywhere in the country.

If you go to this location don’t do pick up in the morning for breakfast during the week. I ordered my food on the mobile app and waiting 30 mins. After waiting I asked how much long and they told me it would be another 20-30 mins because they had catering orders. I told them to cancel my order. By the time I got to my car and pulled out the parking lot. I went to the app to cancel and they had already charged my card. I tried calling back all day and no one answered. I ended up calling corporate and reporting it but seems like because the stores are independently owned they have to report and they will call me when they refund it. I have yet to receive any call or refunded money. Won’t be going to this location anymore and it’s 5 mins from my house. ‍♀️

My husband and I always come here to eat breakfast on a Saturday morning. The food is good, the service is fast, and the employees are always kind. Unfortunately, there was a employee this morning that was very rude who obviously didn't even want to be there. She constantly rolled her eyes and treated us like we shouldn't have even came. We didn't get her name but she was an African American girl who took our orders and credit card outside before we got our receipt at a different spot. She took our card to pay and tapped it, and turns out we had to take our card out again at the receipt station to pay because she didn't use it right. We may come back to this location we may not, I just hope she gets her act together.

Absolutely amazing. I really don't know why other fast food joints haven't followed suit yet because this place is light years ahead of everyone else! No matter how long the lines are when we come here, we never wait more than 5-10 minutes max. That's even on Saturday mornings when the drive thru line is literally wrapped around the building. Today we are dining in, and not only is there a young man walking around periodically to the tables asking if anyone needs refills or sauces, another gentleman came around after breakfast ended and offered everyone a free leftover breakfast menu item! This is our favorite place to come eat, hands down. Simply amazing.

By the grace of God I arrived today around 4pm and miraculously there was no line in the drive thru. I pull up and Maleena delivered THE BEST customer service I have ever received at Chick Fil A in all my years of coming faithfully. She complimented my engagement ring and it really made my day because I just got engaged on 2/22/22. We chatted briefly about wedding planning and how stressful it is and she really helped me feel relieved and told me everything is going to work itself out. It might sound crazy but it really is the little things at CFA that make your day. Thank you to CFA and Maleena for making a stressed out bride smile

Ordered chicken biscuit meal and a burrito. Burrito was cold, they forgot my chicken biscuit. Place wasn't busy. Pretty much pulled up again after I left and threw a sandwich in a bag and gave it to me. No sympathy or not even a free brownie. Hashbrowns were cold by the time I got my sandwich. Iced vanilla coffee tasted like straight black coffee. Not what I expect from a chic fil a. Will continue to enjoy chic fil a but not at this location.

I placed an order in DoorDash and when I received my order there was nothing covering the entry hole to the lid of my drink. First red flag. Can they EVER get an order correct??? It remains a mystery to me and probably always will since I won't be back. I've ordered countless chicken deluxe sandwiches Chik-fil-A WITHOUT PICKLES. I have an allergy and can't eat them. They have never failed, not ONCE, to either mix up the sandwiches in my order so that I bite into a pickled sandwich even though the container was marked NO PICKLES, or just outright forgetting. This Chik-fil-A was the last one at which I'll ever order a sandwich. Thanks for almost killing me a dozen times Chik-fil-A! Good times.

This location was ok till last time I stopped by. After waiting in line forever, almost at the window to pick up my food, employees messed up and gave my order to a car in front of me, after realizing they messed up they got the food back and tried giving it to me.. I asked them if it was the same bag that was in the other car, they said “they it was remade”.. I don’t think it takes less than 2 min to remake a meal, if it does, why are we in line forever?! And what is the point of the plastic bins they us when your food travels from one car to another…

I usually do not have any problems with Chick Fil A, but today was a little slow, like 20 min slow from the time I pulled in until I received my order. I didn't lose my temper because I know how short staffed everyone is these days and really there was no reason too, but what was very unexpected and I was very grateful was that they made sure my food was hot and they reimbursed my money. I just want to say thank you to all the chick fil a establishment's you guys are really the kindest people and thank you for all you do for us hungry people.

