Why is it that every time someone orders food and they clearly mention they don’t want spicy food you just go ahead and put for them that. This is the third time I’ve ordered and I’ve gotten spicy food after clearly mentioning that I don’t want spicy food. I clearly stated that for a reason not for fun! it’s very annoying cause I’ve spent money on something I can’t even eat. I clearly articulated myself well to the lady who was serving at the counter and I told her 3 times that I don’t want the food to be spicy. I emphasized that just for her to put down her own things on the computer. It’s either her fault or the person who packed the food and you should find out who. I made my order today(Wednesday 31st May 2023) and approved the payment through NCBA bank at 8:50pm and the amount was 750ksh and the lady who was serving me was wearing glasses. I ordered fries, coleslaw and a chicken burger, you can check in your system. This is unacceptable and bad customer service from your end!I’m so angry cause it’s not the first time and if I didn’t live far I would have brought back the food to you. Chicken in Drive Thru was crowded on this day and we decided to park instead of driving through and make use of the counter service. Here too was a queue and we had to wait for quite sometime before we could order probably due to fewer staff and being a Saturday. Their food portions were generous and prices pocket friendly. Food was delicious (yammy). We eat in the car since there was no sitting service due to compliance directives of MIN. OF HEALTH. wearing of masks was seen from both staff and customers, sanitizers, water and soap were available and distance keeping was respected. The only important thing they did not do on this day is frequently check their small room. It was reported messy by one customer that made others keep off.

I find it to be a price higher than kfc, I have no problem with that, but yet their flavours are not up to per. Meaning we need more flavorful chicken n spiced chips,,, I got spicy one but it was a total disappointment ..... you need to check on flavours that's what will keep us coming back

Wanted to pay for an order of ice-cream one Sunday in 2023. The lady handling the ice-cream till refused my 1000/- note because the ice-cream I chose cost 60/-. She said they do not have change and that I should/can pay via M-Pesa, though it was peak lunch hour and the till was full of cash. Had to pay with M-Pesa. I still don't understand how business like Creamy Inn/Chicken Inn refuses cash as if it is not legal tender in Kenya. Next time, I'll buy ice-cream where they have change in their tills. Would have rated the place 1-star, but I give it 2-stars because the ice-cream tasted okay.

Its my first time to jump into this branch of Chicken inn, unfortunately it was my worst experience among all other branches i have been visited before. I order an Omoka Na meal which is containing a 3 pieces of fried chicken and chips the chips was too oily as if it had been refried in oil or something The chicken pueces definitely not fresh i am not a fool but the chicken meat its3lf was dry and cold while the crunch from outside was very dark near burned crunch i think there must be a problem with the chicken or the kitchen appliances.

It's a chicken-focused fast food place, with a café and convenience store adjoined. The seats are comfortable, the ambience is OK, fast food style. There's indoor and outdoor seating, and their coffee's good—not connoisseur good but good. Their pastries are excellent in my opinion, and there's a decent selection. But mostly it's their fried chicken that's the attraction, as the name suggests—I haven't eaten it in years (I'm not a chicken guy) but it's obviously popular, both for dining in and takeout.

The location is strategic as it is on the road and at a petrol station. It has lots of space which is good so customers don't feel cramped. There's also a kids corner where the little ones can play and unwind. My only reservation about it was the food. The drinks were amazing. But the food wasn't all that. The fries were flat and the chicken had no flavor and the food was generally cold. They could do better on this as the food is the whole point of the establishment

Service is good, fast and the attendants are kind. It's not a good place to go if you're on a diet though . The coated chicken is sometimes too oily. Go for the grilled chicken. Parking is sometimes hard to find though. Update: 21hrs after that lunch, I'm in bed with food poisoning. It could be an isolated case coz their doors are still open. But this just dropped out of the places I'd ever eat; proceed with caution.

I don't know if u have ever been given this super special treat by anyone, if not please try chicken inn drive through along ngong road next to junction mall, the attendants there are so welcoming very happy. My goodness u get first class treat at the comfort of ur car within few minutes and the meals are ever hot very fresh and finger licking yummy. Give it a try and u won't get dissapointed!

Fast food? Try them for your chickens and chips cravings. Waiting times are manageable with and option for drive through. They have a kiddy area where you can bring your little one to play as they wait for food. Their sitting space is adequate and well laid out. You can also order for their food on apps like glovo in the event you are not in a position to pay them a visit physically.

I absolutely loved the ambience, service and food at this branch. It was my first visit and the wait time was relatively short (10 mins) and well worth it. I ordered the 2-piecer chicken with regular fries both of which were served hot, crispy and finger-licking delicious. Would definitely recommend the place if you're looking for a quick, delicious but affordable meal.

