if i could give a -10 i would two kids stranded from a cancelled flight i phoned to get a room for them i couldn't use my cc to secure the room and they paid Debit of 479 for the room and 500 for the deposit when the rooms were advertised for 150 ish dollars on website . The kids asked for a receipt as they needed to give to West Jet and the lady refused i phoned and asked for a receipt and i got a very rude lady who refused to send a receipt . I called for a room and asked for a price as someone else and i was told 89 dollars plus tax. The kids were taken advantage of and we are unable to get back some of the money that we had to come up with in middle of night i will be reporting this to the BBB
