Very stressful time obviously. Didn't feel reassured or supported after we said we wanted a direct cremation. Wasn't a great time and felt uncomfortable. It's taken a while to process this, but looking back, it wasn't what we expected. They were frantic and busy, understandably with covid. We felt rushed and dismissed. I've worked for the Co-op for a long time in the past and was disappointed by this experience.

We received a standard level of service until a horrendous error by the Coop in Chorlton meant that our relative was buried in an entirely different religious section of the cemetery to the one we had chosen. No apology given, no explanation, just a brief verbal response saying the Coop were incapable of making any mistakes. Utterly disgusting.

Michelle and Lucy were lovely, warm and caring. They helped me organize a beautiful internment from abroad. So happy, it was beautiful!

From the first phone call right through to the wake we were treated with care, compassion and professionalism. Would highly recommend
