If you order in the app, I hope you aren’t hungry. They give you the absolute lightest bowls and smallest burritos we have ever had. It’s so crazy, it didn’t used to be that way… People went to Chipotle because they got a big stuffed burrito that was worth your money and filled your belly. Now, you literally have to go stand in line and watch them make it just to be sure you actually get what you order. The scoops of rice they put in there are comical and God forbid you ask for extra rice. Today, we ordered online and got 2 bowls, a quesadilla, and chips and queso. $42 later and we were still hungry because the bowls weren’t even half full, the cheese quesadilla barely had any cheese in it, and the “large” bag of chips that come with the queso aren’t even enough to finish the queso with. Out of the last 4 times we went to this location- the first time, we ordered in the app and when we got home we realized our orders were all wrong, the next time we ordered, the chicken was burnt and the carnitas was in the fattiest chunks I couldn’t even eat it, the third time we went in to the store and I asked for a cheese quesadilla which I was then told that I could only get a quesadilla in online orders as I stand there looking at the tortilla and the cheese…. Explain that one? And today when we ordered online, was when we were all still hungry after eating. This was really the last time Chipotle will get my money. We have been loyal fans for years but lately, it’s so not worth it anymore. Sad, sad, sad, and SO disappointing!

I recently started attending this Chipotle restaurant again on lunch breaks from work and was enjoying the food quite a bit. I was happy to know that there are healthy options that taste great and were very filling to get me through my work days. However, today's experience in this Chipotle has changed my mind and left me highly disappointed. I walked in the door on my 30 minute lunch break from work and the line was stretching not only to the front door, but all the way to the back. I decided I would wait it out and it would be worth it for the food. After I waited for 20 minutes to get halfway through the line I decided I had invested too much time to leave without a burrito. I started to notice it was not that there were too many people that were causing the holdup; it was in fact the employees themselves that were at fault! Their leisurely attitude and slow pace gave me no confidence that I would be back to lunch in a timely manner. After 30 minutes of wait time to just to get to the counter there was no apology for the long wait time and the employees there seemed content to slowly prepare my burrito bowl. The attitude of the employees did not come off as an attention to detail sort of taking their time, it was simply unenthusiastic and lazy. It looked like at this time they were fully staffed and should have had no problem making good time on servicing all the hungry customers. Let's just say there is a Freebird's World Burrito right down the road that has earned my business back!

Staff is horrible and does not find solutions to problems. Went in about 45 minutes until closing. Restaurant looked unorganized which was a sign to not go in but we proceeded. My wife asked for “a little” sour cream and the employee proceeds to put two whole scoops in. My wife said that was too much but it was fine. I also asked for a little bit and I also got two full scoops of sour cream. Next I found out they were out of lettuce and cheese. I then asked for a little bit of the queso they serve on top to compensate, which was followed by two employees becoming very defensive saying it was extra for queso. I advised them they should compromise due to the missing items they had and the young man stated “we should but that’s not my choice”. I was shocked at the lack of customer service there. No customer should feel like they have to defend themselves against the employees and customers should be reasonably catered to. On top of our soppy wet sour cream filled bowl lacking cheese and lettuce, we were charged for chips which we did not order. I advise management to train the staff to find solutions to issues and not be defensive when a customer has a concerns

This used to be an okay location, but it's gone down hill in multiple ways. 1.) The employees aren't as friendly. Not that they really need to be as long as they prepare the food correctly. However.. 2.) They don't prepare the food the same way. They use like half the amount of the food items on your burrito. I want to say I started with 4 tablespoons worth of rice today where normally they would do a full scoop. They went way easy on the beans. Used maybe an even scoop of the chicken, which has never been the case previously. I got about a tablespoon of sour cream. Asked for more. Asked for cheese, it was pinched and put on the burrito. Asked for more. Another pinch, asked for one more lol. All that wouldn't have bothered me so much if the following wasn't also the case. 3.) Their prices went up by a dollar or more depending what you get. 4.) The food also has been very dry the last two times I came here. Summary: customer service is not there. The quality and quantity of the food went down, while the prices have gone up. Awesome. So! I'f you want Chipotle, I'd recommend going down to the location off 1604 in Alamo Ranch. The prices are probably still high there but they won't short you on quality, quantity or friendliness.

