I’ll start by saying my boyfriend and I have been coming here for years and never had a problem. Up until I brought a brand new outfit that I have just bought into them which I have gotten wax on. Instantly I brought the outfit to the cleaners while I was there she asked me to scrape the wax off the outfit as it hasn’t even started to hardened. I began to do so as we both went along the outfit as she stuck her yellow stickers all over the outfit to make sure we were pointing out all the flaws. At this point the outfit when out to be cleaned and at pick up I was amazed at how the wax was completely gone. To then bring the outfit home to open the bag and I instantly notice as I’m looking over my outfit a new stain at the bottom of the jumper on which was a wide leg jumper in a blush colour. I have brought the outfit back as she put a note on it to be sent out to be re-cleaned by the time I came to pick it up a couple days later. She began to give me a speech about when they take the outfit they warn you that they will try their best to get the stain out but it does not guarantee which was FINE because when I brought the outfit to them to be cleaned it was brand new with wax on it which was my own stain I created, WHICH THEY WERE ABLE TO GET OUT. But then I received my outfit back with a completely other stain on it which look as if my outfit got splashed with some sort of dye or maybe even something else they were cleaning which was very potent with colour and splashed on my outfit, at the end of the day I don’t know what it is all I know is it was not on my outfit before and it was not on my outfit when I bought it in with wax on it, when we're stickering off all the areas that needed to be looked at to be cleaned. Instead of taken fault or trying to fix the problem with whatever policies or procedures she should've followed through with was not taken she began to blame me instead of taken fault, which I couldn’t understand because it’s not like they dry clean the clothing there they send it to be dry cleaned by another place. At this point, they made a mistake and all I wanted from them was for them to acknowledge that they made a mistake and solve the problem, the Customer Service skills with dealing with this situation were 100% lacking when it came it a mistake they had made. It actually took me breaking down not understanding why they wouldn’t just take fault and try an solve the problem in any means not even a discount in the end after getting a middle person being my Aunty over the phone the lady them gave me $10 for my $300 worth jumpsuit, when i paid 17.25 for it to get dry cleaned to begin with they couldnt even give me a full refund for the dry clean, because I was upset at this point and didn’t feel as if the lady treated me properly which then I just left because the lady couldn’t even deal with me to try and resolve the problem, when I was the one in front of her with the problem, still composing myself in a respectful manner.

I would like to give them zero stars! I gave them my dress for dry cleaning with tiny dirt on it and without any smell. Then I waited for 3 days when I came to take it I found one of the spots is still there. I said that is fine it might not come off. However, when I arrived home I took my dress out of the bag. I found a very very stink odor from the dress! I would like to wear my dress with a spot on it rather than wear it with a bad odor!! I added the receipt as they deny that I am one of their customers! Just fix the issue better than just deny you have made a mistake! I can’t write a new review? Anyway, you see their reply after my comment they asked me to go back for re-cleaning but guess what after I arrived they refused to re-clean my dress, and they told me they will charge me again to remove the stinky odor which was a result of their poor cleaning! They told me it's too late! Even though it's less than a month and I was outside Ontario for vacation! The worst customer service I have ever experienced!

The lady Jessica claimed that she was the manger ALTHOUGH SHE WASN'T and i had to go back twice to pick up my shoes that i had asked to be washed and THEY WERE STILL DIRTY I PAID $65.00. THEN SHE ACCUSED ME OF NOT PAYING BUT THEIR POLICY STATES THAT YOU MUST PAY UP FRONT AND KEPT ACCUSING ME OF THEIFT AND SAID SHE WOULD CHECK THE SECURITY TAPES AND SHE JUST WENT ONTO A COMPUTER AND SAID I NEVER EVEN CAME BY AND SHE WAS GOING TO CALL SECURITY ON ME . LIKE HOW WOULD MY SHOES END UP A GOOD FOR NOTHING DRY CLEANERS. LUCKILY I HAD A PICTURE OF MY RECIPT AND SHOWED IT TO HER. IT WAS BY FAR THE WORST DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE THEY ACCUSS YOU OF THEIFT AND TRY TO CALL SECURITY ON YOU. THEY DO NOT KNOW THEIR OWN POLICIES AND TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH LITTLE TO NO RESPECT. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS THAT THEY ARE OVERPRICED AND TRY TO MAKE MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU. ON THEIR SYSTEMS IT SHOWS THAT YOU STILL HAVE A BALANCE OWED EVEN THOUGH YOU MIGHT HAVE PAID UP FRONT. TAKE YOU BUSINESS ELSE WHERE YOUR WALLET WILL THANK YOU.

