Sadly my partner and I had an awful experience buying our wedding ring here. Not only did it take over 5 months for it to arrive, we had no communication or transparency. They eventually admitted to processing the order incorrectly, and that's why it took so long to arrive. I went in weekly for updates and they kept telling us it was being processed and no more information... We had no apology for the wasited time and bad service. Buying a wedding ring should be an exciting and magical experience, this company ruined it for us. Eventually when I went in having lost my patience I was given an apology and a few miniature bottles of prosecco and beer. In half the time it took for this company to have a ring made that was already a ring they produced. I got my ring made from sketch, to CAD design, diamonds picked, plastic mould to confirm design and the ring in my hands in 6 weeks from Phillip Stoner (who I highly recommend). Not only this, but every time I went in, they offered to clean all my existing jewelery and even secured my dimond on my engagement ring for free. I can't belive the lack of care Chrisholm Hunter has and the attitude of employers who just didn't seem to care and actually laughed at my partner when he went in to chase the order. I won't be returning and I hope this review helps if you are contemplating going here.

We spent a long time trying to find a wedding ring to match my engagement ring and came across this shop in Leeds. Karen was really lovely and helpful. She was clearly very knowledgeable and gave good advice. We found the perfect ring, which looks as though it came with my engagement ring it was such a good match. When it came to collecting my ring, we were struggling for time and Covid didn't help, but the shop were really lovely and amenable and sent us our rings through the post. Even though I didn't get my engagement ring from them, they were kind enough to clean it for me before our wedding. We are really pleased we found our rings here. My maid of honour and I happened to come across this shop by accident, and my goodness we were so glad we did. I am so pleased with my wedding ring. Seriously brides, grooms, and anyone who likes beautiful things come in and have a look you will not be disappointed. Jordan and Barry looked after us from the word go, they made our experience really fun! I tried on a few rings and they gave me some fantastic advice about sizing (and coloured diamonds... We got chatting) and gave their honest opinions when I asked them. They were so accommodating and welcoming it was like sitting down with friends! Barry and Jordan I hope you both read this, because I have to say you really made our day and we love you for it.

We had originally gone to another store with the intention of buying a ring for my birthday but the rings I'd seen online weren't available and the girl I was dealing with seemed reluctant to offer alternatives so we left without buying anything. It was my husband that suggested we try Chisholm Hunter and what a completely different experience. Emma was attentive and gave me a number of options until we found the one! The after sales service was brilliant and my ring was delivered on time and looking as fabulous as I'd remembered. Thank you all x

Excellent Service We visited the Leeds Branch of Chisholm Hunter, what a great experience we had. Barry and his team were very welcoming and friendly. They were very knowledgeable about the rings we were looking at. The customer service was excellent . On Barry's recommendation, I had my old white gold ring re-coated and I was not disappointed, the ring looked brand new, better than I bought it 16 years ago. I was so happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend a visit to this store, you will not be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of buying a Grand Seiko watch from Jordan and Barry today. I can't recommend Chisholm Hunter in Leeds highly enough. The staff are both passionate and knowledgeable about their products and were more than happy to spend time politely listening to all my nerdy watch anecdotes. (They also had plenty of their own so it wasn't *ALL* one way). Seriously though, lovely people and I will give them my business again in a heartbeat (once I can persuade my wife to let my buy that Skyflake) :)

I recently purchased a watch from this store and the service was second to none. I was dealt with by Jordan when purchasing a Limited editio G-Shock and he really made me feel more than welcome when enquiring about a number of things, helped me make my decision and went out of his way to make my experience better. Away in Leeds for the weekend and as walking by saw the identical ring I have spent the last 10 years looking for.Sally came to the door and invited us in and Barry joined her, they were so relaxed and welcoming it was like chatting with friends. Called in to the shop on a Saturday afternoon. Staff couldn't be more helpful, all very knowledgeable and best of all not pushy. Spent a good amount of time chatting to Jordan and Barry. Listened to my questions about an investment in a watch and answered without trying to force me to buy. They all took the time just to chat with me. Highly recommended, and I will be going back.

Sally delivered a great service today, while Karen aided her through some of the details. After the purchase, Emma offered to give me a booklet of useful information, which was very nice. All of this was thanks to Barry, who spoke to me at the door a few days ago, suggesting I make a visit later.