Use to be my favorite chick fil a. The staff is usually but when my order was incorrect the girl in the light blue shirt said that I could come back to retrieve my order. She Never said there was a time limit on when I should come back. Came back 10 days later and she said oh its been more than 7 days. Sorry but fast food is a privilege and we don't eat it every week! This location was great at the start of the pandemic. They have since gone down hill. Mobile ordering for curbside was much quicker and safer. Now the drive through is faster, but you have to interact with at least 4 people to do that: order taker, other confirmer, receipt person and finally the deliverer. It's insane cars left and right of me come and go with their order ahead of me when I arrived before them. It's also insane that it takes contact with four people just to take your order. University locations don't do this.

Great staff, fast service, and good food. Taking off two stars because they fired me for voicing my opinion about a sister restaurant (that wasn't operated by the operator of Albemarle Rd) pushing through a rezoning variance in a Transit Oriented Development site. My wife was six months pregnant at the time and I had to go home and break the news to her. If you're okay with that, please enjoy eating here and do be nice to the staff, they are sweet kids trying their hardest.

Very polite as always. Food was fresh. I got the egg whites, without cheese and chicken english muffin. They took off 30 cents for the removal of the cheese. It was hot and delicious and great value. I'd recommend. They've done a great job of speeding the service. I'll be back to this location.

I love Chick-fil-A and the customer service, but honestly this branch does not show the quality in the service. For the last couple of weeks they always forget something in the order. Today for example, I ordered two salads with very specific dressings and they forgot to give me one of the salads and the dressings I ordered. And it is not the first time I have to go back because the order was wrong.

I love the way they are with customers. Really good service, it doesn't matter if it's drive thru or inside they always give their best. I also enjoy food options, and my kids really like their nuggets.

If you like eating chicken, then you can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. Only down side is most any Chick-fil-A will have a modest wait time. But they do move people fast and efficiently. Way to go Chick-fil-A. Your aways going to be an option for good fast food. But remember CLOSED on Sundays. Which I love. Makes it all the better when you are open. Plus I'm a Christian. :)

I'm so impressed by the efficiency, speed, kindness and outright professional experience I always seem to receive from my every Chick-fil-A visit. My daughter once worked there yrs ago, and she even credits her time working there as one of her most early life work stop before becoming a successful commercial insurance broker...if I could give yall a 10 for service I would.

Other Chick-fil-A's need to take note of this Chick-fil-A! I was in and out in 5 minutes greeted by three or four employees. The food was very hot which I appreciated. They had every single item in the bag also! From now on this will be the only Chick-fil-A I go to in the immediate area! Five stars doesn't begin to cover this Chick-fil-A they're more like 10 Stars !

Chick-fil-a will always have my heart. The employees are super nice no matter how long the drive-thru line is. I frequent this location and I've never had to wait too long for my meal! Thank you for your service!

The food is delicious, service is quick and friendly! The only fast food restaurant that I don't have to check my bag accuracy. I do have to earn that at peak breakfast (6:30am - 7:30am) and lunch time (11am-12pm), the drive through wait can be quite long. Not because the employees are slow. It is due to the sheer amount of customers. This place is very popular.

Used Chik Fil-A app, (Downloaded, installed, and ordered while in line) By the time the Employee stopped me, to keep the lane free for incoming traffic, my order was complete. I parked my car, went inside, and waited MAYBE 3-4 Minutes. Easy, breezy, received my food in hurry without waiting in the line wrapped around the building. Great service, hot food!

It's a bit difficult to get in the drive through line because of all the traffic from other customers but once you're in it, they move you through quite quickly. Our food was decent, the chicken was a bit dry from being overcooked for our sandwiches. Update - still got overcooked sandwiches again but everyone was pleasant and drive through moved quickly!

The police doesn't like to share the chick Fila parking lot. Alot of undercover activities going on everytime I go to this location. But the food and service is great.

This was the dirtiest Chick-fil-A I've ever been in. The food was ok but several part of the order was wrong. Half the staff had on a mask incorrectly. Either take them off or wear them right. But mostly, it was the nasty tables, the dirty restrooms with no toilet paper, nearly no soap, and wet floors that made this experience not my pleasure.

