Worst Chili’s in DFW due to the manager, Barbara. Our server accidentally put in the wrong queso when we ordered white spinach queso, as he was only 4 days out of training. Our server was also being forced to serve 7-8 tables at any given time of 4-9 people each. We never have a problem with a mistake, but tonight Barbara came to our table 3 times with the wrong queso. After the third time she put the white spinach queso toppings in the yellow queso and informed us that they only had one type of queso, the yellow queso. Then she proceeded to serve the table behind us white spinach queso with white queso, after she had just told us until she was blue in the face that we were wrong and they didn’t have white queso. We go to Chilis in Watagua and Roanoke 2-3 times a week and know the menu very well. The most disappointing part is after she served the white spinach queso she came back to our table and again told us there was only one queso and then yelled at us to “never come back to my chilis” in front of all the customers and our 3 small children. We have NEVER encountered such horrible service from a “general manager”. We never complain or have had any issues with other Chili’s in the past. We are big tippers and always give great ratings on the surveys. On a more positive note, our server, Philip, was absolutely fantastic and the food runner, Antwon, was amazing as well! Both extremely kind, knowledgeable and hard workers! They both knew and told/ showed us they had white queso… not yellow spinach queso. Someone from corporate needs to take a serious look at this “general manager”, Barbara, and investigate how she is treating customers and employees, along with how she is lying to customers and taking short cuts. She lost her temper in the middle of the restaurant when we were being calm. Barbara just didn’t want to own her mistakes or give us the correct queso.

When I was growing up Chili's seemed to be a family friendly place to go, we did frequent this Alliance location many times until the very bad management experience occured. The manager did not allow us to pay for our visit because the review is seen by the team, makes sense, with what happened next. Management and corporate play a huge role in the atmosphere of a business, this is the worst Chili's in DFW. The manager of the location at the time of our visit made a bad decision to pick and choose between the employee and customer and he made false accusations toward the client. The customers always right within reason. Even when the matter escalated to corporate the corporate person profiled a professional person as he deemed fit. He was informed the accusations were false and never happened, but due to his stubborn attitude Chili's lost a client forever, this is so unfortunate. Attention should be paid to the hiring process of management in all areas of Chili's I say this as (Manager to Manager) Integrity is very important in this position of management. This is a bad way to do business and we will never go to Chili's or any affiliated Chili's restaurant again. No apologies have ever been made from Chili's to us this is also very sad.

Odered food in the bar area .. food came but looked like it had been sitting in the back for awhile .. had to to wait 8 min for the waiter came around again who really never did the bus boy helped us get some hot sauce but by then my food was cold and i still had to wait another 5 min for the waiter to come back again to order more dipping sauce. At this point, I was really disappointed in the customer service. My food was cold. I was not happy so I asked to speak to a manager the manager never came to the table after waiting another 10 min . So I got up and went to the front like I was leaving stood at the front I saw the manager wipping tables. I asked if he was the manager and he said yes then I told him my situation he looked at me like I was crazy, I told him I'm not used to eating at restaurants like this with terrible customer service, and he proceeded to give us a discount on our food. I appreciate it, but it was a little too late. Therefore here is my 1 star review.

We only ordered Chilis for delivery so we could enjoy Saturday night at home. We have chicken crispers in the freezer, but we love chilis honey mustard sauce-it’s our favorite, so we chose to spend the ungodly amount it now costs for delivery fees, service fees, etc. The to-go server, Michaela, checked off everything on our receipt AND highlighted each individual item, as though it was double checked. This must be a formality (check marks & highlights) because the items definitely were not checked to be in the bag. No honey mustard . So disappointing. Since this wasn’t the first time this check mark & highlight method has failed us, we decided to call. The receipt says “Assembled By:” and was signed by “Michaela” so maybe she just needed some extra training or “another set of eyes”. No refunds were given or any offer of concession for the lack of diligence when we called. We will think twice about ordering from this location again.

If you look at my reviews I have over a 100+ ️ s across the united states'. And this one restaurant was horrible! Asked for a beer and 5he girl was unable to pour a proper draught. And when I asked for a Corona the bartender informed me the keg was out, but the manager informed me that they just got a delivery and that she would fix it..... Later the Corona was still out and wasn't worth the acknowledgement that she was wrong. Would not recommend because the management is horrible. Yes pic of management partner included. Not to mention the hole in the wall or the cat living in the drain outside. After the management made me feel invalid as a customer I left. Why would I spend any more money in a place as disrespectful as that!!! So I looked and saw more issues on the outside including safety issues with lights out and even a cat, squirrel or skunk living in the drain...

