We recently had the pleasure of renting two cars from Chris Car Hire for a 9-day trip. Although my flights arrived and departed at fairly awkward times from Paphos Airport, Chris was more than happy to accommodate us. Communication with Chris was exceptional both before and after the rental. Chris Car Hire is a true family business, and Chris is a pleasure to deal with. He is laid back and cool, and he made the entire rental process very easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Chris Car Hire to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable car rental company. Chris and his team go above and beyond to provide their customers with a positive experience. The cars were reliable and decent, we didn't opt for anything overally expensive so they were a little older but nice to drive and have to say I am missing driving it a week after our holiday. We hired a Nissan mini van for 15 days for use throughout Cyprus and we had an amazing time based on the service provided by Chris and his father. The vehicle was brand new and well maintained and clean, and had every modern amenity needed. It was spacious and the air conditioning was well performing to deal with the summer heat. We had a small hiccup with a nail on a highway causing a flat tire, and Chris arranged a replacement car immediately (so that the holiday itinerary continued as scheduled) and the repair of the tire (and return of the original vehicle) within 24 hours. Chris also checked in every few days to ensure we were fine and to ask if we needed assistance or guidance with anything. We cannot recommend Chris Car Hire enough and will be utilizing his services for (hopefully) many future trips to Cyprus for our large family.

I've been renting the car for 4 weeks for myself and my wife while staying in Cyprus. Great experience in terms of personnel and convenience, quick feedback on the part of Chris's with regards to any issue-confirmations/documents/appointments etc. Nice and smooth flexibility in terms of pick-up/drop-off times. The only heads-up based on this latest experience is the smell of cigarettes in the car, which my wife felt allergic to and which I didn't notice when picking up the car ((. Beware of that issue if you're a non-smoker, otherwise I can recommend Chris's as a great vendor.

Booking with the company was very easy, and the service and price exceptional. Chris was good enough to answer ad hoc queries like, where could we find good places for kebabs where locals eat, and even sent us links. No problems with the car, we were surprised to learn how economical it was to run. This is a third generation company snd this reflects in the service, it wasn’t a faceless multinational, and I found out it has s great reputation with locals as well. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Excellent client service and very good cars. I text Chris right from GoogleMaps App and he did me all the answers just in 1 minute. I was surprised to rent a car in the same day without need to wait available car for the next day (like others services does). Also I asked for cash deposit and was satisfied. If you need a late check out (after working hours) you will get it - Chris always on your side. Fairly deal, my recommendation

Hired a car for a week, the whole process of picking up and returning a car went very smoothly and took about 5 to 10 minutes. We got all of our questions answered, the car was in perfect condition, and we were also provided with a child seat for free. Prices are very reasonable, cash accepted for deposit, service is polite and satisfying. Highly recommend! Thanks for giving us a chance to discover Cyprus! Cyprus is gorgeous!

Rented a car from Chris after reading the many positive reviews, and the service was excellent. Chris met us at the airport and handed over the car with no hassle or having to queue at rental offices. The car, to be honest, was small and basic and not in the best condition, but it was fine for the task. On return we were met at the airport and handed the car back with no problems. I would definitely use Chris Car Hire again!

Thoroughly recommend. Car was cheap, reliable and the best way to get around to visit the mountains and villages of Cyprus. Chris was extremely helpful in not only sorting the car but recommending places to eat, things to do and helping me to order a last minute taxi. Cars can also be picked up from the airports if prearranged.

We hired a car through Chris Car Hire. From beginning to end, communication/customer service was very good, everything was easy as you could do it all online or on WhatsApp. We managed to get a car in August which is a very busy month despite booking last minute, Chris managed to sort us out. I highly recommend this company.