I have been there for quite a few months...and will look for another dry cleaner. First, some of my items got lost. Second, some of my partner's shirt and one of my very expensive jacket got ripped. Thirdly, I brought items there for repair and they would come back half repaired. Finally, the worst and the reason why I don't recommend this place, I brought in a wool sweater for repairs on the sleeve and dry cleaning...when I came the sweater was stained at the back so they sent it back for dry clean again. When I came back again to pick it up, they had ripped the back and very amateurishly repaired it...the sweater was worth more than $150 and is sold out so I ask for a reimbursement. I was told that it was my fault if the shirt was ripped because I had bought a material (wool???) that was too fragile for them to take care off. They did not reimburse me anything not even the original dry clean............

Do NOT get alterations done at this place. I took in a comforter to get fixed and it was a simple fix of sewing some material together that had ripped. The lady did a horrible job and patched the area with an ugly material. The material or color she used didn't even match the rest of the comforter. Also they were going to charge me way too much, $25. I took the comforter to another place that fixed it the way it was supposed to be fixed for and awesome $10. No customer service skills, I had to convince her for a long time to un-sew what she did as she tried to convince me that it was the only way to do it and nobody else could fix it.

Highly unprofessionals ,i gave my uniform shirt for alteration and the chinese lady (owner) promised me to done it by friday 5 pm guess what after 3 days when i went there and asked for my shirt she got panic and started looking here and there because she didn't even touched it from the last 3 days ,there was no shame on her face and on top of that she didn't even said sorry to me but said give me half an hour i will do it now , i was already getting late from my work just took the shirt back and had to wear it as it is in an very important interview because of her mistake, Please stay away from them

I had to get the length of my dress altered. When I went to collect my dress, the interlocking was done in the most shabby possible way. On pointing that out, the lady behind the counter started shouting and tried to convince that this is the best they could have done. She was totally unprofessional and least bothered about customer satisfaction. It was an expensive dress and I asked asked for the same factory finish when I had handed over the dress. But when I got it back, it looked as if an amateur had done the sewing - and that too in haste. Just hated my experience there and will never go back.

I went here to get my daughter’s sweet 16 dress altered. The dress is a mermaid style dress. It is no longer a mermaid style dress but a dress with a trail in the back. The alterations was only supposed to be the straps and waist. The length is different, style is different plus they damaged the material on the front layer of the dress. The inner silk material is full of wrinkles (didn’t even steam out the wrinkles, it was brand new without wrinkles when received). Terrible job! Never will go here again. The lady Jessica refused to refund me. This place is pure robbery!

Came in to get my winter jacket dry cleaned. Problem isn't with the people that work their. They're very nice and polite. They charged 20$ which I thought was fine since I figured when I picked it up it would be worth the money. Took them like 5 days (no kidding) to have the one jacket cleaned. Sad part is that when I picked it up and got home to look at it. It looked faded and honestly looks like an old jacket now. Now I'm 20$ down and jacket looks like I've owned it for a whole lot of years. I wouldn't recommend their dry cleaning services at all.

I like that I can drop off my laundry to be washed in the mornings before work and have my clothing ready in the evening on the same day. Dry cleaning services are a great value and usually ready in 2-3 days. My dry cleaning has always returned fresh and clean. I love the community feel of this place, the owners seem to really get to know their customers as people and that's why I'm been coming here for years. 10/10 for customer service and laundry service! I have an important piece of clothes that need to be ready within same day. Therefore I find Chris Coin Laundry. The lady is so nice, friendly and helpful. She takes care of my clothes carefully and tries her best to satisfy my request! Big applause for the quick and good quality service! Definitely highly recommend and will be back for the next order.