We were pleasantly surprised by our last visit. Our server was Gage; he was a great guy, very polite and attentive. Between the 4 of us, we had a variety of things, but we started off with fried pickles - yumm!! They are decently cut, and when fried, they still maintain their plumpness, so tou aren't eating a withered pickle with too much breading. My husband tried the enchilada soup for the first time and had an appetizer platter, which he enjoyed. I myself had the buffalo chicken sandwhich, and it was great! Nice juicy chicken, not overly breaded with just the right amount of sauce. My youngest has Kraft mac n cheese, soo she can't really complain if she tried because that's what she wanted. And lastly, my oldest had the bacon rach quesadilla- he Chili's go to, and she was also pleased. Overall, it was a tasty meal with fantastic service after a long day, thank you.

Arrived at 6:45ish, we’re seated immediately, ordered drinks, chips and salsa, looked over the menu for about 5-7 minutes and then ordered. Our order was a triple dipper (as entree) and a bbq brisket burger medium well. Waited about 30 minutes, were told the burger had been over cooked and was remade, but would be out shortly. We wait some more. The table behind us, who were seated about 20 minutes after us, then receives their food. We flag down a manager, explain that we’ve now been waiting almost 45 minutes for our order and nothing. A few moments later the burger (still over cooked) and triple dipper (which has been dying in the expo window and is now cold) are delivered to the table. How is this acceptable service?

Food was great. Our server was amazing! The cooks and servers deserve 5 stars...but....I went to change the baby before we left and the changing table was broken, no sign saying so. It looks fine when you open the door, but it drops all the way open. Had I not been paying close attention, the baby would have dropped to the floor. I mentioned it to the manager, he said 'Yeah, someone sat on it and broke it." When I said there should be a sign, his response 'Well there was this morning.' No care at all the a baby could have fallen and been seriously injured.

My family came in after church yesterday and had the most amazing time. Stephanie was our server and she was, hands down, the best we've had in a very long time. She needs to be promoted or something to head of customer service because she was on top of everything. I didn't catch his name but there was a young man who was also working at the time and he was also very friendly. He kept stopping by our table to chat with my 1 year old son and taught him how to fistbump and for the rest of the day, my kid was giving everyone fistbumps. He even gave me one before bed last night. Other restaurants needs to take note because you guys are doing something right. Awesome food and awesome workers. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for the great time.

Went for lunch with the family. Was moderately busy. I ordered my kids good first like I always do. It didn't come out until all other food was ready. I ordered a lunch special with the starter salad as Caesar and a half of the chicken bacon avocado sandwich. I never received my salad, then they bring out a quesadilla not a sandwich. So I am left sitting empty plated while they make the sandwich I ordered. Never was I offered or brought my starter salad (after reminding them) while I sat and waited the rest of the table finished their food. When I did get my sandwich this was all the avocado I got on my sandwich but I guess it still makes it a chicken avocado sandwich. Also the to go box is the Cesar salad I finally received.

I come to this chillis because it's the closest to my house. I hate to complain about Chillis because I worked at one for years . This one is always a disappointment. This time, my husband and I were there celebrating his citizenship, we have a 2 year old so that's why we don't go fancy !! Anyways....basically all of the food came out cold . Nothing tasted good or fresh . I've had chillis hundreds of times, and every time we go here, it's disappointing! The customer service is decent tho and management comped off items , but still, we were celebrating and left in an upset mood !!

We sat for 45 min waiting on our food. Our waitress got us our drinks quickly but didn’t check in with us through the entire 45 min. We got our appetizers (Caesar) without any silverware and didn’t come again. Continued waiting for our food for her to come back finally saying she didn’t put the order in at all. Spent nearly an hour here and decided we would just leave. There were hardly any customers in the restaurant and she was too busy eating her own meal on the side to care for the few guests she did have. Additionally after the 45 min she brought us food we didn’t order, unsure of which of the 3 tables she had that the food belonged to.

January 2022, during the covid outbreak, we wanted to get out for a bite to eat. Our first stop had an hour and a half wait. At this Chili’s, we sat at a table in the bar, within 5 minutes of walking in. One of the servers overheard us talking, stopped what he was doing, offered to clean a table and and invited us in. Kevin was our server and he was courteous and efficient. He was even very nice when I ordered my keto substitutes. Chilis is like an old friend, nothing super unique, but always kind and comfortable. Have only been to this location a few times ever, but the last visit wasn’t great. 4 adults/4 kids, nothing complicated at all, but we waited too long for everything. Restaurant seemed under-staffed and our waitress seemed like she was in the weeds. Restaurant wasn’t even half full. My food in particular (Cajun Shrimp Pasta) came out almost cold. We only picked this location for convenience of meeting out-of-town guests on I35 and won’t return otherwise.

