मुंबई ते माळशेज घाट - शिवनेरी किल्ला - लेण्याद्री असा प्रवास करायचे ठरले. मार्ग होता नगर कल्याण रोड. पहाटे ४:३० वाजता आम्ही निघालो. सहाच्या सुमारास मुरबाड येथे पोहचलो. समोर बरेच सह्य शिखरे दिसत होती आणि ह्या शिखरात हळूच सूर्य वर येत होता. जणू काही तो ह्या शिखरामागे लपला असावा. आकाश भगवेमय झाले होते. लहानपणी काढलेले 'डोंगरे आणि त्यामध्ये होणार सूर्योदय' आठवला. बहुतेक आपण सर्वांनीच तसे चित्रे नक्कीच काढली असावी. तसेच काहीसे चित्र समोर दिसत होते. हा क्षण कॅमेरा मध्ये टिपण्याचा मोह आवरता आला नाही. मुरबाड येथील टोकवडे गावाजवळ हा फोटो काढला आहे. आपल्या विशिष्ठ आकारामुळे नानाचा अंगठा सहज कितीही दुरून सहज ओळखला जातो आणि त्याच खिंडीत सातवाहन कालीन नाणेघाट व्यापारी मार्ग आहे. नाणेघाटाच्या एक बाजूस मागे जीवधन किल्ला तर दुसऱ्या बाजूला वऱ्हाडी डोंगर आहेत व जवळच भैरवगड देखील आहे. #naneghat #jivdhanfort #varhadipinnacles #murbad #thane #sahyadribhatkanti youtube @sahyadribhatkanti telegram @sahyadribhatkanti facebook @sahyadribhatkanti instagram @sahyadribhatkanti twittter @sahyabhatkanti

It is one of great location for vacation, the ghat(mhalsej ghat) the river next to the village makes this place a perfect destination for holidays. The climate here is cool and is enjoyable there are resorts , bungalows and resorts available for tourists to stay even one cab stay with villagers.

You can't expect such high quality of Namkeen and sweet items from such a small shop and village. Breakfast items are really outstanding. Samosa, Kachori, Vada pav, Misal, Jilebi.... So delicious and always fresh.

Tokawade is the market area which is placed on Kalyan-Nagar highway.. This is best location where you can stop for breakfast (Fast food), Lunch before start journey towards Malshej Ghat and Naneghat.

Tokwade is a small village. It is located on Kalyan Ahmednagar Highway. There is a small market right next to the highway.

The place was good but there was too hot there it was feeling that the hot winds (loo) were blowing there!!!
