I have always enjoyed shopping at "my" Chico's at the Jacksonville Town Center (although it's about 40 miles from my home), but this last week it became even more special to me. I lost a very expensive watch last Tuesday that I believed happened at the store, but I didn't realize it was gone until I left. When I returned a few minutes later, it had not been turned in and we searched to no avail. I left my name and phone number, but wasn't feeling hopeful. When I got home, there was a phone call that it had been found. I would like to thank the amazing employees for their concern and honesty, and keeping it safe for me until I returned the next day. I apologize that I can't remember all their names to express my thanks individually, except for Maria, who handed it to me when I returned. You are all amazing and have my heartfelt thanks!

My wife Julie ordered a new jacket on line after receiving the new Fall Catalog. When she received the Petite Jacket it did not fit properly. I called Chico’s at St Johns Town Center in Jacksonville and was fortunate to have Jean take the call. Although she was juggling multiple in-store customers she addressed the problem, found another Jacket in another location, processed the sale and gave me instructions to handle the return at her showroom. Jean – you Rock. Julie received the new jacket in days and the fit was perfect. I appreciate you.

Never thought much of this store, until I actually went in to shop. So many cute styles and great sale prices too. I found myself loving a store, that previously I never even considered! The staff here is wonderful and so helpful!!

I shop Chico's a lot but I feel like sometimes the staff treat you according to ethnicity background and overlook you when you enter the store.