Wife and I stopped in for a quick lunch before a movie at the theater across the parking lot. We sat at the bar, ordered margaritas and shared a couple appetizers. I hate that I can't remember her name, but the bartender was great. Food and drinks were great (not many places beat Chili's salsa, if any). About 12 minutes after we were seated, we wondered if the hostess had failed to tell our server that we’d been seated. The restaurant was not busy. When our server finally came by, we asked if the hostess had let her know we were there. She said that she did, but she was busy with another table. There were literally two tables in her section that were occupied. No apology—only attitude. Also, the broccoli casserole was 50% some kind of powdery cracker substance. Deeply disappointed. Came in last night with my family and had a terrible experience with our waiter. It seems there might have been a technical issue with their checkout machines, but it took nearly 15 minutes for us to receive our bill and our waiter seemed very frazzled and neurotic. Absolutely disgusting. Walked in and saw trash everywhere. Little gnats and fruit flies all over the table. We were given menus with salsa stains on them and so sticky. They definitely hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Both of our drinks had little black specks floating in them, and I looked at my mug and saw mold all over the inside and outside. Gross. We decided at this point to leave, and our server seemed slightly confused on why we didn’t want to eat the appetizer she was bringing us lol. I will absolutely never again eat at a Chili’s.

Would like more options for salad dressings. I am gluten and dairy intollerant. Ran to a Tom Thumb for a dressing of my choise while they made our food. Our waitress was super accommodating! Chili's is always a respectable place to go!

Food came out quickly. Service was okay. Not sure if he was new or maybe just saw 1 adult and 2 kids and assumed i wouldn't tip fairly for his time. Was here a couple of weeks ago and the server was rude. It was happy hour but only if we sat at the bar. The food was ok until my wife took a bite of her burger and pulled out a hair. The Alliance Town Center location is awesome. All employees have great Customer Service skills from the front greeter all the way to the crew that cleans up the tables and that is greatly appreciated. Now the food like always it's awesome. If you have a huge appetite I highly recomend The Boss Burguer, great combination of flavors, my wife recomends the Caribean Salad and my children recomend the Chilis Chili Burger and the Just Bacon Burger. Ohhh and before I forget try the Loaded Baked Potato Soup, you will not regret it.

Service was 10/10. I stopped by beciase i saw an ad about 3 for me deal and had to try it. The Chicken sandwhich was great as well as the Chips and Salsa. Our server Alex was great! Definitely a great place if your on a budget and want all the nostalgic american feels. I will definitely be back to this location.

Went on a Saturday evening so they were extremely busy. The hostess did a good job quoting wait times. Once seated, our waiter was quick and attentive. We ordered margaritas and they came out very quickly for how busy they were. We ordered off the $10 meals as the burgers we were going to get were $10.69 anyway. Why not get a soup or salad for free?! With the meal you can also add a presidente margarita for only $5.

Next time I'll sit with my back to the wall, so nobody is behind me. Lesson learned. Anyway, I had the lunch fajitas and they were honestly delicious. Not like a real Mexican restaurant, but super tasty and juicy. Some places cook the meat to a sizzling crunch. Not here. They do need to invest in some tortilla serving containers instead of the rolled up foil.

I ordered online it said to show up between 6:35 and 6:40. I parked and checked in. No one ever came out. At 6:55 I go inside and the two employees are standing there laughing doing nothing. I turn around and my order is sitting on the shelf. It had been there the whole time. I could see the bags from my car. I take it and leave. The food was cold and nasty.

Great place for a quick meal. FYI - Hamburgers were large, seem handmade (very minimal fillers if any!), and cooked perfectly so that they were softer than they looked and remained quite juicy.

I expected my meal and margarita to be neglected or at least thrown together with no real care, mainly because I was the last order for the night, and I was late picking it up (10 minutes before closing), HOWEVER, I was very wrong, food was great, hot, and my honey chipotle tenders were extra saucy, 6/5 in my opinion. The only place in Alliance that didn't have a long wait and the reason was very obvious because service was horrendous and the food was atrocious and the manager made no attempt to make things right. Waffles were pure sugar and grainy and not fluffy whatsoever, absolutely disgusting!

I order dinner from curbiside and the good thing was the food was hot and ready right on time. The problem was that my order was wrong. I ordered a Caesar salad and I was given ranch dressing, and I was also missing one of the sides to my entree. More

Good food for great prices. It does need to be cleaned up a little bit because the tables, chairs and menus were kind of dirty. It also seemed like they were low on staff on our recent visit. The staffs are always friendly.

This is the second time we’ve had issues with the doneness of steak at this Chili’s. This time we weren’t in the restaurant and couldn’t send it back. We love Chili’s but we will never eat at this one again.

Great Service. We love to sit in the bar area when we go for dinner. It is a completely different atmosphere. We don't get drinks as they have not been all that great, but we just LOVE the food & service.

We came here to have dinner with some friends and we spent 2 1/2hrs at our table. The waitress was attentive, fast, and friendly. We will be back again with our family to this location

Service was slow to start but once we ordered our food it arrived in a reasonable time. Waitress was very friendly. Food overall was good however my broccoli was a little bitter.

The server at the bar area was more concerned about his girlfriend that was sitting near us. The food was room temperature by the time it was delivered to our table.