I've seen what they throw out on a regular basis and so to give only half the amount I am used to getting really got to me. The chips were stale which is weird because I've saved the chips for the next day before from different orders and they weren't stale the next day. Makes me question how long those chips has been up there. Definitely wouldn't recommend going here after 8:30 because their food just isn't as good. Also I asked for a receipt and was told I couldn't get one which is just a whole different issue that I couldn't understand why I wasn't able to get one. And wasn't informed about it until after I paid for my food.

Poor service alert! I understand when people have issues or systems go down totally understandable and get it. What I don’t appreciate is that cashiers don’t know how to problem solve as I am specifically showing them that I have the receipts I have the payment through my Apple Pay I have everything showing that I paid for this order and I am on my lunch break so if we can just get this resolved and made quickly that would be very fantastic. What I don’t appreciate is that I was seeing orders going out left and right and waiting for the manager of course to come out just to make my order in five minutes is what I was asking to begin with so definitely not a place to go during your lunch hour and to be honest customer service is a big thing for me and Hayden not prove to Shell great customer service as I would’ve liked so I write this as a one star

The food is very consistent. The location is always clean. The place does get busy for dinner. I stopped ordering ahead because they have been very light with the portions. Parking
Parking is pretty easy and I tend to park on the side. There's always an open spot and a lot easier to navigate than parking up front. Limited mobility persons need to park in the front of the restaurant because the side is a challenge due to slope and stairs

Robbers I am a regular here ordering food every week . week by week their food quantity coming less and less . today I ordered 3 burritos and a bowl for the family , the bowl was not even 25 % full , burritos were too small and didn't have the ingredients I ordered ( this is not the first time they are screwing up ) . given they charge $9+ for all the items , and providing the quantity thats not even worth $3. Well I guess this is another charity from me .. I also read that Chipotle as a company do not care about their store employees all that said no more paying money here . and as as an advise why don't you go and stand on streets and beg thats better than doing this

To be clear, I had have no issues with the dine in experience. The staff interactions were great and food is good. My issues have been with the delivery/ Togo side of this location. My most recent order, the order listed on the bag was correct but the contents in it were completely wrong. Prior to this order, on several occasions when ordering through the app and requesting and being charged double portions, I only received single portions or less and have been very inconsistent. It is frustrating knowing that when ordering the same items in store the weight and portions are noticeably more than compared to delivery.

I walked out after waiting in line a while. There are 5 employees. 1 is working the other 4 are not. There is a line of 6-8 people. The one guy who is working went from the cash register to making food without changing gloves or washing his hands. EEEWWW thats nasty. Wonder what other corners are being cut? I waited several minutes in line and no other employees helped the one that was making orders. I only have a set amount of time for my lunch break and this store wasted a lot of it. I wish there was a freebirds nearby, they are quick and delicious. It is obviously not a staffing issue, must be a leadership issue. It's a shame I was hungry.

I am done with this chipotle location. I visited it today for the very last time! Every time we visit, our experience only gets worse. The carnitas looked like it had been there for 2 weeks so we had to order something else and the service is soooo slow due to the employees only being trained to do 1 thing. I get that it’s supposed to be like an assembly line but the person that puts the salsa on the burrito should also be able to check you out in the event that the cashier has to go on a break. We could have gone to a sit down restaurant in the time it took to stand in line to get our burritos to go. I’m not sure who the manager is but they really need to make some changes, it’s really gone downhill from when it first opened. This is so unfortunate!

Chipotle is my favorite fast food. I appreciate that I can chose how to have my food served and arranged every time. I most appreciate that the company is committed to serving quality food at affordable prices. I love that I don't have to wait. It's a great gig! They get three starts because the taste of their meat, especially the chicken, is inconsistent even on a daily basis. I've eaten there as often as three times a week at times. Every single time the chicken tasted different and not always in a good way. Sometimes is tender and flavorful. Other times is charred, dry and bland. Sometimes I can even find pieces of bones or fat in my bowl - not often but it has happened. I hope they nail their recipe and can deliver consistent results soon.