This location is by my house and I always get great service. I had an issue with my order from yesterday. I called expecting to have to argue, spoke with a manager who was very nice and didn't even let me start going off before she just out right offered to replace it lol. They replaced it no problem and even put a cookie in the bag. 5 stars !

I’ve never been so upset with Chic Fil A in my entire life! I ordered food for my mom only for to get a salad with 5 ALIVE flies in it. This location is always very busy with a drive thru line around the building. I went inside & although busy it was rather clean & service was fast. They were properly staffed & they was a person taking care of the dining room. Once again chick fill a set the bar very high among other fast food chains in which certainly few can compete.

Just wanted to share how you can get ripped off at this location. So, normally when you order a meal it's one set price but for some reason they tend to break down your meal which would cost you a dollar more. If that would be one time thing I wouldn't make a big deal of it but it already happened to me twice, so be on look out!!!

I arrived and saw that the line was in the street, so I decided to go inside where there wasn't a wait and order my food as soon as I came inside. Surprisingly the car that was behind me when I was so far back I wasn't even in the parking lot got there order 5 min before I received mine. They only cater to the drive thru

Very fast and organized ordering and food prep. Both sides of the drive thru were open with three employees taking orders and payment. There were then two other employees providing receipts and two others outside the delivery window giving out the orders in a touch-free way. If only every business was run this well!!!

Santa cow, elf cow, and a horse drawn carriage! This was one of the best CFA events we've been to anywhere. It was well organized with hot chocolate and other crafts plus our food was ready before I even left the counter. They even had carolers and balloon animals. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this.

This was once my favorite Chick-fil-a. The staff used to be phenomenal... pleasant and fast. The decline in service and quality standards has continued. The newer staff have attitudes reminiscent of a McD's employee. I used to stop almost daily on my way home from work... I no longer stop at this location.

Man when I stepped in this place. I wonder was I in heaven. none thing but smiles and good beautiful people. Not to mention the lemonade. o my god is good indeed. Love you guys. And they all ways have the dash orders ready for pickup before you arrive.

What happened? Been going to this location for a couple of years now and have always had hot, fresh food until tonight. Such a disappointment for both myself and my husband. Sandwich buns were greasy and soggy and the french fries were cold and salty. The milkshakes were the only items we enjoyed.

Always have great experiences with Chick-Fil-A but today was the best. The kindest and sweetest staff work at this location, shout out to Franklin! Great guys and amazing service. Thank you guys so much for your amazing products and the fabulous experience! Will definitely come back more often!

The drive through is arranged horrendously. If you come in through the wrong entrance into their parking lot you can only exit again through the other entrance.

This place is pretty busy most of the time so don't stop if you are in a hurry. The staff has been trained well. Most are super courteous, patient, and accurate with my orders. I always go there after work for an ice cream cone. Some workers are more generous than others on the ice cream.

The indoor play place is open again. There’s a see through wall between the dining area and play room with only one door leading to it. You can eat in the dining room while watching your kid(s) play.

Fast service. This is 1st time I have driven thru drive-thru since COVID-19. I give them 5 stars for service and hot food. I love this fast food place. I had given up trying to eat there because of the long lines.

Got the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich combo. Was good. Service was good. I actually complement a server on her good customer service. It was busy outside drive Thur but it a nice flow today and servers wasn't pack at the food pickup area today which made it very nice

Just started a peppermint shake promotion and I’m already told, they’re out (at least last night). Might as well put a McDonalds sign out front. They never have ice cream and shakes either. This location always seems to have difficulty keeping stock levels.

Bad service . The employees where strict once I asked if I could get a extra cup for my nuggets. Also they always forget to put the chips that come with the chicken tortilla soup and I pay for that.

This morning car line was around the building, so I went inside. Ordered at 7:03a. I saw every car leave and more go through before I had my food out. It was 7:16 by the time I got my food. Looked like everyone was in slow motion….

What's not to love? Clean. Friendly. My order was exact and fast. It was delicious! Was here after the dinner rush and the tables were clean and ready for new customers. This is not always the case at other fast food restaurants.

Chik fil a isn’t the same anymore. My last 3 times they have messed up my order. 2 of those times I couldn’t go back cause I was in a hurry n this time I had to drive back for something they forgot. It’s frustrating
