Picked up our orders tonight 11/29 at 8:30pm. The lady at the front desk gave us difficulty about placing two orders and tried to make us pay for one order. She could have simply closed the ticket and started a new order versus trying to force us to pay for multiple orders. If we had hung up and called back she would have had to place another order anyway!! After checking with her manager she then let us place two separate orders and was super pushy about it. My friend placed the order and I heard her read out the orders to confirm everything. We gave them an extra ten minutes to ensure everything would be ready. When we get there we give the two separate order numbers and she lies and says she does not have both orders. At this point I come inside and she magically finds the order despite being told the exact same orders a minute before… she then tries to cut me off when I confirm the orders to her. She also tries to lie and say she didn’t take our order so she didn’t know what was going on… now girl.. we come here on a regular basis. I highly doubt there was a shift change in 30 minutes an hour and a half before closing AND your female voices just happen to sound the same. The service tonight was terrible and we will not be returning. Charlotte has plenty of mediocre restaurants that won’t burn your food, give you attitude, and terrible service. I prefer to give the benefit of doubt especially during times of low staffing, but when we were not rude to you but you give us bad attitude then my regard for your feelings goes out the window. Thank you to the cooks who prepared our food, but to the front desk attendant you have terrible customer service.

I can't believe I ordered two dinner plates and received pint size rices for each entree. These little boxes are absolutely ridiculous. The sauce on the chicken tastes border line like ketchup. I'm a Chinese from California and I’ve had over a dozen quick Chinese spots, I used to support these guys but not after last night. There are too many other fast food Chinese options on Albemarle Road and this is the last time I will come here. The rice box is about the size of a kids small apple juice. I understanding cutting cost but this down right absurd. Until they realize cutting quality and portions and increasing prices will cause disruption in sales and adjust accordingly I will not be buying food here any longer

I got very sick after eating this food. I had veggie soup and shrimp and broccoli, with white rice. I did notice the sauce looked a little thicker than usual. It was the only meal i had all day. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating, on the toilet, and so much belly pain. I thought I was going to have to visit the ER. Never will i eat that food again. I noticed the nice lady that i think own the place was not there. When i ordered my food for pickup over the phone it was a young lady with a rude rushing attitude. I went to pick up my food and it was young people at the the register. The customer service was not the same. I had a bad feeling that my food was going to be poor quality after the rude attitude, and I was right. Now I have to detox.

Been here for years, it’s not much on the outside but the food is really good. I recommend the Sesame Chicken Dinner!

I usually do not write reviews, but in this case I feel like I should express how bad the food is here. I have been working in a building right next to this restaurant for two years and every time I go here I order something different hoping it’s better than the last visit but every time I’m highly dissatisfied. Their chicken wings are burnt, their rice is flavorless, their scallops aren’t real, and their lo mein is nothing but a greasy mess. Seriously save your money and do not waste your time. I wouldn’t even get another fortune cookie from this place!

Every time I order from here, my food is always hot and tasty. I come here at least once a month and sometimes more. Everyone is always so friendly, too! They recognize me now when I come in and feel that much more welcome. I love this place and everyone I share their food with ends up loving this place too!

I have lived here in the area for 12 years. This is my favorite grab n go Chinese food. All of the sauces, and gravies like on the egg Foo Yung is so yummy. If you want anything special or not see something on the menu, they will prepare it special and exactly how you want it. I recommend this little very nice, clean place to anyone and everyone. They are respecting all of the covid rules.(social distancing) and masks. They also have a very large bottle of sanitizer for your convenience. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. For the second time they screwed up our address and phone number and took almost 2 hours to deliver their food. The first time they tried to "pretend" like they delivered it even though they had not. The second time they forgot the address and the phone number again. Then they have the tenacity to tell me I'm outside the 5 mile radius even though I'm not. If you want crappy Chinese food and service then enjoy this place. If not then look elsewhere.

China Fun serves large portions at a great price! Food is always hot and delicious! The staff is always friendly. Food is ready on time!

I ordered food from China Fun at 11:00 for delivery of a SMALL order. It said it would be delivered at 11:45, which i was fine with. 12:30 rolls around and I'm STARVING. So I call them and see what's going on. THEY HAVENT EVEN MADE MY FREAKING FOOD YET!?! They said we can make it now and send it. How long is that gonna take? AN HOUR. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 1:30 to eat food that I ordered at 11:00? I do not recommend to anyone. That kind of thing is preposterous.

I ordered on October 1 and several of my items were missing. I called and was told that they saved my phone number and I would have a credit in the system for next time. One month later, I call to place an order and they tell me that no credit is in the system, and that they also wouldn’t deliver to me even though they have in the past and I could literally still order delivery on the Beyond Menu app. Just disappointed with the quality of service received.