I think the manager of this chipotle must be two apes wearing a trenchcoat disguised as a manger. I don't know what's going on over here but this location is by far the WORST. The place is always filthy with overflowing trash cans, the food is always undercooked with crunchy rice and the employees look completely miserable. They roll their eyes and act like it's a major inconvenience for you to come in an hour before close to get some food. This is all to blame from the manager! Get it together!!! I will not be returning to this location, I will go to the new one down the road that has competent management.

Zero stars!!!! About the worst chipotle I have ever been to. As someone who is accustomed to getting chipotle a minimum 3 times a week I am truly disappointed in this location. I have kept going and giving it a “try” again and again due to it being right next to my new house, however it’s always something. Online orders not ready numerous times, no change at the register, no chips late in the evenings. The most recent one is lobby is closed and only open to online orders, this comes after I stopped using online orders due to my horrible experiences with it. I’d advise to stay away from this one if you don’t want to ruin your love for chipotle. I now drive to another location despite it being 2 minutes away from me.

I ordered through the convenient online system that allows you to walk in and grab your food and go. Upon my arrival, the poor employee in the front cleaning the windows informed me the restaurant was not open because the manager felt the restaurant was not clean enough. So now not only do I have to go somewhere else for lunch wasting valuable working time, but now I have to go online and request a refund because they can't do that in store. Something that should have been simple and convenient turned into a huge headache due to poor management. I'm not sure how clean exterior windows have anything to do with closing your store during operating hours and inconveniencing your customers.

Worst chipotle there is… Pickup and delivery orders are usually wrong, potions are tiny, there is literally always a group of employees hanging out near the drink machine, and they never have enough people working for the demand. I’m here now and there is a line out the door, like 10 people waiting for pickups, and several door dash drivers twiddling their thumbs… all while ONE PERSON is cooking, ONE per is fulfilling orders, and ONE PERSON is emptying trash. Whoever manages this location either needs to get his butt on site to try to make a difference, or needs to be fired. The employees are drowning.

So i didn't eat there but the young lady at arms of hope donation station was really good to me and helped me when i needed help. I ate out and not sure what time of the day it was the room costs between 40-50$(El 6 on Marback) and we used and abused and punished that room. I ate her in the room, no time to eat outside. My take out game was 100. I delivered a campaign to her was as if i had OIL on my tongue. Next day she dropped me off curbside. All that showed her that I was down like a RODEO CLOWN.

This place has gone extremely downhill in the past months. Not only is there system always down so they cannot accept any other payments other than online orders, but the customer service has decreased significantly as-well. The workers do not give the proper portion sizes and always just stand around like they have nothing to do. In a like of 10 people, I tend to have to wait upwards of 40 mins because the workers are extremely slow in preparing the food. The quality of the food has gone down as a result of this too. The rice is now always stale and the beans are always cold, so when I eventually do get my food, I can’t even pretend to enjoy it. Y’all need to do better.

Really bad service, I believe it's due to terrible management, but every employee seems like they do not want to be there and do not want to work. Every part of my burrito was under cooked and the employees seemed like I was annoying them just by walking in during a slow period. The worst part was the undercooked crunchy rice. I recommend going to the chipotle down the road on bandera. It has much better management and the food has always been 5 stars. Not the first time I've had this problem with this location, decided out of convenience to come here and give them a shot but won't happen again.

I have been a dedicated Chipotle customer for years. It used to be my primary go-to place when I didn't feel like cooking but this particular location has had me going less than I have in years past. When I go into the restaurant, I always find myself waiting about 20 minutes as online orders seem to take precedence over customers in the restaurant. When I order online, my preferences such as extra rice are never accounted for. The most frustrating part about this location is that I always seem to get crunchy rice. I would say about 50% of the time I've visited, my rice has been crunchy. Pretty disappointed with this location overall.

