For weeks now, my boyfriend and I have been going to the chill bros in soho (and love it), so we were super excited to try this one. However, we were really let down due to the horrendous service. The girl who served us was giving major attitude and just truly seemed miserable to be in our presence. My boyfriend wanted two scoops, but 4 flavors, (which is something the chill bros in soho happily does for him), but she wasn’t listening I guess? To be honest I couldn’t tell you what she was thinking, but after he said the second flavor, she threw in the cone piece and decided to give him the ice cream before he was done with his order. Then, when I was going to order, she turned around and took the order for the person behind us… she eventually took my order, but that was incredibly rude. When it was time to pay, she didn’t even ask if we were together or separate, she just did it without saying anything. I understand that she could be quiet, but she was just flat out rude and does not know how to properly serve people with kindness. I’m giving two stars because the ice cream deserves more than 1 star, but the service was a -5 in my book. We were so disappointed and it ruined the experience :(

First time stopping at a Chill Bros, and wowwww bro- this is the place! There are a million and one ice cream shops theses days so I feel it’s hard to be impressed by one anymore, but Chill Bros did the job. I had stopped at Yura Vine next door and they recommended a stop here, so I looked no further. The shop has a pretty cool aesthetic, it feels very retro and fun. They also have a lot of unique flavors compared to the typical ice cream offered in a shop. So, I had to try the guava pastelito ice cream. This baby has literal guava paste and pastelito pastry blended right into it, and it is just marvelous. I don’t make statements like this lightly but it’s probably one of my favorite ice creams I’ve tried to date. Yeah, that good bro. I’d drive the hour drive from where I live just to have that ice cream again. I know there are a couple locations of Chill Bros, so I definitely recommend to try one out of you are ever near one! I mean it bro, and get the guava flavor!

Ice cream was delish but the customer service is questionable. the girl scooping the ice cream did not look like she wanted to be there. we came at 9:20, we know they close at 9:30. My boyfriend and his friend were eating their ice cream first while i was finishing my order and the cashier goes, if you guys want to hang out and eat that’s fine but we close soon so you guys can sit outside. yea lady they’re waiting for me. just rude. they’re closed, we’re sitting outside. and two customers that got ice cream wanted to throw their trash away. the two girls inside gave them faces and one walked over to the trash can and tried to see what was in the trash can. i’m pretty sure ur owners wouldn’t mind one bowl for the openers the next day.

The cream is always great at every location but unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to say the same for the customer service. Just left the shop at water street (7/22 at 9:00 PM) and a young lady was on her phone with a line near the door. Her coworker got her attention to help the customers and she looked at her and smirked and looked back down at her phone and kept texting. Once she was done she rolled her eyes and started to organize the cups and her coworkers had to stop making waffles and help me and my nephew. I was hesitant to leave a review because I absolutely love the brand and concept but this is incredible disappointing.

Great ice cream! Guava is a favorite. Will be back. Here's some friendly suggestions for improvement: - It's nice that they ask if you want the waffle piece on your ice cream (for people avoiding gluten). However, when we said no, they still put it on seconds later. Perhaps they didn't hear us right or just went on autopilot haha! - Add GF labels to the ice cream flavors on the wall, not just next to the ice cream. This helps when you're in line. Also, add GF labels on the website. - Add a water fountain with cups like other Chill Bros locations.

My experience at Chill Bros left me quite disappointed and frustrated. I arrived just 10 minutes before closing and kindly requested a chocolate shake, which happens to be my favorite. The worker's initial response was dismissive, stating they were closing and the machine was off. When I mentioned they had 10 more minutes of operating time and the shake was on the menu, their attitude turned rude. To make matters worse, they insisted the machine was broken and denied my request to speak to the team lead. The staff's demeanor was far from welcoming or accommodating.

Enjoyed every bite of a Passion fruit non dairy serving on a waffle cone. Real fruit notes all the way through. I'd like to congratulate a very young crew helping on a late Saturday night whose service was outstanding. Your service is definitely exemplary when one compares with other businesses these days. The vibrant cool palette of Chill Bros interior and its architectural simple lines makes of the interior a very appealing ambiance. Now I want to come back for more vegan scoops and a yellow banana print t-shirt.