I come here all the time I getting almost the same thing a teriyaki chicken combo. The owners are super nice, and I've talked to them about this rude employee. I just found out they switched to a call center. They even called to find out who it was. They really cared for how I was treated by the rude call center employee. 10/10 service and food!

FAST , FRESH, FRIENDLY, AMAZING! Small place out of the way, but lots of flavor and great service. It dosen't have done in, but take out and delivery options. The menu options are good for a small place. They hot the high rating because of the AMAZING service and food! I had the lunch special L19 Shrimp with mixed vegg & order of wings(delish) you get a decent amount of food. Go try it, you won't be disappointed

Pretty quick prep and usually the best Chinese in the area. I have gotten food, on a couple of occasions, that was way over salted, classic msg hut taste... but I'm a bit of a regular here, they have had correct my order only twice and they have corrected me a time or two. they frequently have their children there, but they are very well behaved. I will continue eating here for as long as ownership remains the same.

I Only received 3 J shrimps in a happy family dish. I Contacted the restaurant to informed them it’s a rip off to pay 16.00 for a meal, and Roxanne stated only 3 shrimps comes with the dish. Smh that’s ridiculous. She also stated she will inform the manager. Not saying if she will get back with me, or what. She just left me hanging.

**ZERO STARS** Last night was my first time eating here. I spent 25.00 at this place and my "chicken wings" were LITERALLY burnt, crispy. The "fried baby shrimp" were also burnt to a crisp..The one thing I hate is burnt chicken. i've never seen a chinese spot burn chicken tho, really? In all my 31 year of living this is THE WORST chinese spot i've ever been to..Enter at your own risk

The worst food ever the fried chicken was burnt the shrimp fried rice had 4 shrimp and it was under cooked noodles in shrimp lo mein where nasty and it had old vegetables and the scallops where burnt too. I spent $30 and asked how much water was while I wait and she said $1 for tap water never going back. If you like your food old and burnt they are the place to go.

Absolute garbage. Ordered chow mai fun. Come with ZERO sauce, literally dry noodles, with some boiled chicken. The least they could have done was put some black pepper on it. I called the restaurant and was told that should not have been made with no sauce. I could have opened a box of angel hair and boiled it with the same result.

Got all this food for around $40. Got the sesame chicken, pork fried rice, egg roll, and 2 orders of the 4 piece chicken wings.

Ordered pick up Saturday, the egg drop soup had no flavor, the fried dumplings were dry and over cooked. The Hunan beef, had only 3 small pieces of beef and the fried rice was bland. I was happy to see their sanitation score was up to a 96. It will be awhile before I order food from them again, very disappointed;;!

I ordered my food at 8:24 my food didn’t come until 10:06, now I’ve been coming here for 17+ years I feel I should be treated better then this, that’s crazy and when trying to explain this I got hang up on, I guess it was time to clock out. I know things been hard since c19 but smh I’m trying to hang in there….

I've been eating here for over 10 years, they always have great service and Food is Excellent! I Would recommend this store to anyone who loves GOOD Chinese food, I live in Concord area & I have & would drive to charlotte just to get the service I deserve.. can't donate anymore money...

I ordered and paid online, and my credit card number was stolen and someone attempted to use it. I am 100% positive it was here, it was the only place that credit card had ever been used. Very disappointed

Last time I went to China Fun (8/20). Good was terrible. No sauce, no spicy and for vegetables I got 2 small pieces of broccoli. I had the worst egg roll ever. China Fun quality and service had gone way down! I cannot recommend this restaurant anymore

Soooo no one remembers them getting that dead deer off the side of the road and taking it back to the restaurant to cut it up and some was found in the sink of the restaurant?!?!!? I’m not that hungry I will starve before I eat roadkill!!!!

Great place for cold chinese food, after an insane wait time. Called to get food replaced, or a refund and was told they would give me a credit for the next time I spent 20$ or more at their location. I refuse to spend more money here.

My absolute FAVORITE Chinese food in Charlotte! It's out of the way for me... but it reminds me of the Chinese food I grew up on. I have been coming here for at least 15 years. Never had bad service or food.

If your ever looking for that hole-in-wall type place with great food, this is it. I love that it doesn’t look like a big box chain restaurant. Steamed Dumplings are the best in Charlotte.

I went to this restaurant during my vacation and I ordered the chicken and beef and the food was great. The price was really reasonable. I recommend going here.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My house special rice was delivered with a bug in it!! Definitely a big no no. I'll never order here again …