Terrible dry cleaning. Picked up some shirts and on looking at them when I got home discovered that they were all deeply creased in places they shouldn’t and other parts of the shirts weren’t pressed at all. The shirts were unwearable. I thought to bring them back but didn’t want to get into it with the staff so I brought the shirts to (I hope) a more reputable cleaners to have them redone properly.

The service was way better when the owner was on the place her self but seems they hired a lady that do not respect her customers and has no idea of how to maintain customer satisfaction. They have an issue with money exchange machine and she got mad when people asked for her help!!!!! I will not make it there again , better to go to the coin laundry near wholesale club. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

It is the worst laundry I have ever dealt with. After I gave them a piece of cloth to remove a stain, they gave it back torn. Instead of apologizing or saying " sorry", they said " it was torn before". Moreover, the way the lady dealt with me was so rude and impolite. I do not recommend it to anyone. Even one star is too much for them. It was a terrible experience that I have never had.

Do not take your dry cleaning here. We have been coming here as it's very convenient, just across the street. They have destroyed two very expensive shirts by staining the cuffs. They then proceeded to blame us for the stain that it was not there when we dropped it off. As you can clearly see in the picture the stain is dark grey and not one that would be possible for us to create.

I had dropped off a mens suit for dry cleaning. The day I went to pick up, the lady was sewing it back together as the lining on the inside tore not sure how. The lady blamed the material and said it was weak. What I do not understand is why didn't they treat the item with care and when i came they made it sound like it was my fault, rather than a sorry or a refund

Brought a suit to be cleaned on a Saturday and was told it would be ready on Tuesday. Went on Tuesday evening and was told to come back Wednesday evening because "they needed to clean it a second time". Picked it up and the armpits of the jacket STUNK and there were tissues in the pockets. Not sure what happened but I do not believe my suit was actually cleaned.

No issues with the how they clean and how quickly they get it done. However, watch out when you're dealing with the owner. She will try to get at least one of your items to be dry cleaned when it's not necessary. It doesn't matter what the cleaning instruction is on the tag. She'll insist it's their (or her) policy to have it dry-cleaned.

Over priced, very very very slow, unorganized. Had to revisit twice and she still didn't have anything finished.. Made me watch as she sewed a button on my shirt for $6! I could off done that my self. That was the point. She just left the shirt on the counter and asked "Do you want a bag?" :) Never going back again...

Very expensive alteration service. I wanted to repurpose 10 of my baby's NB body suits into 10 little blankets. She asked $10.18 taxes included/piece! So, I would had to pay $100+ for probably max 30 minutes of work. The lady was nice, but she could just say she is busy than to offer me such a price. :(

Great customer service. I had an issue with too much soap in my washer and the gentleman took the time to help set the machine for an extra rinse at no cost. Place it always clean and has lots of machines. One of the very few Laundromats I will go to

Do NOT go here!!! She will shorten or hem your pants than ruin the stitches on the side so she can charge more... she will claim that is a factory defect.. better business bureau should be aware of her tactics

They repaired and cleaned my jacket making look almost brand new!!! Highly recommend going to these guys. Great prices amazing service. Also their wash and fold services come in handy from time to time!

I came in to wash my UGG comforter as it can't fit in my washer at my condo. They have various sizes of washers, big dryers, and the staff and the regular customers were friendly and helpful.

Been going there since April 2017,never had any issue, owners are nice and friendly..I don't understand all those review of people lying ...they should be banned from using Google for ever

Lost my pants and refused to admit or refund. I looked for 3 days at home. She looked for 5 minutes and insisted we should have counted before leaving to make sure they aren't thieves.

Used the coin laundry once, machines worked just fine, reasonable priced, free wifi, all I needed!:) Had a chat with the owner and his wife, seem to be very nice people

Busy place so expect to wait on weekends .. dryer number 16 is suspect and should be avoided as well as washer 39 ... in need of servicing among other machines

Got my wedding dress dry cleaned here after being dirty for 2 years, she got EVERY SINGLE STAIN OUT! Very impressed! And their laundry machines are very clean