In a nutshell, if sadness mixed with anger and the ability to feel both cold and alone had a flavor, THAT IS YOUR CHICKEN! It was a very tough bite and the chew was packed full of grease....so tough and greasy chicken? PICKA STRUGGLE!! I want to give this location a NEGATIVE STAR RATING but be lucky that Google does not have that as an option. You are probably wondering as to my opinion on their customer service? DO NOT WONDER..They were dreadful and depressed. You know the feeling you get when being flung into the friend zone? YEAH..Now you know the feeling I had about these miserable and useless workers! I had this delivered through doordash this little amount of chips that queso and that bowl and by the way I added that sour cream on top was $37 this is crazy I've heard rumors that unless you're tipping the Chipotle people they're not giving you good amounts of food which you're paying for this is exactly what I'm talking about this is not worth no $37 I get it doordash charges a few bucks but they actual order was $27 so for this small plate the chips and the queso was $27 really!!!???

This Chipotle is THE WORST. Every time I have ordered from here, the food is a mess, and we are missing items. Today I picked up an order and when I got back to work I realized there was no dressing for the salad, the outside of the containers were covered in some type of sauce, and there was no receipt. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with someone trying to get a receipt for my order. He said there was no way he could provide me with a receipt, so I am now driving back to pick one up. This location is a joke. Do not order food from here.

I have never had such a horrible experience at this Chipotle and I've been coming here for years. It is literally being ran by children. They were cursing and just flat out rude. They moved at a snails pace. The boys in the back are distracting the girls in the front. They were out of chips and I ordered a kids meal and they didn't even ask what drink or side I wanted. You need an entirely new staff. They were more concerened about taking bets about a couple breaking up than moving the line that was to the door. I understand now why my rice was undercooked last time.

I will not be returning to the bandera location because of multiple Reoccurring messed up orders. (Always taste old) The proportions were off; there was more rice than any other toppings such as meat & veggies… the lettuce was old, the photo doesn’t do it justice. The steak being more expensive, I should of been able to see visible portions of it, which I did not. Aside from that my order was light in weight…sad. Sorry to say, but also happy to say, I will stick to Alamo ranch area.

I love Chipotle in general, so that’s why I’m giving this restaurant 3 stars. Takeout orders are never ready at the promised time. Occasionally I’ve had my takeout be ready late and the food not even be warm, I’ve seen a backup of 10 people (yes, I counted) waiting for takeout. The lady was really nice and friendly at front of counter. If you want the smallest portions ever then this is your place. I hate writing negative reviews but honestly this was not the first time so I will not be visiting the location anymore which sucks because it is close to my work. As a lot of other reviews state the staff is nice and friendly but that only goes so far when they are so far off from regular portion sizes you get at all the other chipotle locations

I ordered a bowl and the flavor was pretty good. I visited on Saturday afternoon. The staff was so overwhelmed with all the 3rd party orders it was hard to take care of the guest in line. They were trying their best but could have used one or two extra staff members. About 8 hours after I had ate the food my stomach got really messed up. I had a mild food poisoning. It may have not been from here but still left a bad taste in my mouth since that was the last thing I ate. Despite that I will be back to try again!

I just left and the scoops of food were skimpy. When I told the cashier I had a reward, I scanned it and asked if it went through. He said “yes,” charged me, and then I looked at the receipt and he had not checked or lied because I was charged for the item I had asked about. The staff seemed miserable and none of them put on any type of friendly or welcoming demeanor. I mean, you don’t have to be ecstatic to see me, but you don’t have to look at the floor the whole time I’m ordering.

Poor management when they were out of an ingredient which as it is it’s on management for not being able to calculate inventory correctly they also were rude and unprofessional when I asked for a refund having ordered on the app the cashier spoke to me and told me they don’t issue refunds in store for online orders and when I told him they do for app orders as I know from working for the company for 3 years he told me the manager just didn’t want to get up and assist me. Simply not wanting to do their job.

