Need to fill in a script so I walked up to a counter that said Service Dispensary. There was 4 pharmacists standing in front of me on computers, I walked up to one holding my script in hand as one of the pharmacists were giving there prescription to a customer and waited. All 4 pharmacists noticed me with eye contact. I stood there for a further 5 min with no customers coming up the desk, then a lady walked up and was greeted by a pharmacist to put in here script. I said I’ve been waiting holding my script in the air and only the I get a oh sorry did u want to put that in! I said no I’ll go somewhere else. What I should have said is I’m standing in front of you 4 while u look back for no reason. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I own a business, retail business and also live in the area. I will never set foot in there again and I’ll be letting everyone I know and my customers exactly what I think of this Pharmacy. What a JOKE. I now know why they won most outstanding Pharmacy in 2018 and 2019 and never again as there staff have no idea of customer service.

Choice Pharmacy has always gone above and beyond with their customer service and compassion towards their customers. All staff have been exceptionally caring and efficient in my many experiences with them, I’ve been going to choice pharmacy for 10 years and it’s the only one I’ll go to due to the consistent nature of staff, products and service. There are people I know who go out of their way and out of their suburb just to come to Choice in North Kellyville. 100/10

Received some great service today from your pharmacy staff - I put in 2 scripts and was shocked when I saw that the price was a bit more than my local choice pharmacy in Colebee, the pharmacist on (a lovely young girl) instead didn’t bat an eye and gave me a small discount which I was so grateful for I know she didn’t have to do that but I am so thankful! I will definitely be back next time!

Absolutely wonderful staff here. Jas and the rest (apologies for not remembering all your names) have been nothing but kind, patient, and helpful. After having negative experiences at some other pharmacies in the Hills, I am sticking to Choice. Doing a wonderful service to the community and deserve much praise. Keep it up! This Pharmacy never gave any prescribed medicines. Had the worst experience ever. First they scan the barcode of your prescription, ask you to wait and then say sorry for the inconvenience we ran out of this medicine. This happened with us 3-4 times. Not joking. So give 0 star because we never get any medicines from this store.

Amazing Service and Staff. My family where unwell and unable to leave our home. Not only did they place a order over the phone offer some advice and help they delivered it to my door in less then an hour. What an amazing service and relief for us. Friendly Staff, love the loyalty program. Happy to order in any over the counter, or medicinal products you might require. Also happy to order in prescription medication they don't range if your a regular customer. Only thing they are missing is a compounding service, but you can get this done at Annagrove.

My medications can be tricky to manage in the past, but not since attending Choice Pharmacy over a year ago. No matter where we move, I won't go to another chemist... it's nice know they genuinely care about the customers and make an effort to get to know your individual needs... they are amazing …

Fantastic staff but the prices are too high even for prescription medicines . Wish they can bridge the gap ,more than happy to pay a bit more but sometimes it's almost double of what you'd pay in Chemist Warehouse or Priceline. Great service and helpful team members, pricing can be improved heaps.

Team were helpful in helping my wife find medication to help with inducing sleep for long haul flights, as well as offering assistance when seeing me browse the travel compression socks. Not my usual pharmacy as I'm not completely local to this area but I would use again if ever in the area.

Excellent service, very polite, knowledgeable and fast service. Pharmacist and staff are very thorough and keen to help and I can't stress more about quick service. We do have another pharmacy closer to us but both my husband and I are happy to drive there as we are never disappointed.

Well stocked pharmacy with plenty of random gifts that you can pick up if you’re out of ideas for that hospital visit! Rami is very helpful and has this “I’ve got you” attitude. Happy to drop of prescriptions here. Their working hours are super handy too!
