Be careful with this place they mix mystery meat to their dishes, I ordered general tso shrimp and it was mix with what appears to be chicken, when I called the restaurant they got very nervous and gave me every excuse on the book, I am reporting this to 311. It’s absolutely not okay.
I got the szechuan beef and it was awful. It had so much bean paste it was overwhelming. It was not spicy at all. He got the sesame chicken which was uneventful. The pick menu said $.50 upcharge for hot & sour soup. It's actually $2.00. Will be looking at another place. More
This place was great before covid 19 shutdown. They closed down and reopened. Not sure if new owners but we ordered general tsaos (a standard that we ordered many...MANY times before the shutdown) and this time it was overcooked to the point of not being able to chew it!
One of my top picks for Halal Chinese in the City along with No Pork and Fatima. Have tried a few dishes including kung po and general Tso - no disappoint any of the times. There are 3 tables so this is mostly a take away shop. Parking can also be limited in the area.

Prices on the app. are different from the menu in restaurant. The guy behind the counter got irrate and started cursing and carrying on at my husband because he asked him why the prices are different. On top of that he said he was going to
i have been ordering and eating food from this Chinese store ever since it has opened. when i called the store and ordered a pepper stake with onion for pickup, i specifically told her to make the my food soft due to my tooth problem. the
When I moved to the neighborhood, I was fretting about finding the right Chinese restaurant - this is the one I landed on. Best prices and most complete menu in east Astoria. Very consistent quality, as good as a standard chinese take-out
People who said this restaurant is bad really need to re-evaluate themselves, as well as their taste buds. Just because you're having a bad experience, doesn't mean you can downright bash this place. Food and Service are both pleasant and
Had me wait over 2 hours for y food just to deliver it to the wrong address. When I called they tried to put the blame on me EVEN THOUGH I PUT MY CORRECT ADDRESS and hung up on me 2x. Im still waiting to get my refund from uber eats More
They falsely claimed and marked in the Ubereats app that my food was delivered and it wasn’t. I call them since my food was taking taking two hours to arrive and they say 10 more minutes. After 20 minutes I report to Uber my food wasn’t
The worst experience at this place and it was my first time too. Asked if they had chicken teriyaki which I repeated 4x as the lady at the register once said “we do” and then said “huh”, finally said yes they have it. Then gave me the
Horrible customer service. Rude staff and never call ahead because they seem to not understand concept of time.disappointed every single time. Food is okay . I wish Fatima’s kitchen reopens, would not bother with this place
Ordered sweet and sour chicken off the lunch menu. Price is very good for the amount of food you get. One free egg roll or soda, the food is HALAL! Food came very quick so that was a plus. More
I have yet to find a quality chinese restaurant in Astoria. They are all mediocre and get worse as you get closer to 31st street. People don't seem to expect ar ask much on 30th Ave.
The food is great, the price is inexpensive and the staff is very polite. No one of the staff is Muslim but the owner is Muslim “Just to comply with the word “HALAL” accordingly”.
Nice and simple. Delivery came in rather quick. Delays are to be expected during busy hours. They also give you a lot for what you order. Will be coming back in the future.
Food is great.. The price is right.. The Place heater must break every so often because its soooo cold in the dinning area... You must keep your coat on while you eat
Best halal Chinese place in Astoria. The food is great. The customer service is great. The price is great. Better than any other halal Chinese restaurant in Astoria.
Best Halal Chinese spot in Astoria Very clean food. Always Fresh ingredients. Big portions. Very reasonable prices. Family run business
The employees are very friendly. They treat us with kindness. Also, the food is delicious and very good quality. This is the best Chinese Halal food out there. More
It's ok but nothing special. For some reason everything is slightly sweeter tasting vs other Chinese food places. Flavorless wonton soup, weird wonton filling.
The absolute best Chinese food I have ever tasted in newyork, the chicken crispy, they provide lots of sauce to dishes and they accept debit/credit cards!!!
Quick service....but probably because it was empty. Lol. Food quantity was sufficient for the price, however the quality of food needs little improvement
The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. They give generous portions and at a great price. Everything you could ask for!
VERY BAD SERVICE guy at the counter was very rude and delivery driver lied to me saying he called me to deliver even though he didn't. 0/10 More
The best Chinese Halal food in New York. The employees are very friendly and serves the food with happiness and respect. 100% recommend. More
Halal Chinese food, same menu items as every other Chinese takeout. Food is much better and cleaner than your regular corner Chinese spot.
Mainly takeout spot but good quality ingredients and great taste. Solid halal Chinese spot and a good replacement for Fatima’s Kitchen.
Very good portions, decent pricing, tasty halal Chinese food, a bit far but worth it. Although, definitely miss Fatima’s Kitchen. More
Wow. Gr8 find. Hot and sour soup is amazing ! If I had the opportunity to get food delivered from them - I would definitely do it.