Ordered online and had to wait more than 30 minutes once we arrived. Literally no one in line and yet no one was making our food. We asked several times and no one seemed to know what was going on and they were rude about it. When we got our food, it was cold and missing guac on one order. The chips were so oily that we couldn’t even eat them. Terrible service. I don’t know what is going on at this location but they always seem to be subpar. We will avoid it from now on.

So I have to say this time I’m pretty disappointed at this location I ordered a bowl to go and I got white rice and the rice was not cooked fully so there was a lot of hard pieces in it it made the food on enjoyable and made the rice tasteless as it didn’t absorb the flavor of the lime because the rice didn’t open up fully. But I gave it to STARZ because the chicken was phenomenal

This was my first time here. Owen took my order and he was the 3 P's. Polite, Professional and Patient. Very good attributes to have in an employee. My food was prepared with care and was very tasty. There is only one man in the back of the kitchen cutting meat, with multiple women who obviously have no work ethic and are VERY slow as if there’s not 30 people in the restaurant waiting to order and get their food. They work so slow, nonchalantly with other peoples time because they’re here all shift. No rush to them. Dining area is gross, trashed. I waited 40 minutes to get the food. We won’t be purchasing from this location again.

This was the most ridiculous experience I've had at this location. The workers seem to ignore you when you walk in. There were about 3 people waiting for online orders. No one asked if we needed help. Instead, they walk to the back. The counters are filthy and disgusting, not to mention the floors. I'm never coming here again.

They gave me the guacamole, but y'all call this a chicken quesadilla? I ordered sour cream, green salsa, and black beans. Some how got hot sauce instead of sour cream. Bandera Pointe location. Update: Support Team was nice enough to replace my order with a free burrito reward, so that's something.

Ordered online now several times and each time they are about 20 to 30 minutes behind schedule. I don't understand why I keep giving them another chance. I never had issues with Chipotle until yesterday. They messed up my families order and forgot our order of guacamole and also they forgot to put rice in one of the kids meal. Once we got our food, the beans were super cold and it tasted terrible. I couldn’t sleep all night because I was throwing up and one of my good friends got food poisoning from this location also.

I hate that this is the closest location. They are so skimpy on the servings. Have to always tell them more. The kids trays.....when I get them delivered, I have two pieces of meat and 3 grains of rice and 2 beans. They forget the drink, too. I hate it. I will suffer through traffic to go somewhere else. In the mornings expect undercooked rice and beans.

The portions are phenomenal and the employees are concentrating on their jobs. No one is rude, the place is clean, very busy and you will love it if you have a big appetite. Overall it was good. My pickup order took a little longer because someone walked in and must have taken my order. Basically if you order online you just walk in and grab it off the shelf. So I guess essentially anyone can pick up anyones food. I really enjoy the red salsa, I ordered extra in my burrito bowl and when I got home with it, it had none.

At 6pm or so on Sept 25 2021 went inside to order and i see a lady with a small poodle type dog in arms ordering food inside. No one bothered telling her to take the dog outside or that dogs are allowed at outside tables only. Bad enough we have to deal with covid and now a dog inside a restaurant. Don't order from this location with Doordash. They close early, don't insure your order is accurate, won't inform you of problems with your order, take your money for items they know aren't in the bag and lie to the Dashers about what is in the bag. Besides being definitely over priced, they're incredibly sketchy. Spend your money somewhere else.

Every single time we go its gets worst and worst, i keep on giving it a chance and its always disappointing. We order 2 steak bowls, i had to ask for more rice 4 times, its like these EMPLOYEES pay for it or something. The portions sucked, the rice was under cooked. I like the restaurant and the staff is friendly. My gripe is having to ask for more rice and getting less than half a scope extra. Also burrito always ends up getting smushed up. The pic shows what I expect and what I get. For as much as we're spending for a burrito can they at least TRY to make it look decent and not like balled up foil.

This location usually gets my order wrong. Yesterday I ordered a chicken salad. When I got home and opened my entree, it didn't have any lettuce! Just the toppings. Because this is at least the 5th time they've screwed up my order, I requested a contact from the manager, and was told they'd be in touch. No one has contacted me.

Terriblely lazy employees.