We went there for the foster time and customer service was pretty Bad. The lady had unhappy face, little communication , no welcome , no explanation about the ice cream. I asked for puppy cup for my 2 vizsla and she gave me just one. I had to ask for another one. She gave me the cone ice cream without napkin and she didn’t put a piece a waffle that comes when you get an ice cream cup. Her aptitude was pretty rude overall. That we decide just to leave the store.

We were taking a walk after dinner and we saw Chill Bros Scoop Shop Ice cream shop. Chill Bros Scoop Shop is an amazing ice cream shop with lots of amazing ice cream flavors. From the ice cream flavors available I decided to order two scoop ice cream with Bees Knees and Guava pastelito. I got my ice cream soon with both the flavors and both the flavors were delicious and I loved both of them. Amazing ice cream shop with delicious flavors.

All around solid ice cream joint. They have unique ice cream flavors and a cool aesthetic. The one critique is that there is not all that much for indoor seating, but as long as you don't mind being a little hot, there is still nice seating outside. One of the things I ordered they were out of at the time, but they were very quick to apologize and gave us a voucher for the inconvenience.

Second time I come 15mins before they close and they already have the doors locked. Im not sure if this is normal but I don’t feel like as a business you should already have doors locked before the actual closing time posted on google. Ice cream is good though but to drive here and hope they are going to be opened before they actually close isn’t worth it.

Cool spot with a yummy selection. The Bee's Knees is a great named ice cream and it tastes even better. I'm not typically into waffle cones, but theirs was delicious. It did get a little crowded inside since it was raining, but goes to show it's a great, popular choice no matter the weather. There was also a dog in attendance, so it seems pet friendly.

I have tried every ice cream store in Tampa- and this is the best one! Favorite flavors are Double Down Oreo and Malty Millionaire

I think it’s very unprofessional to constantly get a spoon and eat a scoop of ice cream while working especially in front of customers I’m sitting waiting to surprise my niece and see a staff grabbing a scoop of ice cream like make a bowl and go to the back if you want to eat ice cream. Definitely a pet peeve

Great place for kids. Super sweet flavors they create. It wasn't for me due use of corn syrup in at least one flavor (to create honey / honey comb) to texture. However, I think it's a great local shop if you have a serious sweet tooth and want to support a local business.

I knew I would love this place. It's always extremely clean. Fabulous flavors of ice cream. Staff is wonderful! I always look forward to new seasonal flavors. Hope everyone supports this wonderful ice cream shop. It's worth the visit.

It's July in Tampa, so ice cream for lunch is perfectly acceptable. And this is the place for it! It was hard to choose a flavor but the Key Lime Pie won me over. The guy working there was super friendly and helpful, too!

Awesome ice cream! We actually drive from Sarasota to get our favorite scoops. Diego is super nice and is always suggesting the newest flavors. We ordered the Belgian Brownie and the Guava Pastelito. They are excellent!

Wouldn't go back. After reading there story we were excited to try it but were very disappointed. The ice cream was sub par & the customer service was horrible it felt like they really didn't want to be there.

It doesnt seem too expensive for how good the icecream is. We had the Bees Knees and it is probably my new favorite icecream flavor. I believe they also have a vegan icecream option.

The mint stragglitta...(not sure how to spell that) was incredible. Bees knees and key lime pie were delicious. Seriously too many tasty flavors, I could sample here all day!

I don’t even like ice cream - but I LOVE ChillBros! The scoops are huge, so I prefer taking home a pint (or three) so I can enjoy it longer. Always fresh, always delicious!

All of the Chill Bros. shops are so beautifully designed. The staff is friendly and helpful and the ice cream is the best I’ve ever had. It’s a must visit while in Tampa!

It’s a breeze on Water Street! There are so many flavors to try. I had half pralines and half bees knees and I loved it! Will try something different next time.

Delicious apple pie ice cream at reasonable prices. Brickle in a cone is great! Double down oreo is tasty. Brownie flavor is fantastic.