I liked the quick service with the drive inn. I expected to get a long line and wait but in under 5 minutes I was on my way with the food. What I also liked is that the drive inn has a waiting space that is covered so that when it rains, you can still get out of your car and get your order or the service waiter can get you your food without it being rained on.

Decent atmosphere but they're rather slow. Food is honestly low quality. Wouldn't recommend unless you're starving, there's nowhere else to go and you're fridge is empty.

It was great,but please be strict about cleannes of the staff when handling food,most with the cashiers area,sometimes they just move from money to food without cleaning there hands or hold the ice cream cone something that customers eat.also serving cold food,cause of it staying at the cashier area before being served.

I'm always I love with your fries and chicken. Although, this time, my chicken wasn't all dry but it still did the trick. Main issue is, there's no luggage deposit slot. We had to drop our bags on the floor. Perhaps you'd improvise hanging hooks beneath the tables or on the walls or maybe some luggage slot.

There's enough space for you and your family,not forgetting how fast the service is

Got my order does not surprise me they never do. I guess Half rotisserie chicken with out Chips means Quarter Fried chicken with Hardly cooked chips in Swalili. Go anywhere else. The coffee shop next door to right is much better And Kennedy Actually can listen Code Name White Tiger

Perfect for quick meals on the road or eat -in, great menu selections, only fast food around open 24/7, affordable meals that won't leave you hungry, secure parking, great for kids too with play room & clean eating area. Downside is there is only one small bathroom cubicle and you may have to wait.

I ordered fried chicken and chips via Uber eats and had a horrible experience. The chicken was raw, I could still smell the raw meat and water ran out of it when I cut it. I had to throw the whole thing away. This could pose a serious health issue to unsuspecting customers.

EXTREMELY slow!Spent a lot of time and money in terms of fuel used while waiting in line for only 2 customers ahead of me. This is the 3rd time and never again. Seriously don't recommend this drive through

My first time to try Chicken Inn. I liked the big fries (chips) and the chicken was not bad although it could have done with a bit more spice. If possible it would be nice if they could add a buzzer or sign when ordering so you know when your food is ready.

New drive thru in Nairobi, very convenient for ordering on the move in case you are in a hurry you have an emergency, the workers are very patient and helpful and the order is fast for collection so there's no queue on the driveway. Have a happy meal.

I love the serene environment and the music played. The only problem I got they take a little to long to serve. It's a drive through so atleast they should work on their time. It also serves 24/7. But all the same I give it a 5 star.

Really terrible service, my chicken burger bun fell apart before I even took a bite, the burger itself smelled of off cheese, the fries were soggy and of course the customer service number doesn't work. Insulting, greedy, pathetic.

There was an evening , there was heavy downpour. Vehicles weren't moving. I got out of my cab and sheltered here for about 3 hrs, together with others who were in the same predicament. The small bites are my favorite indulgence.

Fast and efficient service, right next to the Junction Mall. Convenience lies in their 24/7 operation, which is very appreciated. Small tiff: No power sockets, so don't expect to camp here for hours with portable electronics.

I'm on the drive thru and it's not moving reason they are serving a whole van of like 15 people. Took like 20 minutes, if not more, to get food. It's a drive through not parking. I think for such use the restaurant counter

Their spicy chicken is absolutely amazing. Right now they have an offer for 8piecer bucket and fries and 1.25l soda and I loved it. Try it. Also the staff was really friendly and made sure me and my wife were comfortable

There are delays in service delivery and they didn't listen to the customers...so exchange if meals. The portion for chips is wanting for the amount paid

This place is ideal for both kids (It has a kids zone that has pudding on the walls and floor.) and grown ups. Also after a late night of drinking, you can make a stopover. The place is open 24 Hrs.

The place is superb. The outside sitting area is a plus save for the smell of fuel from the nearby petrol service station. I would've rated five stars except that their WiFi never seems to work.

Waited at the drive thru window which was unattended for 15 minutes before someone came to take the order. No apology was given by the sales person who finally came to the window.

That's definitely a to go place. After placing your order, waiting time is quiet short and the staff are also friendly. The chicken and fries are finger licking good.

The cashier was not friendly at all. And they were also very reluctant to provide more ketchup. Otherwise the place is very clean and the best part is that it's 24/7.

Chicken inn at the Junction is a good weekend hang out place especially on Sunday afternoon. Has a nice space inside for children to play. Parking space is big.

First service which I liked. The attendants are friendly and effecient. Menus could be displayed better and waiting time can be shortened for ease of ordering.

The chicken here is delicious and mouth watering... Try out the spicy one, and on a sunny day, cool yourself with a cold milkshakes of various flavours...
